We have received expired merchandise. The Edamames were due on November 25th while our order was on November 26th. The merchandise looked unappetizing. Your quality control needs to be reviewed because if this happens with raw fish, it can be catastrophic. I wrote my review and despite this, no one came back to me to apologize or even make a commercial gesture. Not professional at all.

Error in home delivery of desserts (iced moshis delivered instead of moshi as selected on the site). The desserts therefore melted in the fridge and could not be eaten. When we reported this, we received a response the next day asking us to submit a photo of the melted moshis... In all cases there was a delivery error. Very poor service, passable food quality with less and less fish. The soups (rahmen) are infamous... To avoid

Disappointing sushi, very little salmon and very small. It's very expensive for what it is. The quality has changed a lot, we can even say that it has deteriorated. The sweet soy sauce that I loved and which was very thick today is like diluted with water and has no taste. Very disappointed I won't go again. I recommend sushideli in Plainpalais, it’s the best in Geneva and the quality is really exponential!!

Outraged by my delivery experience with Sushi Shop. The delivery man, not knowing French, made several errors on the amount of my order. Losing patience with the difficult communication and possible aggression, I took my order home. An hour later, the delivery man returned, knocking and ringing insistently for 20 minutes, eventually entering without invitation. Fortunately, the presence of my dog dissuaded him. I immediately contacted the manager, but no business action was taken, and his reaction over the phone was almost mocking. How can we minimize a home intrusion to this extent? Where is the professionalism? It is a scandal ! It is crucial to be careful of delivery drivers potentially hired under the table, undocumented, aggressive and who do not speak French, who can enter your home without invitation. This is all the more worrying given our situation in Switzerland. Of course, a complaint was filed. I am now traumatized and locked in my house. What seems most shocking to me in this situation is the lack of reaction from the manager and the total absence of any commercial gesture, which would be, at the very least, the least we can do after such a scandal.

Sushi is overpriced and not yummy at all with a bland a mushy consistency which is very unexpected as I have eaten in one of there branches before and it was good. However on the bright side the staff was friendly and efficient and when I complained offered to give me a refund or remake the sushi. I had no time to have it remade so I simply accepted the refund and left. Will not be returning.

The waitress asked us when we ordered if the meal was to eat in or to be taken away and we preferred the 2nd option. Unfortunately our sushi was served to us in boxes which spoiled our tasting. The fast food atmosphere is not only outdated but also harmful. We have the feeling that we have to consume quickly and leave again.

Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. I gave 4 stars, because this experience is unfortunately not constant. On my last two orders, the sushi had much less garnish and was really not pretty even though I had taken the beautiful Mori Sako box for a celebration. The delivery people are always very friendly, however my order arrived 12 minutes after the estimate. There's no problem, but I appreciate it when other restaurants call me to say they're running late.

I am not at all happy with the customer service and support. I ordered (for 18 people) on the mysushi shop direct website to be able to choose the date and time of delivery because the other “food delivery” platforms do not deliver before 11:45 a.m. I placed the order on Wednesday September 8th for delivery on Monday September 13th at 11:45am sharp, which gives them 5 days to be informed of the large order I will be placing. Giving all the information about our order, I was informed 15 minutes after the scheduled time that our order would be another 30 minutes late to be delivered, and in the end it took 1 hour after the scheduled time (delivered to 12:45 p.m.). This is not at all acceptable and we are not happy at all!! We have guests and meetings planned and this inconvenience disrupts our schedule. This error cannot happen with all the time we gave you to fulfill our order on time.

Industrial sushi, without tradition but quite good, not very varied (always the same things which come in California, maki and spring roll, the "signature" sort of hybrid which makes no sense, it's more and more fast food) Now it's angry: I received (late) a box (25.-) of salmon sashimi (I don't like it), I had ordered tuna. So far it's happening, where it goes wrong is that I go this afternoon to the shop that delivered to me, because the phone number displayed in the app. Does not work. I am received with disdain by the saleswoman who looks at me with half-closed eyes and responds with silence until I finally realize that I have to write this by e-mail. Guess: impossible to find an email! Very disappointing in addition to being industrial production, I will probably never go back there again with pleasure.

I love the food and how fast the delivery service is. I put 4 stars because the website is terrible, I always have problems to order. Today I’ve had to do it with my phone and google chrome after trying with my pc on different browsers and also on my phone using safari. There were errors when I wanted to pay and then from pc it was o lot possible to order for the next day (it was 21:20 on a Wednesday). I’ve tried to call and the phone number doesn’t work... please improve this!! The rest is really good!!

I ordered from the menu thinking it would be much better then taking one that was already boxed in the refrigerated display. I was surprised when it was delivered to my table just like this. Really low quality sushi roll. Even supermarket sushi taste better than this. Total was CHF29.40 - really not worth it. Didn’t realize it was a fast food joint. Hello everyone !! Ah the sushi. Meal more common in all countries of the world, but not all are equal. In fact, the sushi shop is not made for those looking for great Japanese gastronomy. The sushi is pre-prepared and its freshness sometimes leaves something to be desired. They (the suhis) are not bad but if you have already tasted them in more traditional places, they will leave you with an aftertaste of: "too bad I should have gone elsewhere". If you are not a gourmet this will suit you I think. The prices are "normal", the service is good and the setting is simple. Check it out to form your opinion.. now that you know mine.. I like to come here with my relatives and can rely on being served properly. I found the offer extremely appealing. The chairs are very comfortable and I find the distance between the tables extremely appropriate. There you certainly don't get the feeling of dining like sardines in a can. For my part, I think my colleague and I have long since ordered up and down the entire menu. The meal was brought extremely quickly.
