Nice bar. A good mix of YOUNG AND OLD. Good drinks menu. Indoor and outdoor areas.

Very nice bar above Olten with a beautiful view of the panorama. The drinks come quickly and are good. The waitress was very friendly. There are comfortable seating options with armchairs at tables, or high tables with stools. There is one huge disadvantage, which is why we unfortunately won't be coming back - the toilets are one floor below, right next to the smoking room. And, it's hard to believe, but you smell strongly of cigarette smoke after using the toilet. The smoke is really pungent. You can smell this already in the elevator up to the bar. The entrance to the bar also smells of smoke, but the further back it dissipates. If that doesn't bother you, it's a really nice place to spend some time with good drinks.

Beautiful view over Olten and a cozy atmosphere. It's a shame the free nuts and olives are no longer available. The panetricolore is very tasty and the club sandwich would actually be too if the toast wasn't as hard as rusks. I showed this to the waitress and asked her to inform the kitchen about it. I don't know if that worked, it wasn't really addressed.

went for a private event, beautiful view over part of Olten and the mountains. very friendly staff with great finger food. def. recommendable for a private event, and i’m sure the same for a drink and/or a meal.

Was there on a Saturday evening. Good selection of drinks, although the staff was a bit confused, but that wasn't a big deal. Cool views in all directions on the roof terrace. Gladly again.

On Tuesday evening we spontaneously drove to Olten to the Siesieme in the Astoria. Haven't been there for years, which is actually a shame. You have to quickly find the entrance again and then take the elevator to the fifth floor. Yes, you have to walk with a stick, we make it easy! When we get to the top we see that it is full, so where to go? At the bar or find a seat somewhere? There was still space at the balcony window that was open, a bit cold but that's okay. My colleague takes a Pimms and I take a Cola Zero. The lady was very nice :) After a short conversation we decided on a ham platter. The new lady was at the tables watching the guests studying the menu. I wanted to ask a quick question and was summoned to the corner: “I’m with the guests.” When it came we ordered the platter, which was very large with olives, jalapeños with cream cheese, cheese and salad as decoration. Can I continue to recommend it?

Since I am up there more often and have always been satisfied with the service, I unfortunately had to experience the opposite today, July 19th, 2023. The female service worker with black hair seemed uninterested and in a bad mood, I hope this changes as quickly as possible so that I can relax again and enjoy a stress-free evening! Otherwise great

The Sisième is located above the roofs of Olten and the view is great. It offers a nice ambience and unique drinks. The staff is professional like you rarely experience. There are practically no waiting times because the employees are extremely attentive. I was particularly impressed by the tattooed woman. Despite the great stress, she had time for a short conversation and entertained us with her warm manner. It is highly recommended.

Nice mood and ambience Were a bit disappointed with our Amaretto Sour....for the prices I'm disappointed to only get orange juice with a cherry...hope the other cocktails are better with a little more kick!!

Highly recommended. Very nice service and delicious drinks. Had the beer of the day and the hibiscus gin and tonic and would recommend both without hesitation. Plus a beautiful panorama. Gladly again 😃

Nice bar with good non-alcoholic cocktails. You can also get various nuts and olives from the bar for free. Unfortunately, the good seats at the windows with a view are almost always reserved.

Very nice view over Olten. The bar can be easily reached using the lift, although the last few steps still require stairs. It can get very busy during the evening and the service can take a little longer. There is also an age limit (lower age limit)

The bar is nicely done and there were a lot of people there. Unfortunately, the music was also very loud and I personally didn't like that. Service was friendly. Prices for drinks are rather expensive.

Lots of bored rich kids who have to scream at each other over a very loud background noise. Service rather impersonal and stressed but ok. The drinks are excellent but also very expensive.

Nice bar, good drinks, friendly service. BUT... There wasn't much going on and the three ladies at the bar probably had little to do. In any case, you could easily listen in on their private conversations... But otherwise gladly again :)

One of the most beautiful roof terraces with a view over Olten and also a bar! We regularly go to the top floor of the Hotel Astoria for a drink after work. The friendly staff serves drinks, cocktails and small snacks. Reservations are worthwhile for groups. Unfortunately, it is often full and the waiting time is an issue.

Very pleasant and cozy atmosphere with lots of good drinks. Unfortunately, on certain evenings when it's full you notice that the service is overwhelmed with orders. Either something is forgotten, you are not asked for about an hour if you would like to drink something else, or you are forced to pay at the bar. The day parties are great, only the drink prices are a bit over the top! An aperol spritz and a redbull for 23chf!
