Was your meal today, which is very tasty. Personally, I have known Subway for over 25 years and was really shocked by the CH prices. But the service was very friendly and I received my sub in a very short time, even though there were still 4 people in front of me. It's strange that only one person serves. But thanks to the nice Filipino service.

Oven was broken, had to wait 30 minutes for my food, everything smelled and it was cold, I'll never come back

I ate a delicious sandwich at Subway Solothurn on platform 1. The restaurant is located right next to the train station and is ideal for a quick meal. The ingredients were fresh. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only problem was that it was difficult to get a sandwich suggested by Subway. I had to customize my sandwich, but that wasn't a problem. I can recommend Subway Solothurn in Platform 1 when it comes to good sandwiches.

Dude, I can't believe how sickeningly bad that Subway restaurant was, man! That was really the worst experience ever. 1 star? They should be happy that they even get a star! The sandwiches were so floppy that they felt like they wanted to hide in shame. The bread was dry like a desert and the vegetables were kind of sad and stunted. I thought I was in a horror movie. And the crew there? They were extremely unfriendly, as if they had a nail in their shoe. No smiles, no politeness, just pure ignorance. It's like watching a stone at work. But the best is yet to come: the prices! They really charge too much money for these horrible sandwiches. This is a rip-off at its finest, bro. If you want to eat something good, go somewhere else. Subway is a real waste of time. I wouldn't even recommend an enemy go in there. 1 star is really generous if you ask me! 🤬👎

The service is terrible. The man who prepared the sandwich made comments about me telling him what I needed and was generally rude. No smile, no “thank you please”. I felt uncomfortable there and wanted to eat inside at first, but then changed my mind and took a sandwich with me in the rainy weather. I'll try not to go there anymore. There are many cafes and shops in the area with nice service and half price sandwiches.

It's no wonder more people prefer McDonald's to Subway. A main reason for this could be the management of the Subway branch in question. The team leader or branch manager, whose background I don't know, seems extremely incompetent and disrespectful. I also wonder what contacts this man may have that helped him achieve a position of leadership despite such incompetent and aggressive behavior. Luckily, there are other good alternatives to this particular branch in the city. I would like to express my condolences to the employees who have to work under such leadership and to the customers who are unlucky enough to be served by him. It also seems like this manager is making rules that don't apply at other Subway locations. This is particularly frustrating since he doesn't respond to customer requests or seems willing to respond to any kind of feedback or requests. I find this extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. I hope that Subway's management becomes aware of this situation and takes appropriate measures to improve the customer experience and working atmosphere.

I'm not sure what kind of inferiority complex the team leader or store manager might have, but because of his presence, I won't be entering this store again for now. It's important to me that a store provides a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and it seems that the presence of this particular executive counteracts that. I hope that the situation will improve in the future.

Has been in subw until now. Solothurn always has very friendly service... and I recommend that everyone who works there continue to do so. You don't want to see me when I'm no longer friendly, believe me!!!

My friend and I went to Subway Solothurn for lunch today. First of all, the service was very courteous. My friend ordered a menu and was able to get a discount by showing his student ID. He went to get something to drink and found that only ice tea was available. But even then only water came! He asked if he could have a drink from the fridge. He was then attacked for no reason, saying that it was his own fault and that he shouldn't ask for more since his menu already cost less. What an impudence you have to listen to as an adult from the “branch manager”. We now avoid the Subway Solothurn.

I was first served today May 11, 2023 at 12:20 p.m. by a nice man and a nice woman and received my sub perfectly. However, the drinks machine didn't work, not a single one of the soft drinks worked. When I went to (in my opinion) the team boss or branch manager, he was extremely disrespectful and when I asked him whether I could have a bottle instead of my PAID cup, he replied, "No, it's my fault, paid is paid and I shouldn't be so annoying and just eat " (this in an extremely cheeky and disrespectful way)!! For me it's an absolute no-go and a reason not to recommend or visit this subway... a shame because otherwise I was mostly satisfied!

It's not understandable that if you want a sandwich without meat or meat substitutes, but only with cheese, with raclette cheese, you have to pay an extra surcharge! Incomprehensible! And then only 2 small, 1mm thin slices are placed there. impudence. The staff could also be friendlier.

Very friendly service, I was in a subway for the first time today and my first impression is very positive. Food was still warm after 15 minutes, not like other fast food chains.

I love Subway. I can say in other way, i adore Subway. I can even not understand how can people besides Subway , to sit amd eat in McDonald's, for me McDonald's is only artificial food, and Subway is way too natural and you can choose by yourself the type of bread and everything that goes inside, everything fresh. But that is only my opinion.

Great service when I popped in quick for lunch this week. Super fast and friendly. The bread tastes far fresher than Subway in the UK, so worth a try for sure!

The service at this subway is very friendly. I rarely eat fast food, but I find Subway healthier than all the other fast food places. The bread is without a doubt much better than in the States. The next time I visit Solothurn again, I will definitely eat there again. Thank you!

I was a regular Subway customer no cap. There at least once every week. Very unfriendly and the prices suddenly became higher. The customer is no longer the king. Since Ralph left, the quality has dropped very low. Very unfriendly staff. If you ask something politely you will be insulted. The potato bites are very bad and not even seasoned. The sandwich was slow and poorly prepared. I definitely won't be eating here again in the near future. #bringbackRalph

Doesn't Subway have to be basically identical worldwide? I never wait as long as I do in this branch. Things should move along a bit quickly, especially at the train station. During rush hour there is often only one person behind the counter. In my Italian BMT I have different amounts of meat in the bread every time. Isn't there a clear requirement? You could also clean the coffee machine. Yesterday I emptied the collection container and the coffee grounds for you =) It's a shame... that's why only 2 stars.

Prices too high, 9 francs for a small sandwich is not possible.

Despite being open until 7:30 p.m. according to the website and store notice, it is already closed at 7:05 p.m. It doesn't work if you're happy.

Das Teriyaki Sandwich mit honey oat brot war hervorragend. Sehr freundliches Personal und trotz der momentanen Situation (2020, Covid-19) und der Maskenpflicht beim Bestellvorgang, lief alles super. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Subway Solothurn.

Praktischer Standort, guter gesunder Fast-Food

Sollte wohl mal eine neue Führung her. Alle paar Monate sind neue Mitarbeiter da. Seit ein paar Monaten extrem schlecht. Man fühlt sich nicht mehr Willkommen...

Nicht mehr was es mal war. Unfreundliche Bedienung der beiden Angestellten. Wir hässig per Du angesprochen. Mitarbeiterin hat Kopftuch an und holt sich bei McDonalds neben an essen und unterhaltet via Smartphone auf Arabisch den ganzen Laden. Unverschämt und eine Frechheit sowas!

Das Essen was sehr deliziös, sehr nach meinem Geschmack, frisch und gut. Das kann man jedoch nicht zur Bedienung sagen, die wahren sehr unfreundlich und frech. Mein Kollege war das 1.mal im Subway und wusste nicht wie bestellen und wurde für dies angemotz obwohl es nicht viele Menschen im Laden hatte. pure Frechheit. Man merkte sehr gut das er keine Lust auf das ganze hatte. Alles in einem kann man Sagen: Das Essen Top, die Angestellten Flop.

Beim bedienen wirkt das Personal ungeschult, raucht vor dem Eingang und ist lieber am am Chatten auf dem Natel als sich auf die lange Warteschlange zu konzentrieren. Wirkt eher wie eine Hobby Imbissbude. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Personal raucht beim Eingang. Man wartet drin bis fertig geraucht wurde & beim bedienen wird neben bei telefoniert? Leute, ihr braucht wohl den Kunden nicht! Besser die Türe neben an benutzen, dort fühlt man sich noch Willkommen.

Sandwiches top... Vis a vis Mc Donalds war geschlossen, sehr lange wartezeit durch überlastung. 2fr für wc benutzung auch als Kunde empfinde ich als frechheit... Dieser SubWay meide ich in Zukunft. War mehrfach an anderen Orten, immer Zufrieden, aber Solothurn war eine schwache Leistung

Das Sandwich bei Subway ist immer frisch und lecker. Die Bedienung in diesem Geschäft ist immer freundlich und speditiv. Leider hat das Ganze seinen Preis, deshalb gehe ich nur ab und zu hier hin.

Schrecklicher Sevirce! Nur zu empfehlen wenn man seeehr viel Zeit hat. Die benötigen nun 5-10 Minuten pro Sandwich. Zwei Kunden waren vor mir - 20 Minuten gewartet... Dies ist nun das dritte Mal nacheinander wo ich schlichtweg hungrig nach Hause ging weil mir die Zeit davon gelaufen ist. Einerseits haben sie nur noch eine Person beim Sandwich machen, des Weiteren sind die neuen Mitarbeiter heftig langsam. Die Schlange an Kunden kann riesig sein - doch die klauben immer noch gaaaaaaanz langsam eine Zutat nach der anderen drauf. Klar, 20 Sekunden pro Salamischeibe.... DANKE! Einfach nur schade. Ich mag das Essen und die Mitarbeiter die seit Jahren dabei sind sind immer noch top und schnell. Trotzdem reichts mir jetzt. Nicht das Subway das kratzt - aber minus ein Kunde

Die mitarbeiter sitzen ständig vor dem eingang rum, rauchen und machen sich über leute lustig, die vorbei gehen. Eine mitarbeiterin hat auch schon kunden angeschriehen und sie beleidigt. Darüber wurde hier auch svhon berichtet, nur fehlt diese kommentar zufälligerweise 😉

Nichts spezielles zu berichten, aber das bedeutet in diesem Fall nur Gutes. Alles lecker, frisch zubereitet und auf dem gewohnt guten, hohen Subway Niveau. Sehr gute Lage und schön, dass man im Sommer draussen sitzen kann. Das Mobiliar allerdings (zumindest das für den Aussenbereich) könnte ein wenig gefälliger, einladender und wertiger sein. Dann würden in der warmen Jahreszeit sicher auch mehr Gäste angelockt.

Top! Super Sandwiches und weil wir ein wenig warten mussten (haben wir gar nicht so empfunden), gabs auch noch Rabatt! Mega!

Viel besser als vorher 👍 und viel freundlicher Teamgeist😊. Jetzt macht es wieder freude dort was zu Essen. Das Essen schmeckt wieder, aber die Location muss und sollte aufgepimpt werden.

This subway delivered. Chasing meetings all day long on a tight schedule. I'm arriving on the train plattform, there are 5mins left till train departure. No kebab in sight but a clean and big subway. I rush in, "can we do it in 4mins" , lady picks up my order and says "let's go for it". We go through the drill (pulled pork footlong with Swiss, if u want to know). No handover, she does the the whole sandwich herself in express mode. Bleep-paid. I'm out in 2mins! Getting on the train with time to spare. Amazing!

Aus meiner sicht der schlechteste subway in der region.. zum Teil läuft hier wirklich viel, aber hat trotzdem nur 1 bis 2 angestellte vor ort, was die wartezeit zum teil unmöglich macht.

Essen wie immer sehr fein aber die angestellten sind eher frech.

Der amerikanische Sandwich-Zubereiter Subway hat eine Filiale direkt beim Hauptbahnhof Solothurn. Da ich nur 15 Minuten Zeit, aber Hunger hatte, kaufte ich mir ein Sandwich mit wirklich genügend Fleisch und ein Getränk. Alles in allem: Gut! (Das Wort GUT fehlt hier leider).

Der Laden gehört meiner Schwester.

Die Frau mit langen dunklen Haaren, spricht Hochdeutsch war extrem frech und arrogant zu gleich. Hygiene sehr sehr schlecht, hatte ein Haar in meinem Sandwich! Geht gar nicht , überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen, nur zum abraten. Da hat Mc Donalds ja noch freundlicheres Personal! Überhaupt keine Motivation zur Arbeit und lässt einem extrem lange warten, bis Sie dann bedient!
