Starbucks in Zürich

There was really bad service in the station. The man with the bald head is really slow and was always on his cell phone. He asked me to make a coffee but no, he first played on his cell phone and looked at me and again on the cell phone then he made my coffee. So he should make me coffee first before he looks at his cell phone.

The service is friendly. There are no long waits. The prices are the same as in all other Starbucks stores. The interior of the store is classy and has a relaxing atmosphere.

Coffee and cake are standard Starbucks quality. But you can't sit upstairs because there are people sitting there with cell phones and laptops for hours! Terrible!

Just like you know it at Starbucks. However, the manager instructed the employees to vacate a large part of the upstairs seating and start cleaning at 9 a.m. even though it was open until 10 a.m. The employees can't do anything about it because they only follow the manager's instructions, but it was a totally incomprehensible decision that was also very uncomfortable (crowded with several other guests)

Ice coffee inedible (with ice cubes, who does that??), service with little knowledge of German, unhygienic but still expensive

Since the renovation, unfortunately a Starbucks to forget. Long waiting times, lots of wrong drinks, unfriendly and disinterested staff. A pity.

They keep missing online orders (repeatedly!) - which is a bit annoying if you have to catch a train...

Great drinks, cozy atmosphere, friendly service!

How hard is it to make coffee when you’re a coffee company at your core. A simple latte order just tastes like plain milk with no coffee taste whatsoever. The restrooms in the cafe were also taped off.

I'd love to come by often. Unfortunately, it has already happened several times that you get the wrong drinks. If you point this out to the staff, you usually get the wrong one again. Very annoying, I don't understand what the new adhesives are supposed to be used for.

Very close to the main station. During the day, it's a nice place to be in a very nice building with good views. Around 4/5pm, it can get very full and very stuffy.

Unfortunately, my experience at Starbucks was disappointing. The employee showed little enthusiasm for her job by rolling her eyes when I placed my order. Service was slow and I had to wait ten minutes for my drink. The team generally seemed unmotivated and there wasn't a smile in sight during my visit. A rather unsatisfactory atmosphere. Although the taste of my drink was satisfactory, this could possibly be due to the waiting room being too crowded and the staff dealing with a high volume of guests. It would be desirable if the team could maintain a friendly and efficient way of working despite stressful situations.

I go there very often now and, as always, get my Hot Chocolat with Hazelnut and have never had a problem. The staff are so warm, sweet and friendly. Big compliment, thank you very much♡

I have been a regular customer in various branches since 2014. The renovated Starbucks in Zurich looks great, but I was seriously disappointed. As a regular customer, I have free syrup with my customer card and when I wanted to order a Tall Latte with White Moccha, as always, I was refused with the statement that even without cream I now have to pay for a Tall White Moccha and won't get any free syrup. I don't think it's ok at all. You have a customer card for something and it's not a problem anywhere else. Making money at the expense of regular customers. Well, I didn't buy my coffee there.

Mr Roger in starbuck at bahnhofpl 6 is more intrested in serving customers based on their race than the money and time they are spending over products.

The branch on Bahnhofplatz - very good. As is well known, Starbucks is not gourmet in terms of quality, but the service and the ambience are very pleasant for me. On the other hand, the branch at HB (next to Subway) is unfortunately not recommended. Always chaotic... the burner for me was the situation when I wanted to pick up a TooGoodToGo package and one of the employees was so cheeky and uninhibited with me that I seriously had to cry, that on the day I got off work at 10 p.m. :-) that It doesn't have to be that way, now I only go in when I see she's NOT behind the counter :-)

It’s spacious and a good working place with wifi and nice interior design! But the bathroom can be improved.

I don't like the new renovation at all! You don't feel comfortable in this Starbucks anymore. The ugly salmon pink creates an unpleasant atmosphere, the old green-brownish walls were much better. The structure of the old house does not match the new-fangled furnishings. The music is distracting, loud and not enjoyable!!! The toilet is far too small and has no hand drying facilities. I want the old Starbucks back! It was simply better! New and modern is not necessarily better! #justiceforstarbucks. It is also unacceptable for cold drinks to contain too much ice! #I don't want to pay for ice cubes. The chairs are uncomfortable and obviously ugly! #getyourselfastylist

If you want to eat iced Americano, go to Starbucks!! Zurich is good because there are many Starbucks. The price is Venti + Tall 14.4 francs. 2.5 times that of Korea

Always tasty. Sometimes the coffee is simply made into take-away cups without comment, even though you wanted to sit there. A little note about missing cups or something like that wouldn't go amiss.

I’m only giving it a 4 because the Internet access is ridiculous. The store was clean and baristas professional and nice. Still, they only give you 10 minutes of free time by registering your e-mail address, then you keep having to renew it every 10 minutes when it expires. Come on Starbucks! Give us complete free wi-fi access, or at least 1/2 hour without logging in over and over. Some of us are very loyal customers and we shouldn’t have to deal with this nonsense. Free wi-fi access is all over the world. Don’t limit it in Switzerland!

Had an shock today and dislocated my ankle by accident! Staff here was so kind to me!!! Thank you very much!! Very very very clean upstairs and charger for phone possible!! Friendly team, the quality is also good

Employees didn't know which drinks belonged to whom and the whole store was chaos. They couldn't speak German either, so NO GERMAN had to speak English with the workers even though we were in Switzerland. And I don't mean that they don't know enough German, they didn't even know a WORD. So hello???

Not very clean and very expensive.

I got a Frappuccino Caramel to go on April 19, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. and the salesperson at the checkout was noticeably demotivated, curt and short. In addition, I sometimes had to say what I wanted several times. There were a few people there and the staff rushed to take the orders. This meant that the ice cream wasn't mixed as finely as I usually know it, there was less cream on it and despite the extra caramel there was relatively little in it. I wasn't happy with it, especially considering the price of just over 9 CHF.

I'm happy with my drink and the employees were generally nice. But the barista from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on April 9, 2023 cared more about her appearance than the drinks. In Starbucks there is often milk for other people and other blenders. She poured the soy milk into the diary container and used regular whipped cream instead of vegan whipped cream for another customer. I made you aware of this and also said that I still take my drink like this and that you should please just pay attention to it in the future. When I replied, she was just sad and didn't say anything. I'm sure the lady is a nice one. But very unqualified as a barista and in customer service. Maybe she'll learn it. But at least you can expect a normal answer after you've made a mistake if you spend almost 10.00 on a drink at a bar. I was in the lower Starbucks inside the main station. Normally the employees are prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, only this lady caught my attention today in an above-average negative way.

I just ordered a bacon & egg croissant and lactose-free caramel macchiato. I got a normal coffee because you couldn't feel the caramel. The croissant was cold and inedible. Employees very cold and listless. Had to throw everything away and went to Starbucks in Zurich train station near platforms 43/42…. It was great there.

Everything perfect like the chain itself. But unfortunately the space is very small. The tables are always occupied with people who are only going to work or use their computers. Very nice Starbucks right at the train station, super organized, friendly staff and super nice rooms. The upstairs seating area is huge. Tip: first check the visitor frequency on Google Maps to see what the expected occupancy is if you want a seat.

The coffee is not tasty. It is not clear what you are paying for

We were at Starbucks on Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich on December 29th, 2022. My friend, who suffers from MS, was there with her wheelchair. We were happy to see that there is a large stair lift for the disabled right in front of the entrance, with a load capacity of 270 kg. How disappointed were we when the staff told us that the lift didn't work because it was an old building and the vehicle was too heavy!??-My friend said she could also get off the vehicle (35 kg!!) and Just stand on the platform like that!” No, the lift doesn’t work!” We asked to call the boss! - The answer was: “We’re sorry, the lift is only for disabled people!” - none of the employees were really interested in that We couldn't sit in the warmth and had to go outside again! We came here specifically because of the lift!!😳😳😳what kind of way is that to treat guests?!! - we were definitely there for the last time!!

Dear all, I would like write you to about some points which I noticed. Firstly when you go to the toilet, it’s needed to input the 4-digit entrance code. And the code is writen above the entrance code machine 🤣 Unfortunately the toilets were not clean. However the prices are fair, the location next to the main station 😉

The personnel should give some hints on the seat availability. I ordered and ended up consuming the order while standing in front of the main entrance. It was my worst experience in a Starbucks. I am a regular client and this is the first time I am complaining about Starbucks. Too crowded. I would not recommend this one at all.

Quiet moment during visit in Zurich

Can get quite crowded because of the prime location.

The coffee is good but extremely sweet! Too sweet for me. It was also unreasonably expensive for the amount you get and any size other than big is not worth it at all. I suggest ordering a big and sharing with someone. The coffee shop looks amazing, the atmosphere is great, especially in the upper floor but it is usually completely full.

A very popular place among young people near the train station in Zurich, but the management doesn't seem to appreciate it. Dishes are not cleared from the tables, it is dirty, the toilet is generally dark. I don't recommend it.

Very lame service. The woman at the checkout takes minutes to pack cakes for a customer. At the same time, the coffee producer is waiting nearby and doesn't think of taking over her job or at least asking the customers what they want. Another employee walks around the store. The espresso was good, the friendliness was just about positive. More friendliness and more efficiency would be appropriate at this location.

The staff has no idea where the key for the wheelchair lift is, we had to drink our coffee outside in the cold at rickety tables.

My order was ready on time and for once they didn’t use too much ice but they clearly didn’t read what I put down in the app. I requested 1 pump of syrup yet my drink was incredibly sweet (just like when It’s the regular 3 pumps) and there was no whipped cream on top. I requested it once I got there and they immediately added it, but it was a really small quantity that didn’t even touch the lid. Honestly disappointed when I paid 9 chf for that drink and they don’t even read my order properly and save a few ml of cream …

My favourite place to relax and have some “me” time :)
