The setting of this place is just amazing.. you feel like you’re in a movie walking up to the restaurant! There is a decent 10ish minute hill walk but you don’t feel as bad ordering dessert! Food is nice but nothing out of this world however the service was outstanding. My friend is Celiac they explained absolutely everything to her and were so accommodating. As well as this, we celebrated her birthday so I emailed ahead to ask if they could do anything special for her in line with dietary requirements and they decorated our table with little hearts, so cute!!! Highly recommend - beautiful experience!

After being told they were open, we were seated in an empty restaurant, we sat for 15 minutes while the staff who sat us chatted to another staff member and ignored us. We gave up waiting for service and left. Considering they're charging a premium price they should be providing an atleast basic service.

The service was really top...a ​​very friendly, courteous service staff....the boss was also very friendly....but unfortunately the food wasn't a hit. I would have expected a little more for the high price...that Vegetables were cold at first... we gave them back, they were then scooped up (the cold vegetables were, or still remained cold underneath) the meat, well you could eat it... I thought the croquettes were great and the Bernese Frits true also good......so it's not bad....

I chose a veggie menu that I almost couldn't eat. A huge plate of dry rice with a few slices of vegetables was really not delicious. I had to ask if I could have a sauce with it because the rice was so dry. The other menus were okay, I think the price is too much for this quality.

We had booked Sunday brunch including cave entry. The view over the lake is really fantastic! The breakfast was of very good quality, the selection was satisfactory, coffee and Prosecco were even included. A recommended excursion destination for a special occasion, brunch and entry for CHF 49.00 per person. I think it's fair.

After visiting the cave we were extremely hungry and because we received 2 vouchers with the entrance tickets for the cave, we were able to enjoy a great meal in the restaurant and for 20 francs per person. received as a gift. First of all - very nice view indeed. The restaurant is freshly renovated, light and clean. Very nice service, the ladies were absolutely friendly and cheerful. Food was great. Waiting times could be shorter, even though occupancy wasn't high at all!

Absolute disaster. Unfriendly. Inflexible. Zero accommodating. I reserved a table for a group of 8 over a month in advance. A few days before I was informed that we had no space inside and could only sit outside. They prefer a larger company. When I ask if we can come a little later than 12, I am informed rather bluntly that our table will be given away if we are not there at 12 sharp. We wanted to visit the caves and are traveling with 2 children, so it can suddenly be 12.10. But they don't want to argue with me, either point 12 or the table is gone. It should have been a nice trip for a 60th birthday, but I don't need to eat in such a customer-unfriendly restaurant.

After visiting the cave we would have liked to eat on the terrace so we sat at a table and waited patiently. Various employees walked past but no one paid any attention to us, no greeting, nothing. After about 20 minutes I asked and was told that someone would be coming soon and that I should just be patient. After another 10 minutes the same person came and said we should be patient, not particularly motivated. We then got up and left. The restaurant was almost empty and the terrace wasn't even half full and there were probably at least 4 employees there who didn't look very busy! It's a shame, the location would be great and the food looked good too.

I visited the restaurant as part of the “Höhlensound” event. The concept was a 4-course menu and concert (in this case by Jael. The food was excellent and varied. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Especially when you consider that around 70 people were supposed to get their food at the same time I therefore cannot understand the negative comments regarding the service and will definitely come back, among other things, to try out the brunch

Unfortunately, during our visit there were very troublesome visitors/tourists who wanted to occupy tables in the serviced restaurant with picnics or take-away goods, even though the serviced area, with a great view, was clearly declared. It's a shame for the staff who had to keep having unnecessary discussions because of such visitors.

Very nice rooms, brand new and great panoramic windows with a view. Eat good. Staff overwhelmed (despite low season and bad weather), disagreements with cave staff are discussed loudly, guests are loudly gossiped about behind the counter. Guests who sit down on their own are rudely reprimanded and told to wait to be seated (a sign in the entrance area would be helpful here). Students who venture into the restaurant in search of a toilet are bullied. Conclusion: Ambiance, food top, staff partly flop

Nous avons pris deux plats au restaurant de St Beatus juste après la visite de la grotte. Comme la salle est fermé, nous avons mangé à la place de jeu avec nos enfants.

Das Restaurant hat feines Menüs. Es hat verschiedene Pizzas, Salate, verschiedene Fleischgerichte mit Pommes,Spaghetti... eineDessertkarte mit üblichen Dessert. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Restaurant ist eher klein. Man hat gute Aussicht von der Höhe. Ist auch sehr Kinderfreundlich mit den Kindermenus. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen. Aber der Weg dorthin kann ich eher für Gehbehinderten leider nicht gut empfehlen, weil man viele Treppen und Wege laufen muss.

Ich ass gestern im Take away auf der Terrasse. Keine Ordnung beim anstehen. Man könnte meinen Corona sei nur eine biersorte. Essen war nur draussen möglich. Tische wurden weder geputzt noch desinfiziert. Das Essen war sehr gut und eine grosse Portion gab es. Der Preis stimmte. Musste aber zwischen den anstehenden abgeholt werden. Den Espresso kam auch lange nicht.

Tax.If you do not want to pay Swiss restaurant prices take a packed lunch to St Beathus caves.I can thoroughly recommend the hour or so it takes you to walk through an amazing cave system which is well floodlit at interesting points of which there are 28 described stops...and you get to do the return leg in case you missed anything.A very good worthwhile trip and lunch. For equivalent £37 pp.Bus number 21 from Interlaken West station 15 minutes.

Wir waren zum Muttertagsbrunch im Panorama-Restaurant. Das Buffet war sehr einladend und der Apfelschaumwein war erfrischend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für den Brunch war absolut stimmig. Ein herzliches Dankeschön noch an die Servicefachkraft, die für uns noch einen Spezialpreis für den Eintritt in die Höhlen ermöglichte. Für unsere Familie war es ein toller Tag bei den Beatus-Höhlen.

An einem regnerischen Spätsommertag sind wir eingetroffen. Firma mit 30 Personen. Nach dem interessanten Besuch der St. Beatushöhlen, die man nach einem ordentlichen Steilweg erreicht, haben wir das Mittagessen im angegliederten Restaurant gegessen. Trotz schlechter Witterung war das Lokal vollständig ausgebucht. Gut hatten wir reserviert. Essen und Getränke waren in Ordnung. Auch der Service war O.K. Vorteilhaft war bei uns, dass wir ein einheitliches Menü vorbestellt hatten. Bei individuellen Bestellungen wäre die Küche wohl etwas überfordert. Das Ambiente ist nicht berauschend, aber die Aussicht entschädigt für viel.

Více než oběd jsme si vychutnávali výhled na jezero, který nepřestane bavit. Jídlo průměrné, standardně drahé, žádný gastro zážitek, obsluha však rychlá a milá, rozhodně doporučuji si zde posedět a aklimatizovat se z chladné jeskyně.

Nach einer tollen Zeit in den Höhlen war es nur schade, von einer äußerst respektlosen Kellnerin bedient zu werden und 8 CHF für eine lauwarme Suppe zu bezahlen, die weit über den Preis hinausging. Pizza war großartig und preiswürdig, aber ich würde nie wiederkommen, wenn es so war, wie wir behandelt wurden.

Ich hatte nach längerer Zeit am vergangenen Sonntag wieder einmal die Beatushöhlen als auch das Restaurant besucht. Nach dem Höhlenbesuch gab es ein "Zvieri", welches rasch serviert worden ist. Die Bedienung war für mich O.K. - auch was den Abrechnungsprozess betrifft. Einzig störte mich der permanente Geruch nach Frittieröl im Aussenrestaurant. Ich werde im September und an einem Werktag das Lokal wieder besuchen, wenn ich einen Teil des Pilgerweg bewandern werde.

Innen (rauchfrei) oder außerhalb (Raucher) sitzen. Vernünftig Menu. Der Service etwas langsam, aber das Essen war ok, wenn man es kam. Standard Preise. Burger waren schön, Pizza gut und Salat ok. lecker Getränke kalt serviert.

Wir waren im bedienten Teil des Restaurantes. Ambiente ist nicht besonders. Die Bedienung ist aber freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Pizzas. Die Spaghettis habe meiner Meinung nach zu viel Sauce. Toll fanden wir, dass wir auch einen Hot Dog aus der Selbstbedienung bestellen konnten.

Unfreundlicher, uninteressierter, unpersönlicher Service, überfordert bei nicht vollem Lokal, mehrere Fehler bei der Bestellung, Essen mittelmässig, keine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Zum Bezahlen mit Karte muss man der Kellnerin nach draussen folgen (es war nass und kalt) und draussen am Buffett bei ebenso wenig motiviertem Personal dort bezahlen. Man bekommt den Eindruck. als hätten sie es dort gar nicht nötig, qualitativ anspruchsvollen Service und anständiges Essen anzubieten, da die Höhlenbesucher so oder so am einfachsten dort einkehren und niemals wieder kommen. Wir auf alle Fälle, sind das erste und letzte Mal in diesem Restaurant gewesen. Die Höhlen besuchen wir gerne wieder - der Guide war einsame Spitze, sympathisch, charmant und motiviert. Danke.

Das Restaurant im Hotel war voll und so wurden wir Burger von außen Abschnitt mitnehmen und uns an einen Tisch in der Sonne. Die hausgemachten Burger war großartig und die Lage nicht zu schlagen! Es gab auch eine vegetarische Pasta Option, dass mir wurde gesagt war perfekt zubereitet.

Waren im bedienten Teil. Service (nur 1 Person) mit den anwesenden Gästen völlig überfordert. Dementsprechend der Service. Bestellung wurde falsch aufgenommen (hat sie selber nach 2-3 Minuten gemerkt). Nachher haben wir 30 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet (5 Personen). Geschirr wurde nach dem Essen überhaupt nicht abgeräumt bis wir bezahlt haben (ca. 15 Minuten nach dem Essen). Angesichts der langen Wartezeit und des sehr unfreundlichen Bedienung haben wir aufs Dessert verzichtet.... Höhle sehr schön und interessant zum ansehen, Essen werden wir hier aber sicher nie mehr

熱可可只是熱牛奶加上阿華田可可粉去泡，而且還是自己泡。旁邊是St. Beatus Caves，就是鐘乳石洞，門票不便宜要CHF18/人，好處是遊客不多可以悠閒地欣賞。

Wir waren hier zum Mittagessen nach dem Besuch der Höhlen gestern. Die Aussicht über die Thunnersee ist fantastisch, das Essen weniger (wahrscheinlich durchschnittlich). Eine Anmerkung zu diesem Restaurant ist, dass das Essen zubereitet (und hat abgeholt zu werden von) eine Küche auf der anderen Seite der Site - wie auch die Rechnungen zu begleichen. Was verwöhnt unsere Erfahrung war die langwierigen warten auf die Rechnung wie die einzige Kellnerin war Tagsausflüge zahlen wollte eine große Gruppe, die individuell. Dies war die beste Teil von 30 Minuten, dann nehmen sie erklärt Bestellungen von zwei anderen Gruppen während wir noch länger warten. Schade, denn mit besser verschlechtert und Organisation könnte ein tolles Hotel für das Mittagessen.

Nach einer Tour durch das Beatus Höhle, wir haben ein Kaffee mit unseren Freunden und Gastgeber. Es war bewölkt, bewölkt Tag, aber die Aussicht war spektakulär, und der Kaffee war eine perfekte warm-auf, nachdem ich in der Höhle. Es gibt einen Spielplatz/Picknickbereich wo Sie Ihren eigenen Grill Essen!

Wir aßen draußen in der Sonne wunderschön mit Blick auf den Thunersee und genossen lecker Pizza, waren ein großzügig Größe für eine Person - ein tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Im Restaurant ist viel Selbstbedienung sehr wenig mit Service, sieht nicht gepflegt aus, viele Personen halten sich vorne ,hinten und daneben auf so das man nicht ungestört essen kann, sehr viel Lärm. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Bei dieser herrlichen Aussicht sollte es sicher einmal möglich sein eine schöne Nische für bezahlende Gäste gemacht werden und keine Massenabfertigung an der ersten Reihe.

Ich war sehr beeindruckt von der Qualität des Essen serviert in diesem Restaurant. Alles war sehr lecker und die Portionen waren riesig. Wir hatten Pizzas und Salate.Es ist sehr praktisch um dort zu essen, der Ausblick ist traumhaft, und ich glaube nicht der Preis war höher als in anderen Orten in der Schweiz.Ich kann aber bemerken der Schreiber, der schlechtes Verhalten erwähnt, und zu seinen Bildern, die ich die gleiche Kellnerin, die uns serviert sehen. Sie Lächeln nicht aber sie behandelte uns höflich genug.Ich würde dieses Restaurant zu Freunden empfehlen und würden wieder kommen ich, wenn ich noch einmal nach der Region kommen.

Nach einer Tour auf die St. Beatus-caves an einem sehr kalten Temperaturen wenn Sie die Höhlen Ausfahrt sehen Sie für eine warme Suppe oder Mittagessen mit vielleicht ein Tee und Kaffee. Gut wir exiet die Höhlen um 11:50 Uhr und nicht fahren Sie weiter geradeaus auf die tambles. Hier in der Schweiz scheint es, dass man nur zu Fuß zu allen verfügbaren Tische, die kostenlos, da ein paar Einheimische sind brachte uns ein Ort wo wir also zum Sitz suchen, wir das gleiche tun und statt. Die Aussicht? Nun sehen Sie sich die Bilder an ...Es ist nicht sehr ruhig, da es in der Nähe des Eingangs zu den Höhlen und so sehr buissy's!Aber die Kellnerin "auf dem Bild" hasst hier zu arbeiten! Sie sieht immer wie sie wollen, zu töten Sie! Geben Sie ein sehr baaad Moment! Wenn Sie hier essen, stellen Sie sicher dass Sie sind nicht von ihr!Es war unser zweiter Besuch dort und zweimal war sie der Kellnerin teilnehmen uns mit dieser Art und Weise!So beschlossen wir, dass dies das letzte Mal.Das Essen ist in Ordnung, nicht zu hohen Standard aber nicht lahm, aber es ist zu teuer. Sie kaufen, dass für 78 Cent bis 1,25 CHF und verkaufen es für 16 bis 20x mehr, als der Preis kaufen!Dies ist ein Skandal!Ich kenne die Schweiz ist nicht billig, aber das hat nichts mit einem Land teuer zu tun! We were here for lunch on a sunny sunday during summer holidays time. This may explain that the service was very slow since the two servers seem to have been overwhelmed by so many guests. But beside the slowliness of service, the waitresses were not really friendly, and a bit unprofessional in their behaviour.We had the typical Swiss dish made of potatoes called "Rösti", which was ok but not great. We've had much better "Röstis" in many other restaurants around Switzerland. The spinach salad with bacon which we had was good, altough at 10,50 per plate quite overpriced. We had a very similar spinach salad in Tenerife - Canary Islands, a week ago for 3,00 Euros..... we paid 67,50 Swiss Francs before tip for two "Röstis", one Spinach salad and two bottles of beer. and I feel this is really a bit high for what we had......well, that's Swiss price level....

Grill-Variationen sehr empfehlenswert, aufmerksame freundliche Bedienung, Preis-Leistung stimmt. Sehr schön gelegen, wunderbare Aussicht auf den Thunersee.

Après la visite de la grotte, rien de mieux qu' un petit restaurant. Celui-ci était particulièrement bon. Nous avons pris le poisson du lac de Thoune, un plat très goûtu servi avec tout ce qui faut. Si la carte est petite, cela n'enlève rien au charme du restaurant !

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Kräuter- und Pilzen Pizza und sehr freundlicher Service nach einem Besuch der St. Beatus Höhlen. Die Aussicht ist herrlich.
