Subway in Winterthur

Should be open at 10am on Sunday but still closed. Person in store says it doesn't open until 11:00. It would be an advantage if the opening times were correct👌

I have never eaten so badly in my life .. Bread and almost rotten ingredients, French fries seem to have been cooked in the microwave ..

Very good food, as you would expect from Subway. The service from the one small Indian employee was terrible, I definitely won't come back. In addition, the employee charged me more than what was on the menu, FREEDOM!

Very nice atmosphere, Justin, Senna, Nathan very friendly and passionate employees. However, I had an unpleasant encounter with an employee named: avtar. Please take this to heart. LG

Senna was able to serve me easily and friendly, but before that Avatar served me and I talked to him normally, he replied cheekily: "Airpod out when I talk to you"

When they asked for less sauce, they put the full load on it. Staff very unfriendly, teach you to just throw sauces around the area. Disastrous store. We will never visit the subway in Volketswil again because the employees are great

Best subway in Switzerland. You get lots of vouchers and the staff are very friendly. Senna in particular is very talkative. Every time I'm in Winterthur I go here.

Disposable gloves are to be used once! Do not smoke or prepare food. You can taste it!

Today June 10th, 2023 10:20 AM... 0 effort given to the woman. Clearly not interested in her job. I say onions and she puts a HUGE HAMPFEL on it and she flooded the sandwich with hot sauce... usually always happy but this employee is a disaster

Sup was completely over salted and had way too much pepper on it, the employees didn't even know what the sub of the day was.

Warmly welcoming service from Senna every time. Addresses each individual need in detail. We always like to come back, especially when Senna is there.

Great staff, especially lovely Senna, who always has a smile on her face and always knows in advance what I want to eat. One reason why I only visit you.

We found ourselves eating at the subway on Oberbriggerstrasse. In addition to the delicious sandwiches and salads, the employees, Mario and Amin, were very nice and welcoming.

Unfortunately I couldn't even give one star due to the lack of food, I was there at 10:30 (Töss), it would be open until 10 a.m. - the counter was still full - I waited for over 10 minutes without anyone even showing up (phone rang the bell 3 times during that time), went hungry again. Very unfortunate.

A subway like there are many. There isn't much going on here in the evening. That's why the staff is friendly and relaxed - the tables in the restaurant are always clean. The service is friendly and quick 👍 There are plenty of parking spaces directly from the store 👍

Actually 5 stars, but I'm only giving one star so that the store manager will read this review. UberEats orders, especially wraps, are delivered without salad and sauce. UberEats does not send the ingredient information, which is why the employee thinks that the person ordering does not want a sauce/salad. But that is wrong. The store manager must instruct his employees that the wraps and also subs for UberEats orders are prepared according to standard company specifications so that customers are not disappointed.

A model branch. Well-positioned staff who are always motivated and friendly. Can only be recommended :)

The food is pretty good, fresh ingredients, you can put together your sandwich as desired, and of course everything is vegetarian too. The bread is okay, could be a little crispier. The seating is a bit tight. But the Subway is a better choice for a quick meal than the two fast food burger joints on Zürcherstrasse.

Untrained staff with no knowledge of their products! The sandwich maker didn't know what Turkey & Ham was. She had to check first and then gave me 2 slices of turkey and 2 slices of ham, which wasn't very satisfactory :( The food itself was okay but not outstanding like I'm used to from Subway. Next time I will go back to the Subway at Neumarkt.

Well... nice location Came into the restaurant today at 9:45 p.m. and asked if we could still eat. The sandwich maker was on the phone and obviously annoyed... Doesn't seem to be ready yet either because she didn't know what we meant by turkey, ham and roast beef. But food was good
