The food is OK. But what doesn't work is the unfriendly and almost disrespectful service.

Service was super accommodating and friendly. As far as the food is concerned, I didn't think it was good value for money. A table of 10 ordered ala carte and paid far too much for the meat and also the Cesar salad. There is something better for that. The service, on the other hand, was really friendly and accommodating

Price performance is good. If you want 🇺🇸 food + ambience, Stars and Stripes is perfect. Unfortunately, Burito is not as we usually know him. Was not rolled up + not filled enough. But it's definitely delicious. 🥰 In the photo you can see what we ordered.

THIS IS the best place to eat a burger, you get some nachos and a drink while you wait, and then when it come to the table BEWARE! The burgers are big! And DELICIOUS!!! I love the interior decoration with a lot of American stuff, if you want to get the best visit this bar/restaurant!!!! The staff is very friendly always on pair to take your orders , can take a while for the food to come out, BUT that is why it's so delicious , it takes time to make delicious food! The strawberry sundae? Yumm!

Horrible staff. There was a young man working and a young woman most likely in the 18-24 age group and they were horrible! They were rude, they were unprofessional, and quite unsanitary. We asked if they could clean our table for us and it took them 30 minuten before we realized that no one was coming...so we cleaned our table ourselves. PRICING IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET! This location of Stars and Stripes has taken a huge dip in quality

This is definitely the right place to eat a good burger. The food was really good and the service was really nice and helpful. Recommended a new burger and we were happy to try it. At the end they wanted to know our opinion and took our comments very seriously. Happy to come back :)

Great offer and very friendly employees. The high chairs are a bit unstable ;-). The volume of the music is just right so that you can still have a good conversation with the Vis-a-Vis.

We were here one morning and “only” had a latte macchiato and a cappucino, but the coffee was fine and affordable. It has toilets, a smoking room and outside seating. The service was friendly and motivated.

Service is very friendly. We enjoy the food and like to visit their other locations as well. The ribs and the onion rings are our favourite dishes from this place. Margaritas are quite nice as well.

After 11 minutes an extremely unmotivated service arrived. I ordered two cappuccinos and a cheesecake. So far so unspectacular. I wanted to pay straight away too. The answer from the unmotivated person was: “Ice cream, Anderä!” She then had a detailed small talk with the guests at the next table, then folded a tablecloth and after another five minutes I was allowed to pay my bill. Hello?

I've never had such a small portion of mac 'n cheese as I did at this place. I spent 19 Fr. for a large portion and it felt like a child's portion and taste-wise it was rubbish... I really expected more!

20 Fr. for a large portion of mac n cheese and then there is less in it than a burger. And in terms of taste it was just a lump of butter. I would have preferred to have the food returned, but the problem was that we took it home.

Wir sind zufällig auf dieses Restaurant gestossen. Wir haben beide ein Rindsfilet gegessen. Die gewünschte „Garstufe“ war bei beiden Filets perfekt. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Können dieses Restaurant weiter empfehlen.

The food is very, very tasty. Very nicely and lovingly furnished. You feel very comfortable. Condition is very friendly. The restaurant with a huge bar and two floors has plenty of space for visitors.

Last year the finest meat ever - since January new menu and new meat that isn't worth the bill...

New menu and new meat since January - the beef on the hot stone for just under 50 CHF is no longer recommended compared to the meat in the past. We were happy for years BUT we no longer come to Stars and Strips. We are very disappointed

Über das Essen kann man sich nicht beschweren. Es erfüllt die Erwartungen. Allerdings Popmusik und einen franzözischen Sender zu sehen ist enttäuschend.

Für uns wurde ein Geburtstagstisch dekoriert. Das Essen war Super!! Die Bedienung war mehr als freundlich, gratulierte schon bei der Ankunft und sang sogar ein Happy Birthday mit Brownie und Kerze. Herzlichen Dank!
