We regularly went to get a kebab on the way home after work. However, the last time was our last time! Since we ordered a Dürüm with fries and a pide to take home. (We live 3 minutes away from the courier!) Unfortunately, when we arrived home everything was ice cold! The previous time we ordered, we waited 1.3 hours. For a kebab and a pide?!! That can't be the case considering we live in the same village. In any case not recommended!

Ordered pizza for the first time. Pizza Florentina & Döner Pizza, I have to say 10 out of 10 points, very delicious. Doner meat was very good overall dough and it was still warm when it arrived, will order again.

This store should be closed. Employee came in and started making kebab without washing hands. The kebab tastes disgusting. The time in the store is set incorrectly so everything comes late. Something like that should be noticed. Person unfriendly too. Tomatoes were still packed into my kebab. The pizza was delivered incorrectly!!!! Etc…..etc… a shame this store

Already ordered here twice. Both times the portions were really too small or too little meat as if they were saving it. Definitely unfair for the price. Otherwise it actually tasted good. Thanks

We often order from Snack Box, but today we were very disappointed. The order came 30 minutes later than stated. The order was incorrect, ham came instead of pescatore. The pizza was cold and that was the last time for us. th time.

It took too long for it to be delivered, the promised time was not kept at all, the food was lukewarm and part of the order was missing!

Burger was underground! The bread, which was baked for about 2 seconds, was disgusting and the meat wasn't even half cooked. The dessert was supposed to be chocolate mousse, but I was given a brown block of ice that you could easily use to hammer nails into a wall!! NEVER AGAIN !!!

Ordered doner kebab today and mistyped the address by two. We have included the name of the clinic. The food was delivered to the teaching house and simply left on the Biden in front of the door. The last 4 orders were totally bad. I wanted to mention it when ordering today but didn't mention it out of kindness and thought it would definitely taste good this time. Now it's like the last 3 times again and I'm very disappointed. I've been ordering for years and have been happy so far. Now it has started and I think it's totally wrong to treat customers like that and have the feeling that you don't notice that the pizza was poorly made or even that it was simply warmed up and not freshly prepared. Strangely enough, the pizza arrived in 25 minutes even though I live in Stäfa and it was supposed to be freshly prepared and made😵 It was totally tough and dry like the last 3 times!!!
