Delicious baked goods and beautiful shop design. The extra star is there because the foundation supports a good cause and offers people with disabilities a job :) Keep it up!

Very fine sandwitches and other good baked goods. Friendly service.

Sales staff have not been trained on the cash register and have always had problems with payment without exception.

Cake. Pastry. Chocolate. All are made and presented with quality and flair. Importantly, it's nothing pretentious. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

I bought a handful of their truffle chocolate bars - which are great; get the darkest ones. I also enjoyed their pear tart. The sales people were also very kind as they tried to understand my English. I visit Zurich often and will be heading back each visit.

Incredibly delicious Birchermüesli, sandwiches are also great. Large selection. Super friendly staff :) gladly again!

As part of the St. Jakob Foundation that offers Jobs to handicapend or disadvantaged people to make them part of normal society, I can always recommend to get your bred or desert in one of their shops. This one is special as it is run in combination with a coffee house and they serve here a larger selection of warm dishes and sandwiches over lunch.

Very very tasty food. For example, what is particularly pleasing is that there is no sugar or other rubbish in our own salad dressings. Natural and extremely tasty.

I paid with a 200 note and only received change for 50 francs (the cake costs 15.50). The saleswoman denied 5 times that she had accepted a large note. Suddenly another incompetent employee intervened. Then the person responsible was called over. She was very friendly and wanted to check the billing first before people believed me. Meanwhile, four employees suddenly stood around and stared. The first employee who intervened at the beginning also tried to insinuate that I had already packed the change. While checking, the supervisor discovered my 200 grade in the 50 grade compartment. Previously you couldn't find them at all. Conclusion: I will never shop there again. Plus, the products were better and the cake hardly differs from those at Migros or Coop, except for the price!!

Best bakery that I have found in Zurich. Go here if you are in the neighborhood to pick up bread for the week or grab a pastry and coffee to hang outside the cafe for a little while. They also have a stand at the Viadukt with the same high-quality stuff.
