Wonderful restaurant that is run with a lot of passion. Both the ambience and the food are excellent.

We visit Room 8 regularly in the evenings. This restaurant impresses from A-Z! Just the smile and greeting from the team when you enter makes you feel welcome. The food is always beautifully prepared and tastes of a very high standard. The menu is clear and yet there is something for everyone. The location is also great. The prices are very fair, so regular visits are also within our budget. You can tell that this restaurant is run with love. It's a shame it's only a pop up until the end of the year.

Comfortably furnished with a sofa corner. Historical building that can be used as a restaurant by the Stubä8 team until the end of 2023. Very friendly team. Very tasty food. Good organic wines. We celebrated a big birthday with 33 guests in Stubä8. Everyone really praised the restaurant, the team and the food. Anuschka responded easily to our requests such as rearranging the tables. We can highly recommend Stubä8 and their team for events and celebrations.

The best breakfast we have ever eaten. The food was so good, every dish was perfect. Cannot recommend highly enough. So peaceful and so real, the best experience in Thun.

We have been to Stubä8 several times, the dishes are fantastic, regional products and very cleverly and deliciously cooked. The food always looks very artfully prepared and is a stunner. The staff is incredibly friendly and relaxed, just like in a Stubä, very personable. Price performance is top. We'll be back soon.

My absolute favorite brunch in Thun. Dishes with that certain something, stylishly furnished, uncomplicated, friendly team. Be sure to pass by!

Perfect from A to Z! Was able to be there on a birthday, great location, super nice and motivated hosts and the food was absolutely fantastic. Fresh, perfectly cooked, beautifully presented. I'll definitely be back soon and hope that the great concept can be continued somewhere after September.

We enjoyed the four-course menu yesterday, it was very tasty and the plates were beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious, open and very attractive. Is an insider tip for good, well-kept food. I'd love to come back.

Regional and high-quality ingredients, a beautiful ambience with an open kitchen, friendly staff who put their heart and soul into it and excellent dishes! The Stubä8 convinced us from A to Z.

The restaurant invites you to linger with its cozy interior and friendly staff. In the evening you can choose from a 4-course menu with a vegetarian or meat option. If that's too much for you, you can put together your own menu from the individual courses. The food is very tasty and the portions are not too small even for good eaters. All in all, a great overall package.

Extremely delicious and regional dishes and drinks that are served with a lot of heart and creativity. Very cozy and nice atmosphere with a friendly and courteous staff. We felt right at home and recommend everyone to visit Stubä8 (several times) until September 23rd.

Good cuisine and a very nice atmosphere. The unique room with the high ceiling and the open seating leave space to relax and have a good time. Definitely worth a visit!
