Worst service I’ve ever seen in Europe, it’s worst than a banana republic country . I ordered food an hour and half ago and no food . Even Uber eats can’t reach them and seems the restaurant is closed but accepting orders and pretending to awake . This is utterly shameful and disgusting, I had to take medication a long time ago and starving.

Food arrived a whole hour late, the Pizza Amigo (rocket + raw ham with extra mushrooms for an additional 2CHF) had neither rocket nor mushrooms on it, the "double" kebab was quite dry, only contained a bit of cocktail sauce instead of both sauces as requested more lettuce/onions than meat in it. The pizza wasn't really bad, but the delivery person wanted to charge me the full price, including for the extra mushrooms that weren't even on it. The free dessert as an excuse didn't make much difference, we were disappointed and the desire to eat was gone. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to the food because of the many good reviews here. It was probably the first and last time I ordered here.
