Cheeky staff, Cumulus points are not credited (first time after 80 liters of premium diesel, second time after highway vignette and 49 liters of diesel oil, due to so-called "technical problems"). No help at the pump point, expensive services NEVER AGAIN. Update April 3rd, 2022: used, read newspaper issued normally for resale. Receipts are automatically disposed of without question; you are never asked for your Cumulus card.

The shop always seems very empty to me, especially when it comes to drinks, even though there are always two or three of the staff. The staff is sometimes friendly, sometimes unfriendly! The toilet could be cleaner! I actually think the outdoor area is quite good! It's the only gas station where the customer doesn't have the goods they've bought wrapped up, but the bag is simply thrown away (like mine) like every time! No one has ever asked about the Cumulus?! I've been there 3-4 times in the evening (8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) and unfortunately found out that there was no bread left! It's a busy gas station right next to the highway, I'm sure there's a lot going on there, especially when the delivery comes! You can't always take care of everything and employees sometimes want to take a short break, which is completely understandable! But in my opinion, being friendly should go without saying! Nevertheless, I will continue to shop there!!!

The head of personnel this Sunday is not friendly and her arguments are out of context. I used to wash my car at their facility. It is impossible with the new device to have the "total shine" option without washing under the vehicle. The manager gives me the following argument: "I would like to earn my salary without working"....I don't understand this reply in the context. In short, I decide to leave because it is impossible to make my argument understood and it will not be communicated in advance. Large gas station with gas and other offers. The shop has a comprehensive range of products and, as far as I have encountered, the staff is friendly and competent. What is remarkable is the additional service at the petrol pumps and the additional jobs it creates. For me, this is a reason to stop here as I drive past if I need to refuel or take a break. Absolutely recommended

Good to stop by for a coffee. They have a toilet rather clean and a parking (free). People are nice and friendly and you can buy some food if you need. A table and some spool are available for you. Close to the coffee machine there is a universal charger for phones. That can be really handy if your phone just died!!

I've been there twice so far and haven't had to wait particularly long at the checkout. The service was friendly and competent, just the way I like it. Particularly important to me: Red Bull Cola cans can be purchased.

Waiting times at the checkout in the evening were too long, even though there were enough staff!
