I was just at the gas station, I'd love to stop by again and again. For refueling and for the shop. Very friendly staff! When I wanted to pay for the tank, the employee Mr. Gutaj pointed out the Shell app to save 6 cents per liter and also the Cumulus card. I can only recommend Shell Eglisau!

I've often noticed that more and more younger, male new staff come across as extremely unmotivated. Just don't do too much! There seems to be a coming and going!? Even when you enter the shop and say the usual friendly “Good morning” you get a stupid look but there is no reply!!!

But we still have a selection at the checkout at the front and what does it say Freixenet you should already know what is available in the store and yes the saleswoman, we have so many customers even though I was the only one! Despite a good location, the customer service at the Shell gas station in Eglisau is outrageously bad. The employees were extremely rude and the product range was disappointingly incomplete. No recommendation.

Very dirty toilet, items constantly not available e.g. cigarettes. Things from heating plate too dry, too hard not recommended to buy, not worth the money. There was also 1 cashier at the checkout on Sunday and there was a huge line outside and 3 other employees milling around. I noticed that the customers can wait, the employees have to be able to do their work. Not very customer friendly!!! I'll never come back and will encourage everyone I know to stop going to this gas station

This afternoon one of the employees (short red hair, older) walked through the sales room with her mask pulled down and talked to a customer right in front of the baked goods.
