They were very rude and in a bad mood. Wouldn't go there anymore. The food was ok. Can't recommend it.

I had to wait a long time before I could place the order because the service person was on the cell phone. When I wasn't called after a long time, I went to ask. Another person would have taken my coffee!?!?!?!? it was said. OK. Waiting again and due to lack of time I couldn't finish the coffee. Starbucks is now finally axed.

You shouldn't work on communication and it's not about language.

Mass processing without service, staff doesn't even know the sales range, no cutlery given, staff not friendly. Not recommended...Prices too high....

The most expensive coffee chain now wants 0.10 extra for the cup. They don't tell you about other options they just casually add 0.10 to an already outrageously expensive coffee. All because they are very pro-environment. The problem is that you have to pay for it, not Starbucks.

Best Starbucks service. I didn't feel like a customer, but like a friend.

I find it very bad that we live in Switzerland and the saleswoman doesn't speak German. At least 2-3 words would be enough but no.

10/21/23 Time 9:10 a.m. Very cheeky service this morning. It's a shame, otherwise it's been great so far. We know Starbucks Standard differently.

Being at Starbucks is always great. Hot coffee to drink on the street. The girl asked our names and I decided to register hehe. I think Swiss German even looks similar hahahaha

2 guests and I in the restaurant. Tables sticky, food eaten behind the counter. Every table is full of leftover food. Seattle would be ashamed. I didn't order anything because of that. Don't want to get sick.

Starbucks at Tessinerplatz is always great. Very friendly staff, often German speaking. Even now and then when you're pressing. Mostly doable.

Hmm. I love most of the Starbucks in Zurich but this baristas here today really didn’t take much care with making the drinks - terrible cappuccino - and the place could do with a bit of a refurbishment.

Tucked away in a nice corner, it's a cozy Starbucks outlet. I had the refreshing Mango- Dragonfruit and the Chicken baguette. Both of them were delicious. The WiFi is strong as expected and the staff is extremely professional, friendly und multilingual. I had the honor of being served by Jasmine who is just a breath of fresh air to brighten up your day. I'd definitely recommend this store.

Bit disappointing. Normally Starbucks is consistent. Today they had 3 people behind the counter and the service was particularly unfriendly.

I am not satisfied At the checkout there was a woman who didn't understand any German and spoke a mix of English and something Me a cold coffee machiato Has to give. I had to wait a long time I think Strarbucks is American coffee home chain.... But : WE ARE IN SWITZERLAND AND GERMAN SPEAKING... So I don't go there anymore...

Unfortunately pretty dingy. The staff doesn't listen and unfortunately the drinks are almost always prepared incorrectly.

My absolute favorite Starbucks. I come here almost every day, drinks arrive quickly (they really get going when it's full), a well-coordinated team, a competent store manager and great employees!

A small coffee shop in the Engi district has fine coffee and when I went there yesterday around half past ten I got a very warm and fresh croissant. All in all, a very nice coffee

Salmon bagel was a joke. Certainly didn’t match the pics! The egg is like rubber. Was very disappointed today! Not sure how to add a pic but would like to share. Dry, and very little salmon. Really a mess and waste of money!

Its small but a nice and cozy starbucks with great drinks ☕️. There's also free wifi but after 60 minutes u have to relogin every 10 mins for the wifi. There is also a bathroom but u need to ask for a code for it.

Coffee was good, but pre-ordering in the app took an incredible 20 minutes…. Absolutely 🤬 everyone at the checkout was served immediately.

Not happy with service. Sunday 9:20 in the morning folks wish a coffee to go and only one assistant there to serve. Where is your help? I left with no coffee.

It has now happened to me for the second time here that my order “with soy milk” was lost between two employees. It was approved at the checkout, but not forwarded to the preparation station. Clear concentration error. But if you're lactose intolerant, it's just not that great. I'm here often. Overall, the employees always seem a bit scattered and hectic. Uneasy atmosphere. Tables unclean, not cleared. You make an effort! The whole staff is really very nice to the guests. Despite it. Something seems to be going wrong with the processes?

One of the employees was really unfriendly! didn't respond to my wishes and when I asked her for a straw she simply said no and just ran away. When I got a straw from another employee she was angry. Something so outrageous has never happened to me. I'm definitely not coming in these Starbucks anymore.

rude staff I was refused access to the toilet if I hadn't consumed anything, but in the morning I drank an espresso and I didn't get the receipt where the code was written. so far everything is ok but the person who denied me the the entrance knows me by sight, when I would have liked to consume more. but then or thought to myself, there are many places 1 cheaper 2 with kinder people, (they don't deserve my money) I would just like to remind those who do this job not to denies permission to go to the bathroom to a person who asks politely (and perhaps who really needs it)

Really love the frapuccinos in Starbucks. Usually in this location there are some nice food trucks and it is a short walk to the lake. Lost a star because those paper straws are useless! Rich tea biscuits in a cup of tea would last longer...

Never ever. It's just outrageously expensive and the "waiter" clears tables at some point. Traditionally, you can serve yourself here.

Classic Starbucks in a fairly anonymous area. Very high "Swiss" prices. Very very kind staff.

Standard Starbucks fare. The staff are super nice though, and there is decent seating inside and out (although trams can make it noisy if you are trying to do meetings) plus a bathroom downstairs if needed - not wheelchair accessible AFAIK. There is a changing table in women's toilets, not sure about men's.

The coffee is what you expect from any Starbucks store but the attitude of the staff working there is unacceptable. If you don't like your job, better find another one.

Unfortunately, my first visit after the Corona shutdown was very sobering: instead of the Cafe Creme I ordered, I received lukewarm milk broth in a paper cup, along with a pile of disposable paper. How can a coffee chain serve a Cafe Creme for 4.70 without cream? It's a shame, but as a former regular guest I also have to learn that many nice habits have now become victims of Corona. I'll now wait until everything returns to normal before going to Starbucks again, if that ever happens again. Otherwise you just have to look for other ways. A pity.

The very first time I ever went to a coffee house like this was near the Enge train station. And with the firm intention of not even wanting to drink coffee, but rather hot chocolate! Even before 7 a.m. I was listened to what I wanted in an extremely friendly and courteous manner and so I specifically ordered a warm chocolate. And oh wonder: the first time you listened to your own special request, you listened extremely well and the chocolate really wasn't hot, just warm and therefore drinkable straight away. Hooray ! That really pleased me and surprised me at the same time. Because until now, coffee houses like this have kept me away, but I had to wait nearby for an important appointment and there was no other option for me to wait somewhere else to settle down at this early time and I'm really very excited about this visit to have been well served and, above all, to have been satisfied straight away at the end. There seems to be a lot going on here early in the morning and the people here put in the same amount of effort, are extremely friendly, pay attention to detail and listen carefully to what people want in order to make them just as happy with what they want becomes. And according to the influx, it seems to be working very well and in a quick and useful time, because every customer here who wants something seems to be rushed and under time pressure and the employees here are apparently more than used to that and the same consciously and accordingly tackle every request of a customer in the right way. - I just think it's pretty wrong that people are called you here straight away, but that doesn't seem to be a problem for other people, except for me...

Nice place with the same menu as any other Swiss Starbucks has, but staff sometimes doesn’t care about your order e.g. you ask for lactose free and get usual milk

No matter which Starbucks is, the waiter will always be great people! 💪

I can recommend the Starbucks Weihnachten coffee selection. Their chicken salad is Good too, for a special Sweet treat try the Caramel Waffel cheesecake. Staff friendly, orders made at counter however they will clear your table after you are Done.
