Starbucks in St. Gallen

So it's just super expensive and often overcrowded, which is a shame.

It is a quiet place, good atmosphere and super friendly staff.

I ordered caramel machine and it was only prepared with syrup. Otherwise always with sauce still on top. I could have saved the money and gotten the same machiatto from migrolino!!

Just Spanish Music because of Spanish People working there. It sucks!

Small Starbucks and products like the others in the chain.

Unfortunately the music is always very loud. Concentrated work is therefore almost impossible.

The place was very dirty and very unclean, the drink was bad because the bottle had bad pieces, the cafe was too hot and undrinkable. never ever go to this starbucks

Starbucks. The only annoying thing is that you can't get a seat because all the fancy kiddies are taking up everything with their laptops.

I would actually like to have a coffee with you, but at the moment the coffee is made sloppily with the addition of syrup. Ordered a Grande PSL and got a Tall without PSL syrup but with peach syrup in it for the iced tea. 🙈

Bad service, employees are unmotivated, always ask for extra caramel with my caramel Frappuccino but have never been able to get it done so far. I rarely get the drink I ordered. Not recommended.

Starbucks. It's always the same all over the world. Price-performance: Well. You know that before you walk into an SB.

It was spring and the weather was mild and we sat down at a small table outside, let the good coffee flow down our throats, watched all sorts of passing people and enjoyed an R&J from the shop opposite.

Classic Starbucks. Good located. Little special features.

Employees very demotivated. This is also very clear as we received the wrong goods. Not a New York Cheesekake but a regular one. Unfortunately, this problem does not only occur in isolated cases but with every purchase. My tip, look what the employees are doing.

Very expensive coffee to bring yourself. The waitress was very busy cleaning up. Music is extremely loud, so you don't stay long.

Bad. With coffee this expensive, you expect more. Coffee io but tables were full of empty cups. I pointed out that I would like to sit down and would be happy if the table was cleared. But no one came. It's a shame, good location and nice atmosphere, but the staff isn't working yet.

Everything as sweet as dessert. But always good for a cozy meeting.

Unfortunately, I had a very mixed experience at this Starbucks. The lady who first served us was cleaning the counter and showed no interest in us as customers. When we asked, we were served by your colleague who tried to compensate for his colleague's extremely apathetic behavior. He was very attentive and friendly and you just felt well served. Without his efforts we would probably have just returned home after being greeted so negatively. It's really a shame to experience such contrasting service at Starbucks. “Addition” The gentleman who served us came to us again and apologized for his colleague's behavior and gave us a voucher. Exemplary behavior solved confidently in all points. 3->4* review

People also go to Starbucks because of the WiFi and to work. But that's not possible here - it's HELL loud. So definitely not suitable for a zoom, and hardly suitable for working. Not recommended at all.

Sorry but we are totally disappointed!! Ordered 2 vanilla lattes and received something strange, brought them back without any problems and the 2nd round was even worse and absolutely unacceptable for the price.

great location, almost always very friendly staff, drinks always taste great, unfortunately there is only little space to sit inside or outside, not always so tidy, the staff is often understaffed and has stress, which is a shame because it means they always have to have stress, drinks are always ready very quickly because they put a lot of effort into it

Was there with friends. The coffee was a pleasure. However, you also pay enough to expect good coffee. The employee at the checkout seemed new to me and didn't speak German very well. Good location, well known good coffee and some friendly staff. Tables are not cleared or cleaned for a very long time. Staff prefer to talk to themselves.

Okay coffee. Miserable snacks: even after I sent the croissant roll back for the second time, it was cold, as if it came straight from the fridge. Unfortunately, the lady didn't apologize for the poor quality and didn't offer any alternative. Will avoid this coffee in the future.

The coffees are special. But they come at a price, but I still treat myself to one every now and then.

Overwhelmed staff. There are 4 people present, only 3 of whom are serving even though the store is full, and then friends who are waiting in line also get priority service.

Dont know what happen to this Starbucks , but very poor quality , didnt have brewed pike place coffee at 12 pm which is a signature coffee for Starbucks, made me americano instead, which was worst coffee ever i drunk tastwd just like hot water and i throw out ,even at Aldi for 1chf you get better coffee

It's hip and cool that the lady at the take-away checkout has American slang... However, it's also cool if you don't have to repeat the order 3 times until you are understood (and vice versa). Otherwise good coffee.

Staff very friendly. Special requests are also taken into account. I have often received drinks at other Starbucks branches that were wrong (especially the White Moccha Frappuccino). However, I always get the correct one here.

The coffee or shakes are fine. But unfortunately far too expensive to enjoy regularly. For a shaks, giving paper straws is not good. They are not stable, if you want to enjoy the shakes, please use 2 straws. Otherwise you have to get up again!! For so much money, the staff could be less friendly and accommodating

I noticed the staff using the "dairy" shaker instead of the non dairy one for my drink despite me ordering soy milk... I find that very irresponsible, I mean imagine someone has a severe allergic reaction. They should pay more attention!

Good for a coffee to go. Good for a quick coffee, doesn't invite you to stay seated. Always winter far too cold to drink a coffee comfortably. Coffee Seeger or News are then much more comfortable and also suitable for all age groups. Staff was always very friendly and otherwise like anywhere else in the world (international brand).
