Can we drive from thayngen to rhine falls and back 15km each way without vignette?

Here you can let the V8 Monster sip the good wine in a relaxed manner. This is particularly useful when you come out of the Reich after driving at full throttle and the fuel needle has moved to the left at an appalling speed. Unfortunately, the fun is spoiled a little when you go to the checkout, but these worries are quickly forgotten as soon as you start the engine and the V8 wakes up the entire customs staff. Last but not least, there is of course enough choice in the shop for pilots to satisfy their hunger or thirst.

The serving is a bit over the top. He sent you from one to another and they had a girl of wrinkled people. Very poor customer service.

I can only agree with the bad comments about the unspecified and exaggerated exchange rate for cash payments in euros. I filled up on January 16, 2023 for 62.65 CHF and only got 0.35 CHF back for the 70 euros I gave. When I asked whether that was correct, all I received was a shrug of the shoulders and a question if I wanted to speak to the managing director. At the gas station opposite you can still pay in cash in euros without any noticeable surcharge. P.S. Save yourself the hint that you take every customer complaint seriously (see below)...

So if you are in Switzerland or live nearby, go there to fill up. Socar opposite, the two cheapest gas stations I know in northern Switzerland. 95s are currently only available for 2 fr.

I'm pretty disappointed. If you pay with euros you are really being ripped off. I filled up yesterday for 50 Chf. I gave her €50 and she said the conversion rate was higher. Had to pay almost €2.60 more. Wonder how they convert 1chf - 0.98 € She would actually have been satisfied with €50. Next time I'll go to Socar. The calculation is 1 to 1.

Beware of a rip-off - for 75 CHF you paid 90€ and received almost no change because the exchange rate is absolutely incomprehensible and apparently chosen freely. NEVER AGAIN! ...especially since the other gas stations right next door offer the normal and usual exchange rate.

Gas station is open until 10 p.m. Not around the clock. Yes, you can fill up for 24 hours, but it's closed after 10 p.m.

The biggest rip-offs are the Swiss. I also ask whether I need a vignette to go to Schaffhausen. Yes, there is absolutely no other way, well then I take the 10-day vignette. Please??? Toilet was fine for me. Everyone should know that it is best to pay with the local currency abroad. If you're honestly so stupid and let yourself be ripped off here...maybe think for a moment? Doesn't mean that I think it's good.

Very small but clean gas station, large selection of food, including baguettes, helpful staff. Prices quite high.

BEWARE RIP-OFF!!!! I just filled up and paid more Eur than CHF! What a scam! Eur is generally less than CHF! When I asked the cashier about it, the answer I got was... That's how it is with us! That was the first and last time I filled up at Shell... Luckily there are other gas stations across the street that charge at the normal rate. Warning to everyone who pays in Eur... I'm so upset right now, this gas station is a scam Beware. I filled up there on Sunday morning for 67 francs and paid 69 in euros. Normally converted into euros I would have paid less, but I paid 1.53 euros for a liter of petrol, which is the biggest rip-off there is. Please go to the even there they are correct and not scammers. Warning beware. A question for the boss, can you still sleep well if you cheat people.

Always friendly staff, not that big of a gas station shop, but I like filling up there.
