Patatos were very dry since they were warmed up. Buns still cold and cheese not yet melted properly. There was almost no tuna to be found in the tuna roll. Worst subway I've ever been to. I definitely don't recommend it.

In general the store is great. It looks clean, there is good music depending on where you sit and there are comfortable seating options. The service was great, the lady was very friendly and welcoming. Also very talkative, which can brighten up a tiring day. The gentleman who worked was also very courteous and friendly. Generally a pleasant atmosphere. The food is great as always! It was pretty quick, I got what I wanted and had no complaints. Overall rating: Tasty/10 I will enjoy eating there regularly from now on.

Unfriendly and impolite employee

Good evening It clearly says open until 9 p.m. Why are you rudely sent away at 8:40 p.m. with the statement that it closes at 8:30 p.m. every day? The employee preferred to use his cell phone rather than speak to us properly. We came to the Tivoli specifically to visit Subway (as we do almost every week), but this will definitely not be the case in the future. Best regards Larissa

Poor service, unreliable, unprofessional, hostile. Wrong advice, had no motivation and only after 2 long discussions was willing to exchange our sandwich, which they had poorly prepared for us. Also, she didn't feel like doing it right away and preferred to serve other customers first and make us wait, even if it was just for 5 minutes. Really disappointing...
