Placing the order worked great, but the preparation took quite a long time for a hot chocolate... about 20 minutes. Most of the tables weren't clean and the staff weren't particularly friendly.

There was a huge mess in the whole restaurant, sorry, that's not possible.

I wouldn't even give 1 star for my experience. I was very curious to visit this Starbucks in Landquart, but I was very disappointed, the service at first, no empathy after several times I tried to talk to the employee but she was just bored listening to me I finally got my drink, which wasn't the one I had ordered, but by now I was so annoyed I took the cup and tried to find a clean table, which unfortunately was hopeless - the tables were so dirty and not cleared and then the last thing came while I was having my drink After consuming it, I started to feel a tingling sensation on my lip and not even 10 minutes later I got herpes 🤮🤮🤮 the dishes were definitely disgusting and had bacteria on them and weren't really clean. Pure disappointment and I was so angry that I even paid money for it. I will never visit a store like that again and I definitely won't recommend it and will make a complaint about the hygiene.

I have already given this store three chances to prove itself, but unfortunately all attempts have failed. I have never had such a disappointing experience in a Starbucks (worldwide) as in Landquart. The staff doesn't seem to be familiar with the official drinks and perhaps they don't receive enough training. Despite three attempts, they have never managed to make me a regular Java Chip that meets the standard. With every order I get a drink that doesn't taste like chocolate or coffee at all, but more like a water concentrate. Attached you will find pictures that show that the color of the Java chip is far too light. It's disappointing that they can't make such a simple drink that has been tried and tested at Starbucks for years. In addition, the tables are always dirty and the staff are rather unfriendly or don't understand the language, which of course makes ordering difficult. It's a shame, but I'll have to avoid this store in the future.

The shops in the outlet next door open at 10 a.m. We arrived a little earlier and enjoyed the coffee at Starbucks even more. It was the calm before the storm. 😄

I visit this Starbucks branch regularly. The snacks and the many coffee variations are always a real treat. The location has a pleasant atmosphere, even for staying longer. This café is always clean, tidy and makes an impeccable impression in terms of hygiene. I would particularly like to highlight the extremely friendly and helpful service from MELINA. By the way, it gave me reason to write this review. Thank you very much for the good times at Starbucks Landquart!

Waiting 20 minutes for an espresso is simply too long.

Very good coffee/restaurant. It has a small restaurant that is very modern and clean. The coffee is super good. The baked goods are also very tasty. You immediately feel comfortable. The coffee shop is at the beginning of the shopping street. There is also enough parking space. I can only recommend this coffee.

I walk past disappointed every time. Unfortunately, Starbucks Landquart doesn't open until 8:00 a.m. Most people who go to work pass by before 8:00 am. A pity. Very unfortunate.

I ordered a drink without coffee. But got it with coffee. Don't order it without coffee for no reason.

I bought a dragon fruit drink that I like. I don’t know why Starbucks in London doesn’t sell it anymore. I drank it again from here. I’m happy. The price is 1.5 times that of London. Sure enough, Switzerland is an expensive place.

The Starbucks team here is simply amazing! The employees are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Her warmth and sense of duty are truly remarkable. A special thank you to them for immediately replacing the spilled drink when I accidentally dropped something, they always help you with a smile and make your visit special. Had a long wait. Staff didn't seem motivated. Wasn't unfriendly though. The store seemed a bit messy and not that clean. The drink I ordered was delicious. However, I think the price at Starbucks is really high. The name is included in the payment.

Despite a lot of customers, my coffee tastes perfect every time. The restaurant itself could actually be a bit cleaner and tidier, but overall it is and remains a Starbucks.

Very unpleasant, this Sandy prefers to be on her cell phone and with headphones. The store was dirty and there was gunk on the tables everywhere. The toilet stinks and is dirty, and it requires too much German for the speaker to understand reactively.

Unfortunately, I had a less than positive experience during my visit to this Starbucks store. Upon entering, the staff didn't seem particularly attentive at first, and it wasn't until I got to the counter that I was asked what I wanted to order. There was a lack of empathy and eye contact with the barista was rather distant. Another aspect that struck me was the condition of the store. Unfortunately, there were about five tables filled with dirty coffee cups and no one seemed to care. This lack of cleanliness did not contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. I also noticed that the staff was in a group of three behind the counter and appeared to be chatting with each other. One of the employees even wore headphones, giving the impression that her attention wasn't fully focused on customer service. Overall, I'm sad to say that this Starbucks store is one of the worst I've ever visited and I can't recommend it. It would be desirable if the staff placed more emphasis on customer service and cleanliness to ensure a positive experience for guests.

There is little place to sit inside. The drinks are like in other Starbucks. Waiting times are a bit long depending on the turnout. It's good for a stop after shopping.

Prices too high compared to the quality of the products. I took Caramel Frappuccino, if they gave me a glass of water with ice at the price of 9.20 chf I would have been more satisfied!

The coffee and service were OK but doesn't taste good if you must freeze...very cold, heating system obviously turned down to safe energy, had to wear my coat and beanie, and left with cold feet. Not coming back this winter!

Usual coffee quality. The staff is very friendly. When paying with an EC card, an additional 1.50 CHF is added for transactions abroad. A pity. When there is a crowd, the tables are not cleared within a reasonable time. It should have a larger clearing station.

8.90 for a coffee that tastes like a cigarette. I don't know what happened to our ice coffees, but it was disgusting. Staff quite unmotivated.

We were there on 10/23/22. Too few staff for a newly opened branch, long waiting times. The return station was full of dishes because there was no one to put them away.

Finally a Starbucks nearby. Very nice shop, nicely decorated. Quality okay. Payment by debit card with additional fee "transaction abroad". It's a shame that in addition to the high prices, there is also an additional "cash-in".
