I am absolutely outraged by this restaurant's policy of prohibiting delivery people from using customer-only bathrooms. This rule is not only inhumane but also discriminatory. Delivery workers deserve the same respect and access to basic amenities as any other individual. Such a policy indicates a lack of respect and empathy on the part of management, and it makes me question the values ​​of this establishment. I cannot recommend a place that lacks this level of consideration for its service partners

Worst service ever!! Ordered online after seeing delivery estimated to 30 to 50min. It came after 90min!!!! 😳 I called to ask the manager who said it wasn't his fault/problem 😳 Food is like a cheap chain restaurant. Not fresh, sealed with the date of the day. Why not put the hour of seeling if you were honest?? Wasabi and ginger in bags with 1 year expiration date?? Paid 90chf for 2 person?? Really?? Don't get fooled by the rating like I was. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Staff were very efficient, professional and friendly. The takeaway order was made ready very fast, while two cooks prepare for you in front of your eyes, making sure it's fresh. When it comes to taste of sushi, it was quite ok even if it is still far from the authentic one you find in Japan - quality (frozen and defrosted) and variety (always nothing beyond 5 or 6 types) but this is pretty much a standard expected in Europe. At least, better than the average you find in the town. One thing - soya sauce needs to be changed to kikkoman or Yamasa, please. It's not a Japanese soya sauce and it does not taste good (a bit bitter, not properly fermented, and tastes artificial salt). The sushi taste is a total of the quality of fish, how the rice is cooked, soya sauce, Wasabi, ginger and green tea attached. Bad soya sauce has a great impact to the whole taste.

Genuinely the some of the worst Sushi I have ever eaten. It all tasted old, not fresh at all and even the packaged ginger was dry and hard. I ordered online and I was prettt underwhelmed by it when I arrived. I literally couldn’t eat it. I don’t know how someone can make cucumber and avocado sushi taste bad, but they managed it. The gyozas were also awful. I wouldn’t normally want to leave bad reviews based on one experience, but honestly, I wish I had taken the negative ones more seriously before ordering. EDIT - I would like to add that I tried to contact the business via their email on their website to share the receipt from my order with them as they claim that they don’t have a record of it in their response below. I got an unreturned mail request. I think that says it all.

The take away sushi with Uber Eats was very disappointing. I ordered Rainbow Salmon and Rainbow Tuna. They sell the rolls as deluxe, but they were full of rice and vegetables. Soy sauce & ginger were also low quality.

Order placed at 7:35 p.m., the delivery man waits in front for more than an hour to finally have the order canceled at 9:20 p.m., almost 2 hours later, shameful, you shouldn't accept 100 orders if you can't make them and you shouldn't announce 30 minutes of preparation if this is not feasible

Shusi made to order, super quality fish and all that at low prices. As a bonus, they agreed to put them in my own lunch box and they are open EVERY day ;-). Sooo good!
