very unfriendly employee I wanted to order something but it took a while until I chose something she then said very cheekily do you want to order something or not I also have other things to do I find that very unfriendly

Very nice service and it's always very quick. The barista accidentally charged me a grande and apologized about 5 times and gave me a voucher.

Not good. Food ok, service bad - the cup of filter coffee with warm almond milk came as black coffee and the cup was full, so it had to be laboriously fixed. A tray was not offered. The store wasn't full - only 2 customers in front of me. I actually like Starbucks.

The order was taken in Swiss German, without any 'technical terms'. This was a pleasant first for me as an occasional Starbucks guest.

Wifi is available but not so fast and it can be disconnected, like most of other Starbucks. But overall, it’s pretty good.

The working atmosphere is amazing. Good place to code/work. The only gluten free things that they have is some snack bars, so be mindful of that if you are looking to eat and need gf food.

I've never had such a delicious cappuccino and the carrot muffins are fantastic!

Since the Scotsman is no longer there it doesn't work anymore. My English Breakfast 1/2 with hot soy milk was total dishwater...unfortunately the lye peaks were old. At the table you will then be offered to order using the app. The surcharge for this will be realized later… I only go to Starbucks because they are the only ones that offer decent soy milk

Unfortunately I have to say that the service has decreased with the new staff. Before you were always asked if you wanted the banana bread warm, but unfortunately not anymore. You have to ask for it now, because if nothing is said you will get it served directly on a plate, without a fork. It's a shame so many of the employees I know have left or are working in other branches

It's cold, the ventilation blows cold air from above all the time. Everyone sits in jackets. It's impossible to drink coffee in a relaxed manner

Unfriendly new staff. In the past, customers were treated with respect, but today this can no longer be said.

I loved this dish that I think they only serve in Zurich, since I haven't seen it in other countries. It was about this as a role cut in half with a fried egg with bacon, very, very delicious and recommended with a good latte, with a view of the train station watching the movement of this great city.

Extremely unpleasant lamps that are way too bright on the upper floor. It used to be much more comfortable. Prices like before are completely exorbitant.

Every time there is never Buttergifel soo rarely they don't bake anything until you order it then they bake 😡 The man couldn't even speak German Embarrassing as always! Never again!

Good coffee, nice people, terrible acoustics (very loud, can hear everyone talking at the same time), and closed 1h early on a Sunday, when the schedule says 19:00 - got invited out at 18:00. 🤷🏽‍♀️ (happening as I write)

They made the wrong drinks, but they were also great.

The courier broke both of my coffees. She's always like that, we always have problems when she's the courier. She didn't want to call Starbucks she was just gone!! And I haven't gotten a response from Starbucks yet.

Just went in and got a perfect coffee with great friendly service with a massive smile. Made me feel pretty good actually!

The young lady had to run the store alone; despite the stress, she was very friendly, attentive and had a kind word for everyone.

5 years ago, great place to be and to study. Now, it is getting more dirty and less friendly. I am still going... But I am looking for a new place

Good coffee, friendly customer service and nice premises.

The place is big and nice to study or work on the laptop, but the service is rude and at 6 they ring a really rude, awful alarm to kick everyone out instead of politely inform the clients.

Staff was not able to get my order right. I told them 5x that I wanted a Chai Latte not a Cafe Latte and they gave me a Cafe Latte. Walked out with the wrong drink and terrible customer experience.

Very courteous staff. Unfortunately I wasn't really happy with the quality of my coffee today. After a short notice, a new, fresh coffee was immediately made for me. Many thanks to the 3 ladies.

I love to come here but guys you have to work on that cheesecake. From all starbucks I've been to around the world, this one here tastes truly awful. Please try it yourself and give it an upgrade. ;)

I love Starbucks, great quiet place to have a drink and a bite to eat.

I went at 9.50 in the morning and the place was filthy. Dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty seats. This was not new from one morning's service. The manager (if she/he cares at all) needs to give this place a scrub-down and teach the staff how to keep the place in some kind of order. I didn't want to sit down - all the tables and seats were dirty!

Check the starbucks website for accurate opening times for all stores during the current conditions. The store has just increased its seating and made it more friendly to studying

They turned off the power socket 10 minutes after we arrived claiming it was because the power socket was on the same circuit as some light they had to turn off. Those lights turned off long after the power socket. Really didn’t feel welcome there and it seemed that they just wanted to drive us out.

Starbucks has the nicest looking coffee and frappe cups.

Large + good offer, service a bit stressed, but quick.. Lighting can be annoying depending on the space, as there are direct spots.. ideal location right on Stauffacher Platz!

The upper floor, where you can study, relax or chat, is usually crowded. Still highly recommended. I like to read my Sunday newspapers there from time to time.

Not cheap to get a coffee but if you consider a coffee from convenience store cost 3.8franc then you won't feel 5.9 from Starbucks is too high. Staff are nice, chill place to have breakfast if you need to get something before 8 A.M

I was relaxing here with a coffee and a caramel macchiato. It was really good and you can see all the people from the floor. It's really relaxing and there are people that study and chat quietly. I'll go again only for the atmosphere. The price are really high

I wanted to use the toilet first and then order a coffee! Ohhhhh what a crime!!! It was also said that I would only get my coffee after I had paid. Clear words, coffee almost in your face and pure unfriendliness. Well, sometimes you have to do it before you consume.

15 min walk from the main station. If you have some time to kill and some work to finish this is the place to grab a coffee and the WiFi gets registered for all Starbucks in Switzerland

Terrible service, extremely slow & overwhelmed

Starbucks is starbucks! I was disappointed to find out that my favourites cakes were taken out of stock and some others cake portions have significantly however the price remains the same!

Was reminded yesterday on the day of the women's strike why I have been boycotting Starbucks for years. I was not allowed to use the toilet briefly in the Stauffacher branch - you were only allowed to do so if you had consumed the cheapest drink (still water for CHF 4.50). This was despite the fact that the store was practically empty and, ironically, only female employees were present - so much solidarity with the striking women, really impressive. Thank you for nothing, Starbucks.

Good day coffee latte is too greasy, and it should only warm me to 62 degrees?, says saleswoman, cold and greasy, ????!!! I feel sick…… where did you get these numbers from? 62°???!!! second floor, catastrophic, please bring mattresses and blankets, this is not a restaurant...

The price and quality of the coffee are high. The Starbucks is great for work. With a mixed noise level and the view of the Stauffacher hustle and bustle, the many electricity and USB sockets, this location stands out from others and offers a prime example of an urban workspace.

Nice place to work co-work or just chill. Much improved since the redesign. Lots of seating and a large table upstairs with plenty of daylight thanks to the big windows overlooking Stauffacher. Popular with students and remote workers.

Yes . I had visited this place almost every day that’s why I got job in Zurich . Cozy place but wifi environment was so bad when I visited here , so I don’t know right now it . Off course employees were nice but drinks are expensive compared to Starbucks in US .

New concept does not justify the starbucks price... it used to feel a comfortable place, now it’s like a normal coffee, not comfy, very dry atmosphere... no music on second floor... no armchairs, no sofas, no chairs on the working space , only bar hockers. Simply not welcoming any more...

Usual Starbucks quality with a very nice atmosphere upstairs.
