I have been there so many times even i refer friends and everyone is so happy to be there its like family atmosphere, tasty food and a beautiful location to visit. I recommend the best in Schweiz.

Excellent food made to perfection. Great cocktails and view to soak up. Lovely service and the wood and indian finish is beautiful. I highly recommend dropping in for a drink and meal.

Went to the newly opened Seewen Restaurant on Sunday evening. The ambience was nice, but we found it a bit empty for such a large room. The waitress was very nice and friendly, but unfortunately we could only communicate in English, which we can't speak very well. The food was very fine and tasty and we will definitely come again. Highly recommended 🙂👍

The location is beautiful and has something magical about it. The furnishings are very tastefully designed. Nevertheless, we will forego another visit. We looked for Indian hospitality here in vain. The waiting time was disproportionately long. The wine was not refilled, but it was regularly given to the well-heeled table neighbors. They came after us and ordered for the second time while we were still waiting. The starter platter for 2 people was tasteful, but a bit small and served without explanation. The main course was put back without explanation. We would have liked to order drinks, but we weren't served for almost an hour. Until the food was cleared away. Since we were afraid we would have to wait that long again, we ordered the bill immediately. I described my experiences and my disappointment. The answer was that we should come back with our men and that the service employee was new and was being trained. I like to eat out often and eat well, but I've never experienced anything like this. It is obvious that not everyone is treated equally.

The view and ambience was great as was the food. But condition heaven sad. We had to pour the wine ourselves, we were ignored and not served. Had to wait 30 minutes for the water to come. When the starter was eaten, it took about 20 minutes until we realized we were finished. When we paid, this was raised regarding poor conditions and we were only told off that it was a new condition and was still in the work phase. Then we notice how the boss at the table next to us is gossiping about us and making fun of us, sorry, that's not possible!!! Once and never again!!!

Not a culinary flight of fancy, but price/performance OK. (CHF 24 for 3 courses) and beautiful terrace

This Indian restaurant is simply amazing! The food is exceptionally delicious and enchanted me with every bite. The variety of dishes and the quality of the ingredients are simply impressive. I can't wait to go back to the Indian restaurant and indulge in the delicious flavors again.

Hidden treasure in Brunnen next to the lake Lucerne. Beautiful location surrounded by a garden and lake. Incredible service and very polite staff. Very creative food menu and cocktails as well. I personally tried the flaming hot dumplings, pakora, samosa and aloo gobi with roti. Absolutely loved it. Good secluded serene place for couples and dates as well. Highly recommend it. We have best experience with Sairaz restaurant. My self and my Family with two small kids and Godmother and here family really enjoy the indain food Ambience of the restaurant very beautifull. I was invited for my birthday by my friends last night. Oh my God... I won't immediately forget this evening in a negative way. We were escorted to the table. Water was ordered and menu handed over. After about an hour, we were finally able to order and the water wasn't on the table. The long wait began. We were there, the tables around and after us were served and we? We were left to our endless waiting. The new service employee who started yesterday was very friendly, but she didn't know the menu and couldn't help with questions. Everything went wrong!!!! And after two hours, when they finally noticed us, the host said: "We're sorry, my wife is on vacation. Everything is going well when she's here." Should we talk about him? He apologized and always came up with arguments that were of no interest at all. The food came and didn't come. Et voilà at around 9 p.m. our food finally arrived (we had been there since 6:45 p.m.). First the starter, very modest. Then the main course...and when we allowed ourselves to ask what and how. The food was placed without explanation, without love. The host, very irritable, didn't answer our questions at all, he didn't even listen. Shall we talk about the flesh? Some of my chicken pieces were pink and my colleague, who had ordered Thali's, wasn't explained at all about what she got. That's really a pity. The plates were cleared. We were asked about dessert. We ordered none, instead we asked for the bill. Now the whining on the part of the host started again... Dear host, it could be that the woman is not in the house and that the serving daughter is new and that there is also a temporary helper in the kitchen who is meat from Heinzer... None of that really mattered to me because we will definitely never come again.

It is advertised as a buffet “11am - 2pm”. In fact, the buffet is only available from 12 p.m. Despite pointing out the false advertising, it is still being advertised. The buffet for 25 CHF had a small selection but it was good. The normal dishes for 30-40 CHF are tiny portions. You would have to order 2 of them to fill you up.

The host were friendly and welcoming really provided some fine dining experience.. Drinks and starter set the expectations at very high. Biryani could have been bit better interms of texture.. But rest were superb..

This is great spot for dine in with beautiful views and authentic cuisine. The host was gracious and amazing. This was a nice little surprise during our visit to Brunnen.

The Sairaz is new in Brunnen (in the former Rest. Reed). The opportunity to pay a visit during lunchtime. We haven't regretted it for a moment - on the contrary. Excellent Indian food with perfect service (in English...). Gladly again!

Nice conditions and feels like you are in India

We had dinner as a couple and were served by the very friendly, cheerful and attentive Julie. She was great. The place is easily accessible, has plenty of parking spaces, but is not barrier-free (outside stairs to get to the entrance). A small exit leads to a pretty viewing platform to see, for example, the Mythen (local mountain Schwyz) even better. The atmosphere is great, really kitschy. Everything was done very lovingly. I love it! The food was very tasty, but too Swiss-style for my taste (e.g. not very spicy). I've had better Indian food. But I will definitely go back. Thank you very much for the lovely evening with you!

What we ate was so delicious! The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere with the beautiful rose garlands is so special! The meals were lovingly cooked and presented. We felt comfortable and can easily imagine coming back again. An Indian restaurant that we can recommend!

We had a wonderful meal and were served very warmly. The momos flambéed at the table as a starter were an experience and tasted excellent - as did the main course and dessert. For vegetarians, there is a long list to choose from. In front of the restaurant there is a terrace for warm days with a beautiful view of Steinen, Lake Lauerz and the Rigi, behind the house there is public transport to take you home. Great!!!

The restaurant has a very nice location, and the food is delicious, and the workers there are all good and respectful people, but the price is a little expensive.

One of the best Indian restaurant in Europe I have visited with my family, Amazing location with breath taking view , 7* hospitality and authentic indian food, their staff Julie treat the customers like a family member , the owner of the restaurant is so down to earth and she does the magic in kitchen, I was on tears when she made for me Onion uthappam which has tasted like how my mom make ( this cuisine was not in the menu though) , my wife and daughter enjoyed the food and we go once again during our stay in garsau. We fully recommend this restaurant Must try -onion uthappam, chicken Kadai, naan, tandoori and offcourse mango lasso

Definitely the best Indian restaurant in the Schwyz valley basin... it's the only one :-) The best Indian food I've had so far, extremely tasty and varied! It was very exciting to try out many different Indian dishes, the platters are great for several people - or share several dishes as a group and enjoy the many different flavors. It's best to bring some time and enjoy the great atmosphere at the restaurant.

Great Indian Restaurant! The service is very warm, you can tell that she really enjoys her job. Give good recommendations on what to order. The food is freshly prepared and really, really tasty!! Many dishes are also gluten-free! We had a great evening and will definitely be back soon.

The food was incredibly tasty, all unusual dishes, but very convincing in taste. If you want to try something new and don't want to be disappointed, this restaurant is highly recommended! Very friendly staff and the decor was decorated to match the food. You should simply know a little English or have someone with you who can speak English. But otherwise I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes something exotic and spicy!

We had two starters and a main course to share. Everything was good and more than enough, I was even able to take leftovers home with me. For dessert we were offered a pineapple halwa - that was awesome. Will be happy to come by again!

It was our first experience with the Indian kitchen. The food was absolutely amazing. The riots of colours and the spices in the diffrent dishes were state of the art. Really recommend the Thali plate. I also recommend the restaurant for big families or larger groups - we were a family of 7 and the service was perfect. Many thanks to Julie and the chef.

A new highlight in the Schwyz valley. Fine food, new dishes, everything vegan is well marked on the menu. Great terrace, breathtaking views, the friendliest service we've encountered in Switzerland for months - if not years. The food is beautifully prepared with love and the prices are very fair for the amount of food. Some of it could have had more spice, but the thali in particular was brilliant. Thank you for the lovely evening, we'll be back.

This Indian restaurant is really a diamond in between mountains. Very friendly staff. Real & authentic Indian food is served here. This combination (location, taste & staff) makes this restaurant unique among many Indian restaurants in Switzerland.

Such lovely service and the food was absolutely delicious, we've tried many Indian restaurants in Switzerland and this one was by far the best. We will be back!

Staff overly busy, almost intrusive. But good food and interesting experience

Actually quite nice. But many details remained below our expectations, which is why only 3 stars: It starts with the view - unfortunately it's not quite as spectacular as you might hope from the outside (the view is more of the trees than of the lake and Rigi in the distance). Continuing with the service -- very attentive and friendly, but not really efficient and always helpful. Among other things, we had to wait 20 minutes until we had the first drinks on the table and the advice about the dishes was only very superficial. Last but not least -- the food: You could hardly notice the Indian roots -- for example, the sauce tasted more like an Italian than an Indian. We were hoping for more and unfortunately we won't be going back.

We had a wonderful experience The Sairaz and our waitress Julie was very kind and accommodating and we really enjoyed speaking with her! Her recommendations were delicious as were all the other food we ordered! It’s hard to find such authentic and flavorful Indian food in Switzerland but this was amazing. We truly enjoyed the different combinations of flavors and do recommend coming here!

Truly a hidden gem! Fantastic Indian restaurant with authentic Indian food. The staff was amicable and was offering suggestions too. They were cautious with our spicy tolerance and were asked our opinion before preparing. Some food on the menu wasn’t available, but it’s understandable and wasn’t an issue for us at all. Overall had a great time; I sure will recommend it to anyone. Hint: there is a stair outside to a long narrow corridor that has even more fantastic views ;)

We were amazed by the beautiful view, the atmosphere and the friendly service from Julie. I would choose a vegetarian menu next time as all the vegetarian components in my dish tasted particularly good. Gladly again!

There were 8 of us and we had various anniversaries in our family. The welcome was very warm and the spontaneous, wonderful hospitality was wonderful. The cocktails then the various starters and the various main courses were all wonderfully prepared and very fine and tasty. This is a real enrichment for our gastronomy in the Talchessel. Taste is good, but attitude sucks. Were kept waiting for one hour, asked regularly for updates on when food is coming but no proper reply. Portions are very small and much too high prized for these small platters. Was lied to the face multiple times when I was sold a Biryani that came as a Pulao. Nice location, nice food, but management really needs to work on its attitude towards customers. You can sense the arrogance when they speak with you.
