Dear readers As a regular customer of the Subway fast food chain, I have already tried out various locations and found that the best service staff work in Landquart. Laurin Sgier (the one with the mustache) particularly stood out.🔥

you notice that the boss isn't there, the only employees who tried to keep the shop running were Sabrina and Sandra. Unfortunately you notice that the organization is lacking, I was in the store at lunchtime. I would like to inform you when the boss will be here again. then come back because you feel good.

Took a quick lunch break at the subway today - it was very crowded due to the day. The smiling employee at the checkout, the very friendly "table wiper", as well as the sunny spot outside put me in a good mood. The food was as usual. Thanks!

I've been here many times and it's always been great. Staff always friendly. I'd love to come back again and again.

If you don't come at a busy time, the staff is usually quite friendly. The sandwiches taste fresh and tasty. What could really be improved is the cleanliness in the restaurant. The floor is often very dirty and the tables and chairs stick. Even if there are few visitors.

Worst subway ever. I was once in another city and thought it would still be good. Incorrect. This subway had the most incompetent staff you could have imagined. I wanted a sandwich and didn't know that it was already made quickly, when I tried to explain to the guy that I had an allergy to what he had put on the sandwich, someone else came in, shook his head and said "no change possible". As if the sandwich wasn't made fresh. In the end they asked me to pay for what I ordered and the worst thing was the "sandwich" was soaked with watery sauce which was already dripping when I picked it up. Tables were dirty and no one cleaned a table in 20 minutes. 5 stars, the service couldn't have been worse. *Update My colleague then ate the sandwich and 5 minutes later she had extreme stomach cramps until she had to vomit. Dirty gloves with which you touch everything, even money, and rude workers made me miss the subway forever.

Edit 2023: Patrick was super friendly and quick, the food was also completely ok. Fast, easy and good. Fast, nice staff, but not always tidy

HYGIENE is unfortunately given a small priority in this subway. Flies on the salads and gloves that are not changed, but still touch the oven, door handles and dishes that are taken to the sink. I'm very disgusted by things like that, so unfortunately only 1 star.

Middle of dinner rush (18.30) and they decide to empty the fridges, put most of the staff on cleaning, make us wait. And when asked if they can help they say no, I'm on cleaning. Staff member comes out and smokes directly next to me.

Big mess in the restaurant. Staff overwhelmed by the number of customers. The person seemed stressed and the service (especially when paying at the checkout) was unfriendly.

Employees totally overwhelmed, hectic and unfriendly. Almost aggressive. The food was nowhere near the usual Subway quality (e.g. potato bites soggy and cold, and far too little). By far the worst subway we have ever visited.

Its probably the most unhygienic branch I ever visited in my life. Flies are everywhere even inside the stuffing fridge. They don’t serve plain brown bread as all other branches do. Taste was like I used to have it, but I was shocked when I saw number of flies flying everywhere in the restaurant.

Very rude staff, can't work under stress and completely misunderstand your wishes. No smile, no attention. I have never seen the bars and tables so dirty in any other subway. What's that supposed to mean?!?!

So you just have to find such unfriendly staff at Subway that they hire such incompetent people. You have the feeling that you get better service in prison than here. Just sad. Not only is it very dirty everywhere, but also the feeling that the manager with his black shirt has the feeling that he is the best with his tattoo but in my eyes something like that is just godless.

A friend and I entered 15 minutes before closing. Staff was very rude and lazy. They tried to rush everything to close earlier. The started doing my sandwich without even asking what I want on it, didn’t want to give me Potato Bites, told my friend they can’t make a toasty cause the sauce is missing (while standing right next to the sauce). They didn’t put any effort into the sandwich and made negative comments about the customers being from a festival

unfriendly + chaotic! I'm a restaurateur myself and if you're open until 8 p.m. then there's no reason to slam the oven doors loudly and arrange the products carelessly 30 minutes before closing time. A good service looks different.

Food was very good. Only the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. Tables including chairs are all dirty. Trash cans are so overflowing that everything is on the floor. Employees could be friendlier.

Very dirty restaurant. I know many Subway branches, but this one is definitely not like others. After my visit and eating a tuna sandwich, I had severe gastrointestinal complaints...I suspected salmonella. Not recommended!

I've never had such a bad meal at a Subway. There was hardly any choice, the vegetables were mixed up, sometimes mixed up, then the staff put the wrong sauce on it, let out a brief “ohh” and put the desired sauce on top and passed it on. The bread was so dry that it turned into crumbs when you chewed it, and aside from the food, it was incredibly dirty in the restaurant. The floor was full of rubbish and dirt, the tables weren't wiped but the main thing was that there were 5 people making sandwiches and enjoying breaks in between. Really very bad.

Portions were decent. But the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Buckets in the toilets overflowing, the floor of the staff completely dirty. Tables also completely sticky and dirty. Something like this shouldn't happen on this scale.... Employees argued loudly in front of the guests about whose job it was. Stars are given for the food.

Very friendly staff despite the large crowds. I was patient and explained how, what and how much was possible, as a newbie to Subway.

The employees are too incompetent to warm up and refill the meat. We wanted to put together a sandwich and the one meat we wanted was missing. The employee told us that he was making something new and that we should wait 2-3 minutes. He then continued making sandwiches for the other customers and kept us waiting. While he was serving the other customers, he kept looking at us stupidly. (probably aware of his mistake) Instead of getting the chicken, we had to wait for 15 minutes until we asked another employee if the meat was ready. Of course it wasn't and we had to get on the train without a sandwich. Hire more competent employees! It's not difficult to make sandwiches and reheat ready-made meat.

A unique experience! According to opening times, the branch closes at 8 p.m. When you enter at 7:15 p.m. (!) you will be informed that only take away is possible. The path to the toilets is already cordoned off and the chairs at the free tables are put up. As I leave at 7:25 p.m., I express my displeasure to the employee (long, red) that I have to eat my sandwich in the car 35 minutes before closing time. The early clean-up time "doesn't matter at all" to them - whatever that means exactly. Sandwich was delicious, service was bottom drawer.

I was in a subway for the first time today and was greeted very friendly and attentively by Mr. Swiss served, compliments 👍 the food was great, the branch was very clean. Keep it up! 🔝

Never thought my first meal in Switzerland after 20 years would be in Subway but hey, I was waiting for a train connection in Landquart, hungry after the flight from the US, and Subway was the first I found. A decent option, fast service, friendly staff.

We ordered large and then even said that it definitely wasn't large. The employee was cheeky and told me to complain on the internet, so I was on the subway for the first time. I don't recommend it. Please don't go straight to McDonald's do wrong

Top place to eat, top boss to work with and easy to reach. Tip: always ask sub of the day and it will be cheaper for you.

Food was good. A little chaotically organized behind the counter, but ok there was a bit more going on. What I found negative was that, when the restaurant is open until 8 p.m., the chairs are put on the tables and vacuumed at 7:20 p.m. even though there are still guests eating. Not very customer friendly in my opinion. Tables are much too close together and it's almost impossible to get through between the chairs. Sink in the women's toilet was broken. I've had better experiences in Subway.

Very good quick snack. Right next to the Landquart outlet station. Drinks a la discretion. You pay for 1 cup and can drink as much as you want. Very clean. Has a small but own toilet. There are also vegetarian filled breads.

When I entered the store I thought I was dreaming. The tables were dirty and the floor was also covered with napkins and leftover food. So please, cleaning every now and then would really be appropriate here. The staff was very unfriendly and stressed me out when ordering. The supply also left nothing to be desired. It was out of onions and the quacamole was also missing. I love Subway, but I'll give this place a wide berth from now on.

The restaurant is not exactly conducive to eating. The furnishings are spartan. Unfortunately the service could hardly speak any German. It was quite a hassle to place an order. We were also warned to order the fries the first time.

Even though you have a certificate against the mask, you have to wear one otherwise you have to go out. Certificate requirement from 12 although it is from 16 in Switzerland. Subway bread wasn't warm.

Very unfriendly staff, masks under the chin on the outside tables with bird droppings not cleaned. Everything was sticky on the floor. Layers of napkins rum. Wanted to come in with the dog. Yelled at me throughout the store and had to get out. It is not declared at the entrance but there is no prohibition sign. You are not served by the staff. Bad

After the “big” lunch business. The operator, Ste... name tag is unreadable, was unfriendly and grim, which is visible despite the mask. A whole cheese oregano bread was ordered. The measuring scoop for the small chicken strips with teriyaki marinade felt tight, and when asked about it, something incomprehensible came up in standard German; That is the default, there is nothing more! In other shops there are 2 measuring spoons per whole loaf. The Monterey cheddar mix was “placed” on top just as sparingly and carelessly. The 2nd SUB was just as listlessly done by the gentleman. The young newcomer didn't skimp on the side dishes and the Honey & Wholegrain Mustard finish. At the checkout the lady was so busy with your cookie that she had to point her finger at the amount, she couldn't even ask if we wanted anything else with it. For the price and the hopeful counter staff, we'll look for something else in the region next time. Definitely not recommended if you know 25 locations in Switzerland. PS write even if it is positive.

Nettes und Freundliches Personal und die Sandwiches wie gewünscht. Meiner Meinung nach muss man nicht noch darauf aufmerksam machen das beidseitig belegt extra kostet weil man ja davon ausgehen kann.

Mir hat es leider gar nicht geschmeckt, kein Salz, Kein Pfeffer, Belag innen noch kalt, Käse nur angeschmolzen, Brot nicht lecker, Sauce kalt, schmeckt künstlich und Preise viel zu hoch in Relation zum Produkt. Bedienung war wenig freundlich. Bestellsystem zu kompliziert. Subway, leider unterirdisch.

Die Kombination: Cheese Oregano, Teriyaki Chicken und Southwest Chipotle ist einfach nur zu empfehlen!
