Once again it was closed and turned away at least one, today even two hours before the end of opening hours. In some cases the coffee machine was out of service an hour before the end. A pity.

For the most part, service leaves a lot to be desired. You don't feel welcome at all and you almost have to beg to be served. The place has potential but is absolutely wasted with the current staff.

The restaurant is first class. The food is great, the service is very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is modern, bright and cozy.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this cafe and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Although the atmosphere was pleasant, I found it hard to enjoy the positive aspects. The waitress, who also seemed to be the manager, was unfriendly and not very customer-oriented. Despite her supposed 35 years of experience, she was unable to make a simple coffee. The quality of service left much to be desired and the unwillingness to respond to customer needs left a bitter taste. It is a shame that the positive atmosphere was marred by poor management performance. Overall my experience was disappointing and I hope improvements are made in this regard.

Disappointing! Arrived 2 tables occupied, five tables not cleared. After the staff didn't even pay any attention to us, we sat down at a table that hadn't been cleared. There were three of the service staff standing behind the bar and 10 minutes later they came to our table and said rudely without greeting us that they hadn't cleared the room yet and you couldn't just sit there. Without taking an order she ran away from the table. We got up straight away and left. I think something like that is extremely unfortunate and no one should have to put up with it.

Mega location, super delicious food in St. Magareten and in Herrbrugg. Big compliments to the attentive, very courteous service staff (great cocktails). 100% recommendation!!

Service reacted in a super friendly manner (tomato/mozzarella salad was rather medium) - you couldn't do it better - despite the stress... Next time I'll probably prefer a burger - it looked really good.

Not good the hotel recommended this place but at 21.45 they did not do food .. dissapointed

Actually a cool bar but the service is really horrible.. Unfriendly, rolls your eyes, just a dozen... The saddest thing; She doesn't even know the map.

It is not our first time to visit this place. It features very nice atmosphere and pleasant service. Prices are reasonable, especially for lunch, and food is very good. 👍

Food was very good. Menu selection is also large, with a few vegetarian options. Unfortunately we waited over an hour (!) for 3 burgers and a cordon bleu. The delay was communicated somewhat poorly, but as an apology we were offered a schnapps and an Aperol spritz each.

Service staff very unfocused, forgets guests outside at the table. Served the wrong order. When she injured herself on the glass that she dropped, the wound wasn't even covered... when she served the cutlery she said "ouch" because she hit the open wound...very unhygienic and unappetizing. Thank you not twice!!!

The fries could have been a little saltier. These were quite “matte”. The burger was good.

Had for 4 people. on Sunday for brunch tel. Reserved, as soon as we stood in front of the restaurant we were told they weren't doing brunch because of Corona. Why can't you say that over the phone?

Faith in nature restored by providing quality ingredients that can be cooked by excellent chefs + Flammkuchen dough was perfectly crispy on the outside and firm on the inside, even with the tomato sauce and vegetables on top, that's not easy + the rice with the vegetables and sauce was so good seasoned so much that I would have loved to make a soup out of it

We had made a reservation for brunch on Sunday morning, but brunch is not currently being served. There was a miscommunication between us and the restaurant. When we clarified this over the phone on the Saturday before, the restaurant offered to make a brunch especially for us. The brunch was very large, plentiful and a great selection. And especially just for us! The food is great and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating!

Burgers are great, I've hardly eaten better anywhere else. Service is also very good, you feel like you are at friends' home. Nice atmosphere in the seating garden. The restaurant is very cozy and clean. We will definitely come often and recommend it to others.

We were here for brunch. Everything was very tasty at a fair price. Large selection and the service is very friendly. We'd love to come by again.
