One of the restaurants in the Oerlikon area that you'll want to come back to often. SimSim Restaurant offers delicious Lebanese and Middle Eastern dishes, from classic mezze plates and shawarma to a variety of grilled meat and falafel skewers. All dishes are very tasty, fresh and well seasoned. I recommend trying the classic hummus beiruti, muhamarra, babaganoush, batata harra, musaka and meat kebabs. A good selection is the Chef Mo's selection, where you can find all the dishes in the form of plates. The service is very friendly and the restaurant is quite spacious and offers plenty of seating. I would highly recommend it!

We had the great pleasure of dining at Sim Sim Restaurant as a family and I can't help but share our excitement with you. From the first moment we entered the restaurant, we were transported into a world from 1001 Nights - an experience for the eyes and taste buds. The food was simply sensational - every bite was like a journey of discovery through rich aromas and authentic tastes. It is obvious that Sim Sim places great value on the quality and authenticity of the ingredients, making every dish a culinary experience. However, what made our visit particularly memorable was the excellent service. The staff was not only friendly and accommodating, but also extremely attentive. Her sense of humor and wit further helped make our dinners both relaxing and entertaining. The atmosphere at Sim Sim is truly unique and takes guests into another world. The loving furnishings and the ambience made our stay something very special. In conclusion, our visit to Sim Sim will not be the last. Very cozy place, delicious food, specially the Tabouleh. Original and creative dishes. Excellent Lebanese house wine for red, Reserve Du Couvent from Ksara pairs really well with the food. Nice background music, lovely staff. We had a great time. Thank you!

The food tasted delicious and the service was good. However, it was disappointing that when ordering the chicken shawarma no flatbread was included. It had to be ordered separately and paid for additionally, which was unfortunate.

A very nice place in the heart of the center of Oerlikon. Warm welcome and very pleasant atmosphere. The boss and the staff are very motivated and friendly. The dishes are beautiful, plentiful and carefully prepared by the hands of a creative and experienced chef. You immerse yourself in the Orient, eat very well and ultimately want to come back to try all the mezze and schwarma. I recommend it and give it five stars.

Simply speechless! We went to the restaurant for lunch as a group of 10 and were more than happy with everything! We all had shawarma (chicken, beef, vegan on a plate with sweet potato fries), which tasted really good! The food came quickly and was freshly prepared. The fries were the best I had in Switzerland and the meat was very tasty! Service was also very accommodating and top! Unfortunately no photos were taken because we were so hungry! All in all, perfect! highly recommended :)

Very tasty mezze in a beautiful atmosphere. Beautifully creamy hummus and baba ganoush, and very fine falafel. Instead of the pita bread that is usually offered, there is flatbread, which is great for dipping the hummus. The aesthetic is more on the urban side, beautifully bright and cozy.

Overall I would give a 3.5 ⭐️s. The service was fantastic and the staff were really nice, 5⭐️ to them really. To drink, we ordered saffron house tea and ginger (ingwer) house tea. My friends say the saffron one was good (7 out of 10), but my ginger one was very mild and watery. Now this might be because I have a ginger shot every morning… so my ginger threshold is pretty high. So my opinion on this tea might be biased. To eat, we ordered the mezze mit spiessli and the chicken shawarma. All to share between the three of us. There was food left so this is plenty for three adults. The babbaganoush and hummus were fantastic, but everything else was just ok. The chicken was dry, the skewers were cold and dry, falafel was a bit too dry too… other sauces were a bit bland… A bit of a shame because the service was really nice. We paid CHF42.- each, which included a CHF5.- tip each.

Very nice and small restaurant with outdoor and indoor areas. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially on weekends, as they are always nice with first names made from Scrabble letters. The food is very tasty and the price is right. Been about 4 or 5 times so far and has always been pleasant, friendly and tasty.

The place is nice and tidy, the food is clean and tastes nice, the restaurant is also clean, and the treatment was also upscale. All the employees were very upscale in their dealings. I also thank Muhammad Al-Masry for his upscale treatment and to everyone without exception.

Mezze as a starter and then a delicious grilled variation. Rewarded for taking the risk of trying the house iced tea with saffron - surprisingly good combination. The price is also impressive for Zurich. Here you get something for your money. Tarek then let the dessert menu slide over so elegantly that I was tempted to try an ice cream.

When I first ordered it everything was perfect! The second time was disappointing. I ordered the same grilled mixto dish that I made in the previous order. The portion was really small (only two small meat skewers). The rest of the order didn't seem as fresh as it did the first time. The delivery man left the bag of groceries on the street and didn't even ring the bell. When I saw on the phone that the food was taking a long time, I could see that it had already been delivered 40 minutes ago and left on the floor at the entrance to the building. 😫

Wonderful food and friendly atmosphere. We had the Mezze à la Mo. Being very hungry, we were confident enough to eat everything. We almost made it, which means the portions were generous. The baba ganoush was excellent, as were the skewers. For us “mezze beginners” it was just right to try our way through the Orient. Won't be the last time.

Simple Lebanese restaurant but with good food. Tye atmosphere is simple but nice, with good touch of decorations. The food is tasty. The dessert is very very good. Maybe just a bit too pricy. Depending on what you eat and drink you can easily spend 50 chf

We felt like we were in the land of milk and honey :-) very tasty, freshly prepared, beautifully decorated and friendly service.
