It wasn't great honestly especially for the Price, go to Annemasse the comm will be less good but you will have the same Burger.

Poor portion for the price. And when you order from them they make you wait 1h30 and cancel your order at the last minute. Above all, don't go there if you are hungry. And avoid orders.

Big disappointment... Order placed online. The bulgogi burger is edible, the sauce is not incredible, the meat remained tender but overall average. The pseudo bland kimchi and the bland fries too. I'm not giving it a star because having ordered online, I know that the journey may have deteriorated the final flavors a little but I certainly won't travel there to try it.

I was extremely impressed by the warm welcome I received during my visit. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. In addition, the dishes offered were incredibly delicious and indulgent. An unforgettable culinary experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking to indulge!

Honestly, if you want to go there for that Instagrammable look, get a dessert or a drink instead, otherwise it will really be a waste of money. The fries seemed to be leftovers with only skin on, my burger smelled burnt, the service was a little rude, but honestly, there are worse things. But now, I'm not going to lie, I'm even afraid of getting food poisoning after this burger. Really, I'm disappointed. You could say that this restaurant is only good in appearance.

First and worst restaurant experience. The biggest problem we encountered was with the fries. It's really shameful to serve fries without any salt. The fries were completely burnt, dry and inedible. They almost seemed like reheated leftovers rather than fresh fries. Paying 7.- to receive this kind of fries is a total lack of respect. Sincerely very disappointed with this experience. The veggie burger was fine, but didn’t have a lot of flavor and was small. The sweet potato fries with wasabi sauce was quite good. You have to order via an app on one person’s phone, which took much longer than just having a server take your order.

Best burgers in Geneva. The originality of Asian flavors is a real plus compared to establishments that offer classic burgers. The bread is soft, everything is extremely well spiced, the nuggets are excellent with chicken fillets, the fries are delicious and the homemade sauces are excellent. It’s rare to find a place that stands out to this extent. We usually really like this place, especially the bulgogi burger. However, we had a very bad experience the last time we wanted to eat there. In fact, we booked with La quatrefoil for 2:00 p.m. Arriving at 2:05 p.m., we were told the kitchens were closed and it was impossible to eat there. Scandal ! To avoid !

The place is clean and welcoming. The terrace which is on the sidewalk of the avenue is a little too noisy. It is better to eat indoors. In winter try to eat in the upstairs room. The bottom one is cold. These are certainly not the best burgers in Geneva, but the originality of the place and the cuisine invites you to visit it from time to time. Great experience at Shiso Burger. The concept is great and the burgers are tasty. Very cozy atmosphere in the room! We had reservations for 5 people. The servers are very attentive, thanks to Wendy and her colleague who were there that evening. I opted for the sweet potato fries, the bulgogi burger (spicy) with a few sauces (lemon, ginger, teriyaki), kimchi, a lychee-based lemonage and, to finish, a caramel mochi for dessert. Everything was perfect from start to finish of the meal. I recommend this restaurant to have a good time with friends or family! We come from Paris but we will not hesitate to come back next time 🤌

Had the cheeseburger for the second time and it’s amazing. You can have it rare, and I recommend the large size. It’s still one patty but a bit bigger. The quality seems to have decreased. For example, we used to love their mint pineaple juice but its quality is now far from what we were used to.

Very good first experience in this place, which has a quick order system via cell phone. The burgers are tasty and original, especially the fish options. The accompaniments are also interesting and include Japanese draft beer. The place is small and being Friday night there were a lot of people (so it gets a little noisy) and it is advisable to reserve a table if you want to eat at the premises. Good attention from the staff.

The restaurant is nice although too noisy and the music a bit too loud. The burgers were nice as were the sweet potato fries. (I don't know if it's automatic, but they gave us ketchup+mayonnaise in addition to the sauce we paid for.)

I placed an order today on UberEat following the buy one burgee = one free offer. The meat of both burgers was black and burnt as shown in the photos. This is quite unacceptable at the price of 18CHF per unit. I will not order again, nor recommend it to those around me. The amount of the burgers was reimbursed by UberEat.

A place to absolutely discover! Ultra warm and welcoming staff and fantastic chefs! The Asian atmosphere is super relaxing and zen and the food is just exquisite. The fries are homemade and all the ingredients too! A real treat, thanks to Nassim the cook who prepared our meal for us!

It was good. But there is a feeling of in-between, of not daring to go all the way in terms of flavors. My burger lacked craziness, a more marked, different, more original taste, to stand out from the others. There, the memory faded quickly and, given the possibilities for good burgers in Geneva, I don't think I will return to Shiso anytime soon.
