The special bar on the Seedamm is an absolute highlight for anyone looking for something special. With its spacious, modern interior and breathtaking view of the lake, it offers an atmosphere that is second to none - particularly impressive during sunset. The selection of drinks is extensive and leaves nothing to be desired, and the culinary offering, although perhaps not the main focus, consistently impresses with its quality and taste. The location right on the water, coupled with attentive and friendly service, makes every visit an unforgettable experience. I can fully recommend the Sonderbar.

Was delicious. Good meat value for money is ok. More vegetarian options could be added to the menu. However, the chairs are a bit wobbly.

Nice, beautifully located restaurant on the lake (but also on the street) with a good menu and a mixed crowd - rather fewer tourists. We had reserved a table and sat on the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the lake. Unfortunately, the service was understaffed or stressful during our visit, so we had to wait a long time to place our order or pay. The service itself was very friendly. The menu offered a good selection of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, although many dishes were very similar, for example seasonal pumpkin and porcini mushrooms during our visit. On the one hand, this is nice and understandable (seasonal, efficient use of goods), but it makes choosing difficult if you don't like certain ingredients. I had gnocci, which were good in themselves and combined a little differently, but a little too special for my taste (with grapes). All in all, I would come again to enjoy the great terrace and also like to try something different from the menu. oil

It's not just the bar that is recommended. Warm cuisine Monday to Sunday 👍. Friendly staff. Aperol fine but the mixture could be better (Aperol ;-)

Cool place! Little hidden gem along the Pfaffikon - Rapperswil road across the lake. Food was good, staff very friendly and atmosphere great for an after-work apero. There is a separate restaurant but the menu can also be enjoyed in the bar area.
