Sorbetto ice-cream! in Zürich

I just received quince and sour cream praline sorbet as a gift. A treat for the palate!! So it's clear to me what I'm going to have for dessert at Christmas! I also think it’s a great gift for ice cream lovers. Thanks to the Sorbetto team for this mind-blowing “magic”!! I'll be over soon!

Great ice cream, very tasty and not "just" sorbet. The staff almost seemed annoyed to have to serve us, and it wasnt very clear where to park the bikes (the neighbors made it clear that we couldnt briefly park our bikes around the shop). Would go again, but given the armosphere it's not one of my favorite ice cream places in Zurich.

We, the crew of garbage truck ERZ No. 312, always take the same tour around Kreuzplatz + Sonneberg on Fridays, it also takes us to Neptunstrasse, past the beautiful ice cream shop Sorbetto ice-cream, where the shop owner often gave us some fine ice creams Creations surprised.! Personalities are not formed by money and nice speeches, but by their work - their own achievements. The shop owner of Sorbetto ice-cream is a true champion when it comes to ice cream creation and a poet of politeness, which is why we look forward to it every Friday, whatever the weather in Healthy and Happy. I know that my job as a garbage collector isn't very well regarded, but that doesn't really matter to me, a great working life is worth more than a big wallet and a bag full of envy. The bike is the passe-partout for my personal freedom, I ride around Lake Zurich once every week with "La Grande Liberté old Swiss military bike from 1935" in 5 hours and 30 minutes. Including an additional loop, that's about 91 kilometers to my home take 3 breaks, one of which is at Sorbetto ice-cream where I enjoy a great ice cream to keep up with my calorie balance.! Greetings, simple happy satisfied free Zurich garbage man.

I tried three ice cream shops while visiting Zurich. All were good, but Sorbetto was the best in terms of texture and flavor. Highly recommend getting two flavors: lavender ice cream with banana-passion fruit sorbet in a cone. The two flavors complement each other very well, and their cones are better than the other shops.

THE Zurich gelato classic since the 90s. - Sour cream and green tea ice cream as well as plenty of other varieties. The charming backstreet location used to be a dairy shop.

An inconspicuous ice cream store with complete production in the middle of Zurich! The route is arduous and car traffic is no longer fun, even outside of traffic jams, but once you've filled your suitcase full of gelati, the whole thing is worth it. Our boss Enzo is very charming, matter-of-fact and tries to see even difficult times with humor. But the stress of COVID was also felt here. It's not that easy to cope with the lockdown sales slump. That's why I'm very happy that this business has weathered the storm. His staff has always been attentive and friendly. You can taste new varieties and new faces are immediately invited with a small sample. Before COVID, the boss also took the time to do an impromptu tour. Everything clean, structured and functional. This way you gain even more trust. What I found most amusing was the labeling of his valuable treasure chests in cold storage. Everything is numbered from “Coffin 1” to X. You now know where unpleasant customers and employees will end up. Discrete cryostasis powered by Sorbetto. :-) It just doesn't quite work with the price competence. For spontaneous catering orders and pick-up discounts, the information for the front staff needs to be refreshed again. When ordering in advance via email, everything has always gone smoothly. I'm definitely always looking forward to new creations from Sorbetto.

The prices are so high, the service is so low. This seller today trumped everything. If I were the owner, I would just leave a cash register at the checkout - like at the bouquet stands = win - win. Sorry betto, no nice cream.

A really good sorbet in this small ice cream shop. It will worth the walk and the ride. You won't find a fancy shop, but just a basic ice cream shop with a great range of sorbets available to taste. Strongly recommended.

It is well known that Sorbetto's ice creams are unparalleled in the Zurich area. The fact that 40 dancers from a Zurich high school received free ice cream due to a small delivery glitch speaks for the management of this shop. Cheers!

This shop is just around the corner from where the ice cream is produced (in a neighborhood no one would expect it). The ice cream is delicious and the variety super interesting: e.g. green tea & chocolate, caramel & salt, wasabi & cinnamon. Try them out on the spot (liked the cone) and take a few buckets home.
