Shell in Birmensdorf (ZH)

I'm there more often during the week to buy my snack or to refuel the vehicle. The things are always fresh & are really good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A great Shell branch. Keep it up

OK for quick refueling. The staff was friendly.

Touchscreen hardly allows column selection, is very poorly calibrated, selection is made several cm away from the effective selection, that simply shouldn't be the case. I chose the truck column unintentionally, I hope I don't have an unjustified charge on my card, as it wasn't possible to cancel either

Unfriendly conditions demanded my helmet instead of payment... 🤨

Normally I was always happy. New employee (bearded, mid-30s) was very unfriendly (arrogant).

So now I have time to write about the stars too. So far I haven't been disappointed here. Always friendly staff. (Which speaks German, by the way!) Maybe you can't answer all the questions, but I wouldn't expect that from a cashier. Nevertheless, I like to stop by on my way to work. So. Many thanks with 5 stars for washing and refueling

My personal favorite gas station in my area, nice, fast and competent service and for such a small shop you have a huge selection

I wasn't too pleased with the service. Washing section is inadequate.

I was there today because my coolant temperature warning light came on while driving. I was lucky that a trained car mechanic was at the checkout today and looked at my car so that I could continue driving. Such charming help is incredibly great and precious Thank you from ❤️!

Quite nice, but at the moment entry/exit is difficult due to the road maintenance construction sites.

The car wash is inadequate. The staff is unfriendly. The prices are higher than the competition. Overall a poorly run store. Not a flagship for Shell.

For over 10 years we have been serving business and private customers with over 13 cars for refueling, washing and in the shop. I and my employees had several unpleasant conflicts with the gas station staff. Today they sold me a washing ticket for 26CHF but the machine was out of order and blocked. I asked for my money back but was brushed off in a disrespectful and antisocial manner. The ticket was still valid, they said, and when I asked if I could talk to the boss, they said NO. Then I tried by phone and again only reached someone from the checkout staff, I was harassed again and in the end she even hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN!

The car wash is absolutely not recommended. 1. way too expensive 2. Regardless of the program, it leaves behind large amounts of water stains that can only be removed with water and a rag. 3. You can't pay directly at the car wash, you have to go to the shop to buy a receipt.

No gas station....nothing else...food is simply touched and examined in the hot counter with dirty hands and then put back...no thanks...staff unfriendly and barely understandable...shouldn't speak perfect German. ..but try to be able to do it with a job like this...

Absolutely the worst gas station I know... - Door often doesn't open automatically even during the day, you stand in front of it or almost run into it because you expect it to open (employees have to press) -around 10 p.m. no more individual pastries, everything packed in packages of 3/4. Ask if it is cheaper... no no no... so you are expected to buy one for the price of three even though you only want one.. .. but you can take the sandwich rolls there... Starting price approx. 5.60 chf 😤😤 And I expect that German is spoken there, I have to agree with another review 😡😤 My conclusion is that it's better to give the gas station a wide berth.

If you're open until midnight, I expect that I can still go to the shop at 11:55 p.m....

Been there often and avoid this gas station The staff often speak a language among themselves that does not correspond to any national language and is incomprehensible to me. As a customer it is extremely unpleasant if, for example, someone speaks in a foreign language and then giggles. It is also inappropriate for employees to speak the same language as customers.

The employees are bottom drawers

None of the gas pumps were full

The courage workers are anti-social

When we wanted to fill up on a Friday evening, not a single pump (out of 10!) worked. If you wanted to ask the employees for help, as long as you understood us at all with your very limited knowledge of German, they would just say "I don't know". This gas station is actually one of the worst I have ever experienced in our country. The behavior of the employees was really bad. I actually don't even give it one star.

Friendly and has what you need.

The gas station is on the roadside, but you have to enter from a small road. The price is reasonable and there is a supermarket.

Not too big or small you can buy groceries on Sunday brunch Coffee inside and something to eat.

Staff is not very well educated and should improve the understanding of local language

Large gas station with lots of space. Car vacuum cleaners. Shopping for fresh groceries. There is also a ready-made menu.
