The Sillerenbühl restaurant is excellent and I am a regular guest there. The quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere undoubtedly deserve five stars. It's definitely a place I can fully recommend.

New restaurant wrong concept. During peak times you can easily wait in line for 30 minutes, even if you just want a bratwurst. If you like food out of a pack, this is the right choice, but not recommended for everyone else. Quality really inadequate. Set up a grill outside so that people who just want sausage don't have to go to the restaurant.

Always enough seating, good food and drinks. Suggestion for improvement: The top glasses are definitely too high.

Was my favorite restaurant in Adelboden. Unfortunately not anymore. It was nicely remodeled, but then unfortunately it came to nothing. Eating is no longer what it was a year ago. Barley soup has gone down massively, burgers are no longer available, which is a huge shame. Now there are only the standard dishes like everywhere else. We have been wondering for a long time why the pizza oven has been standing still for years. And to top it off, the former great play area for the little ones is now used as a storage area for various items and there is hardly any space left to play. They have definitely lost us as long-time regulars. I'm not the only one who sees it that way either. Really a shame.

I had lunch here for 4 days. The self-service restaurant offers a beautiful view. There is a daily changing buffet as well as some fixed menus, which are available every day. The fixed menus were very Swiss (Älplermaggrone, Rösti etc). The food is average but nothing special. The staff was so semi-friendly. When I asked where the vegetarian tortelloni were, I got an irritated answer: "They're not vegetarian". This was despite the fact that both vegetarian and non-vegetarian tortelloni were listed on the daily menu. In general, the vegetarian offering (at the daily changing buffet) was rather modest if you didn't want to resort to the fixed menus like Älplermaggronen or Rösti every day. The restaurant offers space for many people and also has a beautiful, large terrace.

The nut and almond peaks are really good, but yesterday's experience in the Sillerenbühl mountain restaurant (self-service) was not good at all. In general, the self-service area (despite the mask) regularly doesn't smell good, i.e. a pungent smell of vinegar and other sour things. But this is about the food in the self-service section. The rösti was completely dried out, but the cordon bleu was even worse. It was probably made with spoiled ham. The sour taste alone gave rise to this assumption. Almost 6 hours later, on top of everything else, we were sick and had to throw up. In the meantime we hadn't eaten anything. Something like this simply shouldn't happen.

The team at the mountain restaurant is very well coordinated, friendly and prompt. The food is always perfect and your physical well-being is well taken care of. I visited this restaurant on August 16, 2018. Everything is well organized and clear. The restaurant and the toilet facilities are bright and clean. The canteen is self-service and very modern. If you order a burger like I did, it's freshly prepared and you get such a puck. When this puck vibrates, the food is ready and you can pick it up. The food is good but the canteen atmosphere doesn't match the high price and the great view. Definitely ok as a snack.
