In addition to the great selection of delicacies, I appreciate the extremely friendly service in this branch. As a customer you always feel welcome and well looked after. I'm happy to take a slightly longer journey for this.

We eat every second Wednesday at Steiner Eschenbach. The food is always very good and invitingly prepared. The service staff has good and not so good days, but I'm still very satisfied. Me and my companions always enjoy it when Ms. Wälchli serves us with her charming manner.

A cute little café with very fine baked goods and ice cream. Unfortunately for the junior, the ice expired on October 10, 2023. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. I wanted to report it to the waitress when she was serving me, unfortunately she gave me the banana split (which I only got because luckily they had bananas there) and didn't respond to my "sorry" and ran away pissed. I then told the nice young gentleman at the counter. Then he got a dinosaur cup. The lady was generally not very polite and rather moody. We will not visit this cafe again.

In Eschenbach we were served nicely. The pastries and coffee were good. The herbal ice cream is also recommended.

Lactose-free cake or vegan cupcakes, both excellent. I would only recommend it. Top service, thank you very much.

We will no longer support this bakery. Very unfriendly staff. Although I asked the day before if we could have a quick coffee and something to eat at around 6.20, we were told we wouldn't open until 6.30. Apparently this branch doesn't need the money

Terribly unfriendly company! By far the worst person in the store is probably the old woman with the short gray hair and glasses. Absolutely moody, unfriendly to children and rude to customers. The lady is absolutely out of place! - you enter this Steiner already annoyed and asking yourself what am I doing wrong as a customer today? Customer loyalty depends on the staff!

NO MORE STEINER!!! 1 star is still too much. Was a long-time customer. I gave Goldingertaler to the sales staff so that the amount would be credited to my Steiner card...UNFORTUNATELY NEVER got there...Sad but true😟👎

Well, the quality of the products is one thing (without reproach), the pricing is another. I ordered breakfast to treat myself to something good. Unfortunately, my health condition means that I have to take medication with every meal. Not really nice. To wash things down I asked for a drink of water. Which I wasn't allowed to order but only a glass of water 2 dl for 1.-; There will be reasons why Hahnenburger is charged. But not with a customer who just wants to wash down a medication. The sip of water was free with the espresso. 🤦‍♂️ Customer service is different, and so is loyalty.

The blonde service daughter is rude and takes forever to get the drink. I miss Gina, she was the best in service

On Sundays, mostly old croissants from the day before are sold. There's no mention of it being fresh, even the ones from Migros are fresher and better than the supposedly freshly made ones from Steiner

Café is not recommended! We've been here several times for breakfast on Sundays. There are usually a lot of people here, which means the staff is completely overwhelmed. Like today, even though there were only 5 tables occupied. Like every time, something was missing from the order, every time we had to You have to run after the staff. Re-ordering is also rather tedious until the staff comes to you. There's no mention of enjoying the breakfast! Today was the highlight. Eschenbach branch: Inviting restaurant. All clean. Beautifully presented and rich display with patisserie, salads, sandwiches etc. Comprehensive and delicious bread selection. Happy, competent employees with great empathy and tangible customer orientation. I feel at home and well served here. Top! Highly recommended.

Steiner Beck in Eschenbach is great. Friendly service, well managed staff. My favorite is the Schoggistängeli-Schoggichueche. Keep it up.

Today was the first time I went to the bakery, even though I've been living in Eschenbach for a long time! Unfortunately, it's also the last time! I know it's still Christmas, but you can still be friendly! I also run my own business and I'm shocked by the service! Although As there was no other customer in the store, I wasn't served because she was still chatting with the colleague! I had to repeat that 3 times because I could speak more clearly! The waitress wasn't wearing a mask or gloves! I don't think it's that good! It's a shame!

The food was good, the price was right. Unfortunately I was given the wrong menu. My menu only came when my partner had already finished eating. A pity. At least there was a chocolate cake as an apology. The cake we ordered was really not good. Berry tiramisu cake with very few berries and otherwise just cream - mascarpone cream was not to be tasted and the base was made of cheap sponge cake. There is only one star for that! We definitely won't buy cake there again!
