The food was very good and the service was always very good and friendly.

Hello, I was eating at your place but the food was so cold and there was a lot of mess on the sandwich and the employee told Adnan but he didn't answer me, I was so dissatisfied with bad service

Unfortunately the worst and unfriendly subway I've ever been to. Please work on your customer friendliness. Our valid vouchers were not accepted and we were told how we should prove our sup. No go!

The worker called Nazari messes up your food many times during your ordering and you have to repeat what you want multiple times. He stops in the middle of making my sandwich and talks with people and his collegues. The food is great but he makes ordering such a hassle.

The employee at the checkout who prepared everything greeted us very rudely. When we said our order he yelled at us and he took more money from us than it said. I'm ashamed of how the cashier treated us. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life. He also touched everything with his hands and finally prepared our sandwich.

I don't know what his name is, he looked to me like he was from East Asia. However, he was very rude to me (even when I greeted him, he was kind of annoyed) and I've seen this behavior from other customers too. It was my first time in Subway and I don't know all the names of the chickens or meat and sauces. He was very aggressive towards me and often called me "colleague". Now the sad thing is that he filled my sandwich very little. That means I almost only ate bread... This all happened on November 20th, 2023 at around 9:45 p.m.

The employee Lisa was very nice and I really like her service!

Lisa opened the shop an extra 5 minutes after closing time and made our sandwiches in a very motivated and friendly manner up to 20 minutes after closing time. Thank you very much and gladly again.

I've never been to such a bad Subway branch. Zurich and Baden are much better. Potatoes soggy, cold and without any taste. The Nacho Chicken Bites weren't much better either. The sandwich would have been okay if it hadn't taken so long and ended up soggy and cold. Pepsie absolutely non-carbonated and warm. What absolutely doesn't work for me is the service: At the checkout, the employee rudely informed me that I couldn't have the Nacho Chicken Bites on the menu. I then said that I didn't want them in the menu, but rather in addition. The other employee shouts at me from the side that I ordered it that way and now she has to make the potatoes for me. What's also not possible: There are 4 customers in front of me who want the cheese oregano bread, like me. Answer: "But that takes 10 minutes, they have to go in the oven first." So why don't they finally go into the oven if they are so popular?

The employee Lisa served me excellently and her friendliness was remarkable.

The employees like Sinigh and Lisa do a great job, so visiting this subway is always a pleasure.

The Subway experience was a 10 out of 10. We were greeted with an open smile and received very courteous service. From ordering to the last bite, everything was perfect. Lisa was particularly positive, as was Lingam. Such employees need to be praised and should be compensated accordingly. Even 2 minutes before closing time, the service was still excellent, which is not to be taken for granted. We hope that these employees will ALWAYS stay in this branch and continue to pamper us with their presence. Lisa makes you feel at home at Subway!
