But you can ONLY get coffee in DISPOSABLE containers❓ I'm sorry, there's no reason for that, WHY NOT reusable dishes and dishwasher? 😳🤔 Electricity and water connection is available❓❓ this is not a coffee station on the moon🌓In my opinion, this is an extremely ignorant business practice. I won't drink coffee in a place like this anymore. I told them that too. Let's take a stand! 😜‼️ Completely apathetic staff... that's what they need there. 🤪

The worst Starbucks in Switzerland . The staff were very unfriendly and not motivated and the coffee was underwhelming with half of my cappuccino is covered with foam . Sadly no Swiss quality here .

The worst service we have ever expert. I asked the waitress whether she’s in bad mood and she answered yes! We ordered no cream and got lots of cream and on top no manager available. As a Swiss I feel terrible as this us not our style service!!! The shift was at 0910h on the 25.01.24 Never ever again!!!!!

The relationship between price and performance is not right at all. The quality of the food and drinks is average, the seats and tables are reasonably clean, they are probably only wiped down irregularly. December 2023

After I ordered at the checkout. The lady at the coffee machine talks badly to me. A no go since I fly every week, I don't see myself buying anything from Starbucks in the future.

This was one of my favourite starbucks experiences. Had a nice conversation with the young lady with glasses (Miriam I think) she was nice and friendly, she also recommended a very nice cool lime lemonade drink. Small and cozy store which I really liked!

Do not order Frappuccino here. I got java and mocha Frappuccinos but they made chocolate milk and coffee milk..

Unfriendly staff. Just saw how on October 13, 23 at 9:15 a.m. the bad-tempered employee with dyed red hair beat up a black American woman in German because she was waiting from the wrong side (like me and everyone else). When she didn't understand the instructions, the employee clicked her tongue for everyone to hear and angrily walked to the checkout closer to the customer. It wasn't even busy, the employee was waiting. Friendliness at Starbucks? The customer apologized that she didn't speak German. Finally hire decent people!

Very large, good coffees with the opportunity to eat something small.

Very bad experience. I payed for an iced chai tea oat coffee grande with oatmilk. I ve got an small iced chai with regular milk. When I said it wasnt what I asked the woman, who made it, was furious and complaining all the time prepared another one. The worse Starbucks I visited in my life!

Staff super nice and relaxed... The coffee... If you want to call it that, there is the least amount in it... lots of milk and cream

You can't get good coffee at starbucks

My friend and I each ordered a cream cheese bagel. We were surprised at the strange taste and when we opened the bagels there was actually mold on them. That was at 6 a.m. The bagels are neither freshly prepared nor stored properly. I don't want to know how long they've been in the display case... What's more, we paid almost twice as much for these bagels as at other locations...

Service a little clumsy. And quite high prices. It falls far short of what a Starbucks is.

They had Cool Lime Refreshers which I love but they stop serving in the U.S. The selection of bakery goods was outstanding. The staff was very kind and helpful. It was one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to in the world.

Well normally Im not the type of Girl who write things But Ive been mistreated for the girl who works in a starbucks she has red hair so she let one guy pay by cash but she didn’t let me to pay in cash I payed by card that was not the problem the problem is she make me wondering why she did that is because I’m South American???? This was really really weird…..

We also found Tucs in a CT scan even though the sales assistant was unaware of their existence among the goods on sale. Who does it themselves...

They advertise some summer drinks with gigantic photos and then they don't have it. As an alternative, they offered me a strawberry soda that looked like water with a syrup. I thought it was similar to the soda in the photo but swimming to see. The two people who helped me did not speak German. It surprises me. Perhaps if they had spoken German or I spoke better English they could have informed me better about the alternatives there were. They attended to me quickly. The quality/price ratio for a water with Sirup seemed expensive to me even though it was Switzerland and being at the airport.

Nice coffee drinks as you find in any Starbucks, however, this smaller Starbucks venue is often crowded and furthermore, it does not participate in the Starbucks Card/Rewards Program.

So everyone who has nothing else to do here and has no other problems in life than getting upset about the people who are worried, have a good life. LOOK AROUND PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO WORK WITH A MINIMUM WAGE WHERE you are treated like a piece of dirt in service, Starbucks is: you get your coffee, you drink it, and if you don't like it, go quickly and say “hey, the coffee tastes good "I'm not allowed to get a new one" VERY SIMPLE and not write a review here AFTER the coffee is empty and then get upset that the employees don't feel like it, sorry everything becomes more expensive, wages are not adjusted. Please look for better problems in your life instead of the lives of the employees who are just human and have to pay bills to complain that they don't feel like it, or maybe be nice to the service staff ;) would also be a point You're doing great!! 🙏🏽 a lot of strength

The world's most expensive coffee? No mazarines. Pretty bad service.

Like every Starbucks: clearly too expensive. But you don't have much choice at the gate... There was just a small table with chairs. All the others were small stools and low tables. Comfortable is different. Utilization of space like in pandemic times.

They did not open at the displayed time: 5:30. Do not trust their schedule. Given that they are in an airport they must be more precise in respecting opening times.

Variable opening times, depending on the employees' wishes. When asked, they say: “We don’t open at 5:30 today.” As a customer, you don’t feel like you’re being taken seriously and you can see that the employees are motivated by their job. (Warning sarcasm)

When I wanted to get a coffee before my flight, the cashier was very absent and very unfriendly, as if she hated her job, you could tell from her face. As a regular customer, I always collect Starbucks points, but she refused my card and said that they wouldn't accept it because they are a franchise. The ice caramel coffee was okay, but unfortunately there were lumps of caramel. 9.20.- for a Grande is almost like a Grande outside of the airport.

We love Starbucks coffee, we always look for them.

Tried to order a coffee at 2030, but was refused as they stated they were closed. This despite a closing time of 2100 (according to Google maps) and a closing time of 2200 (according to the airport website). Completely confusing and unacceptable.

Service friendly, Frappuccino delicious. The ICED Cappucimo is absolutely inedible! I've never drunk something so disgusting in my life. Either it's always like that or it was (hopefully) an exception.

Opened late. Coffee was not so great as a machine is doing it. So you can get from any other coffee shop restaurant in the airport. Nothing special.

Opened 5 minutes late, unprepared and made the issue of having two lines waiting to be served due to their lack of organization. Also, why would they “open” at 5:30 when there are plenty of flights departing early?

The usual Starbucks but they don’t accept fidelity cards . Also only one person which had to do anything so Batista , cashier cleaning . Don’t exploit your personnel have at least two people per shift !
