A wonderful experience from A to Z. I can only recommend. Rarely eaten so well.

We were able to enjoy a wonderful lunch at Siemis yesterday! The three of us were seated at a beautifully set table by the window. Lunch was a poem from salad to dessert. An exceptional kitchen with great service! Many thanks to the Siemis team! See you soon :-)

Visited the restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. Sensational food & great service. Had a wonderful evening. At the end the chef even came out to greet us and ask if we were satisfied. Very nice restaurant and nice employees. We stop at the Christmas market there. Everything is highly recommended, only the prices are expensive, which can be explained by the great service, ambience and good food. I'd love to come back.

If you're looking for star cuisine (without stars) in Weinfelden, it's best to go to Siemis. Hugo, alone in the kitchen, calmly conjures up outstanding flavor essences on the plate. The two-person team entertains the guests in a reserved, professional and confident manner. You'll be happy to come back!

The “Siemis” is a wonderful restaurant. In the old style, without appearing old-fashioned, a great, new restaurant has emerged from a former blacksmith's shop in recent years as an invigorating meeting place in the center of Weinfeld's old town. The menu and kitchen may be small, but what the host and hostess offer their customers here at reasonable prices is outstanding. There is hardly any other place where the food is prepared and presented so carefully and tasty. The palate, eyes and heart are convinced by the offer. The personal, competent and friendly service, which is also happy to accommodate special requests, makes a visit here for a private meal or in a group a perfect pleasure. Reservation is definitely recommended! And now I have to add something two months later because no further, second review is permitted under my (correct) name: In September 2023, as a multiple guest at “Siemis”, I really have to seriously contradict other reviews!! How do the (fictional?) characters “Mellon”, “Untock Behèn”, “Black Berry”, “Patrick Buff”, “Balabala Bunja”, “Thorsten Witzmann” and again “Mellon” come to be simple, unfounded and obviously malicious ones -Reviews for the “Siemis”? Were they hired to do this or did the hosts simply refuse to pay money for favorable reviews? Without any factual justification, these 7 unqualified “guests” (who they may not even actually have been?!) are simply posting malicious and unmotivated reviews online in the summer of 2023. You should be ashamed of yourself! From all aspects, the “Siemis” is a friendly, great restaurant.

We were there for the third time today and are thrilled for the third time. Very creative and delicious food, great ambience and top service. We would love to come back and let ourselves be inspired again.

Excellent!!!! It was an amazing experience I try the apetizer "corn bisq" it was extrairdinary with a popcorn and maiz, 2 diferents ways to try it, and main course "Arroz de Polvo" extraordinare, the creativity, the flavor, the octopus or pulpo well done.....thanks to the chef such an extraordinary ecperience👏🏾

Was there for dinner on my birthday. Many thanks to Dani and Hugo for the wonderful evening. The friendliness of the waiter Dani was just great, very friendly and accommodating without seeming intrusive. The food was a poem... all the flavor components were simply amazing. And the quality of the products used for the dishes is simply world class! A huge compliment to Hugo!
