Sternen in Hitzkirch

We went to the restaurant to rest on the hiking trail. Impression good. Home cooking. Good prices. Staff friendly.

We can only recommend the company. The food is delicious, the service is very friendly and the coffee is of the best quality. Very welcome again at any time.

We 4 people have on October 22nd. Enjoy an afternoon of bowling followed by a very delicious dinner. The staff was of course friendly and very accommodating. Our four-course menu was delicious from the starter to the dessert. Even the vegetarian in our group got her culinary fix with the autumn plate. We can really recommend this restaurant and the hotel run by the current host couple, Mr. & Mrs. Boggini. S.W. from L.

We were there on October 7th. 23 with four people having dinner with them. Unfortunately my venison schnitzel wasn't a schnitzel, but something and was tough. The red cabbage was inedible. The entrecote wasn't good either. A pity !!

Very nice hotel near a small beach. Calm. Had a good time. Too bad the restaurant was closed, the terrace is really pretty.

Was leased in the meantime. Will be reopened by the owner in September. We still got a room in August. Wonderful family atmosphere.

In a small village 5 minutes drive from a small castle

Yesterday afternoon we went to the Sternen restaurant for a quick ice cream stop - very tasty! Unfortunately we had a health incident. Two employees (a woman in service and a man, probably the cook) were very friendly and incredibly helpful. It's great that people like that exist! Apart from the ice cream, I can't say anything about the food, but with this level of friendliness and helpfulness there is nothing other than 5* - thank you!

Clean and nice small hotel. By family running and only 15 rooms. It is easy to catch by train because train station is next to hotel but trains do not disturb you. Rooms are well isolated.Very Swiss foods but well done and tasty.

Wir waren am Sonntag spontan in diesem Restaurant zum Mittagessen. 5 Tische waren draussen besetzt, innen 2. Bis die Bedienung uns bemerkt hatte verging eine Weile. Das Personal war freundlich. Es war nicht möglich, dass ich meine Kaltspeise und die Warmspeise gleichzeitig da waren. Das Essen war gut.

Seit Jahren besuchen wir immer wieder das Restaurant Sternen in Gelfingen. Hier findet man einen gepflegten Gasthof mit gut bürgerlicher Küche. Aufmerksamer und schneller Service, grosse Auswahl an saisonalen Gerichten und bestes Preisleistungsverhältnis runden das Profil ab. Das Lokal liegt direkt an der S-Bahnhaltestelle (Richtung Luzern/Lenzburg) und verfügt über einen grossen Parkplatz.

Ce n'è per tutti i gusti e a prezzi buoni. L'atmosfera è incantevole. Locale luminoso, sotto l'hotel vicino al lago.

Das Hotel-Restaurant liegt überraschend ruhig und frischrenoviert unweit von Hochdorf und Luzern, ideal für Übernachtungen und Menschen, die gerne gut essen. Stets gut besetzt, kein Wunder, denn es passt hier alles. Kein Fünfsternehaus, sondern ein ehrlicher Landgasthof u fairen Preisen.
