Everything was super tasty, loving service and a pleasant atmosphere! Can only recommend it!

I recently dined at Namaste, located just a short walk from Richterswil Station near the lake. The restaurant is easily accessible and boasts an extensive menu. The ambiance is elegant and upscale, with clean and organized décor. I personally tried the chicken kashmiri and honestly it was one of the best curries I have ever tasted due to its strong flavor and aroma of spices. I love spicy food, and this was the perfect dish for me. Everything was truly cooked to perfection with kashmiri chili. Thank you Namaste for a great evening and culinary experience. 😊

I've bought here many times in the past and all was fine - until today. Online order didn't arrive for 1,5 hours. When it did turn up it was stone cold and had to go in the microwave. Lamb kebabs (were not microwaved as they were already identified as overcooked discs of some kind of meat), impossible to know if it was lamb or not as it was so dry, served with a 'mint' condiment that was excessively (food colouring) green and completely absent of mint flavour. Ate one, the other two got binned. Aren't kebabs normally on skewers? Add to that an artificially sweet butter chicken and a rice heavy biryani. It was not a good night for me or my guests and my last order here.

Food expensive but worth the price, highly recommended.

We went to the Räbeliechtlium parade this evening. By the way, I can fully recommend it. In any case, everything was reserved except for a table for two right next to the door. I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The food is always fantastic! My problem is with the service. Most times I eat here or order a delivery to my home there's no problem. However, one time I waited for almost two hours for my food when I was sitting in the restaurant. A second time, when I ordered a delivery to my house from the website, I followed one employee's advice (I called the restaurant to ask some questions) and left some instructions for one of the dishes in the designated text box. The restaurant completely ignored the instructions. When I called to complain, they simply said that they didn't see any specific instructions (like that's my fault and not their website), and that if I want, they can send a new dish, but I will have to pay for it. My recommendation is if you have specific instructions for a dish, call the restaurant and place the order directly with them.

However, the delivery person couldn't accept a credit card and only wanted cash, even though we stated "Pay with credit card" in the order. They took the food back!!! The worst wannabe indian food I ever tasted. We ordered Lammkebab but it was more like a dry fried bread chunk. The Naan bread was too thin and tasteless, even with safran and carlic on top. Burned on one side and undercooked on the other. Not recommended.

We are lucky to have a restaurant like this in Richterswil. After about 500 visits in the last 7 years, I am very sure of this. Really authentic North Indian cuisine and good service. Particularly recommended: Bengali Fish, Vindaloos, Chicken Tikka boneless, Lamb Curry, Palak Paneer.

We came here with family around 8 on a weekday. It was hard to make a decision about what to get because there were a lot of fun options! We settled on garlic naan, tikka masala with vegetables, daal tarka and matter paneer. The food was quite delicious - I especially liked the garlic naan and daal tarka. Thy were both very well seasoned and savoury. The matter paneer and vegetable tikka masala were quite tasty however I found them a bit too sweet. It’s a really nice place and we would be happy to visit again and try many more of the fun veggie options! The service was very nice and friendly.

This is a gem of an Indian restaurant! The food is authentic, not watered down for European standards. The variety is amazing. And on top, the service from this owner led restaurant is top, friendly.
