We were really spoiled in this actually inconspicuous and relatively small building, which fits exactly under a railway overpass! Starting from the service, I think from the boss himself, to the last course from the kitchen; an experience!!! Thank you very much, we will come back!!!

Great food! Super nice service and I also thought the selection and presentation of the wines was great! The prices are relatively high due to the proximity to Zurich, but totally reasonable. The special burger is highly recommended (can't remember the name but not the simple burger, although that was good too!).

Anyone who loves grilled food (meat, fish and shellfish) from the charcoal grill is in good hands there. A very good selection of red wines is presented in a display. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff is extremely friendly and the food tastes excellent. The meat was cooked exactly to my taste. The prices seem a bit high to me, but I will definitely come back - after all, you can't treat yourself to anything else.

If you are Asian and not dressed up, do not enter this restuarant. We were looked down upon entering . We never felt so discriminated. It is supposedly bar tapas restaurant, we are planning to have few drinks and tapas, but we are asked to order entree. We just had dinner an hour before. While we are checking the menu, the server removed the cutleries, the water glasses.. We decided to leave the restuarant as we felt so insulted.

Everything was fine except for the parking situation. If you already know that you don't have enough parking spaces when it's busy, you could point out to guests that parking will not only be fined, but will be towed away, which according to their service staff happens all the time, mainly due to poor signage is. The evening cost me 580 francs.

Wow, what a fantastic little restaurant, and so close to home, very nicely decorated, with lots of taste. You come in and are welcomed by very friendly employees, you can tell from the first minute that they love their job. There is passion in the air, be it in the service or in the kitchen, where you can watch whoever you want and see how the food is prepared. The food was excellent and a very nice wine selection, the menu is small but nice, yes it's not cheap to eat here, but the quality is simply great. So you can enjoy a nice, cozy evening here with good food and wine. A real break from everyday life.

Simple Burger is really tasty and the extra thinly sliced ​​fries were absolutely crispy👌 Price-performance is fair… Maybe not quite as comparable but I would still like to mention it: decent burger meat, crispy fries and toasted ciabatta bread with salad and good sauce costs 29.- Makes you feel full and, above all, fun to eat... For this price you get boring burgers at McDonald's, you have an uncomfortable feeling of fullness that changes to a feeling of hunger after just 2 hours. I like honest work, good service and fair prices, which is why I am happy to recommend this restaurant.

We came here again specifically to eat because we liked it so much when we were here a year ago. The staff is very courteous and helpful. We have always eaten tapas, which we can highly recommend. We will definitely come back, even if the route is not the next for us.

Since I was in Wallisellen for a week on business, I went to dinner at Simple on the first evening. I was so impressed by the food and the very friendly staff that I ate there every evening for the whole week. And it was incredibly delicious every evening! If you are in Wallisellen, you should really eat at this restaurant. Also applies to vegetarians 😉

A great restaurant with a lot of warmth which is mainly thanks to the hosts. You feel comfortable in the cozy ambience, which is decorated in brown tones. It's not crowded with tables, so every seat still has its own privacy. Light music in the background and it was a perfect evening. The sirloin steak was very tender and the risotto was perfect. The grilled avocados were new territory for me, and were really tasty. Of course, kudos to the kitchen for that too. The price segment is rather in the upper range, but you only get the best meat (Ojo de Agua). The restaurant has been around for 4 years. It's a shame we didn't discover this sooner. We'd love to come back.

Yesterday we were at Simple Stakehouse with 16 people. 10/10. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was very pleasant and friendly. You can sense the professionalism immediately. What a small but fantastic restaurant. The restaurant is not to big but very well decorated. It is very clean and everyone who works there is very friendly. The food tastes absolutely amazing. Starting with cold and hot tapas like bread and garlic sauce, chorizo picante, shrimps and many more. As a main dish we had cafe de paris simple. It is a very well prepared piece of meat, perfectly cooked on whatever doneness you prefer accompanied with some pommes allumettes. Everything what we tried was delicious. Special thanks to the owner and his daughter who both do a very good job. I will come back soon. Higjly recommanded.

Little tip: The tapas are a dream! I haven't eaten so well in a long time. Can easily keep up with Spain and the service is always very courteous and friendly. Here you can tell that the boss and family are involved with joy and passion. I can only warmly recommend the restaurant.
