Friendly team, but they call "balloon" what we call "loaf" in Neuchâtel... It would be good to change it, because it annoys me a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!! Neuchâtel is not Vaud or Fribourg!

Well served for many years, attractive price with the cumulus discount until today when the gentleman who serves me tells me that he has never taken the cumulus discount but that his colleagues do 🤦‍♀️ so I am very badly fallen

The station is not open 24/7 at all. Already around fifteen times my colleagues or I should have had to refuel a Mobility car. But once you arrive at the terminal, it says it is closed.

A gas station where you would stop almost for pleasure. - prices well below average (1.74 CHF for the SP 95 when the competition offered the same product above 1.80 CHF) - clean pumps and track, so you don't stain the carpets of your car with smelly diesel; - a friendly and smiling cashier. A small grocery store to supplement if necessary and some products to maintain your vehicle.

Mark 24 hours a day for the pumps, not the stores. Note it at least...

There is a service station outside Neuchâtel that usually has lower fuel prices than the competition. The convenience store is a little small but has a lot of products and is almost always very tidy and very clean. The bathrooms were clean and hygienic. The employees are very professional and attentive.

The two saleswomen this morning (11/30/22 at 6 a.m.) were adorable. Smiling and friendly while being efficient. It’s really nice :)! Some maintenance products for vehicles available in the shop. Good choice of fuels and fair prices for a Shell subsidiary.

I was a good customer but unfortunately disabled and I fell and I have an injured tendon so I can't carry anything heavy and I also take gas bottles so I park in front of the entrance, it's a little annoying but we can pass and if I park between the petrol columns I can't open my left door wide to get out if there is a car and I can't open my right door to take out my crutches either. One day I arrive the boss tells me no more park here because people are complaining, BUT THAT CHANGES NOTHING, IF I WOULD HAVE STOPPED BETWEEN THE COLUMNS THEY ALSO SHOULD HAVE WAITED BEHIND
