However, for the past 3 weeks, all limited editions have been "victims of their success". Same problem for sharing boxes.. Does the Yverdon shop have supply problems? I tried the takeaway sushi shop on a Friday evening. Result: 2 hours of waiting, an approximate order and a large bag of plastic waste If the quality of the Sushi is questionable, the entire take-out ordering system needs to be reviewed: - The waiting times announced on the website are false - Staff are overwhelmed by the number of orders - Deliveries are grouped, making waiting times completely random (from 30 minutes to 2 hours like yesterday) - Orders are imprecise, particularly in added items (sauces, baguettes)

I have been to the Sushi Shop in Yverdon several times and I have also ordered through the app. Every time, the same problem: waiting time. On average I waited half an hour, but last time I was with my family and we waited an hour and a half! They placed all the orders to import it before ours, even though they arrived well after. When I first complained, the waiter said they were putting on plates...30 minutes later, still not there. I was complaining again, because I don't think it takes 30 minutes to put Makis on plates, and he confessed that they hadn't started yet. At the end we had been served and, as usual, it was very good. Because of the time we waited, they gave us free Mochis. I also had a problem with the application, which does not display when the order is ready but only "in preparation". I waited 20 minutes longer than the maximum time so that in the end, when we got there they told us "ah but we never put it on the application when it's ready" and it was ready... How am I supposed to know? It still disappoints me because in itself it is very good and aesthetically well presented. You just have to organize yourself in terms of time and not place takeaway orders before those waiting to eat on site, or even do so in relation to the orders placed first... Also don't lie, as in the story of “we put it on the plate”.

Excellent. Good quality, freshness of the products. On the other hand, disappointed not to be able to pay by twint for delivery. No other payment option apart from a credit card.. It's a shame. I had to travel to collect my order and pay in cash. No delivery possible with payment at home. This is a downside. Otherwise, everything is fine.

What a bad experience! The worst Sushi Shop in the chain. Obviously, we are offered 2 kinds of Ramens. Of course, the one we choose is not available. Why wasn't this indicated? We waited 30 minutes for our Ramens which were not good at all: tasteless instant broth (we saw the kettle), the bamboo came out of a box, the pasta had nothing Asian in it, the chicken was of Turkey and onion was so strong we couldn't eat it. For 24.90chf (more expensive than in Japanese restaurants in Lausanne!), we expected better. The waiter offered us a mochi for the wait but the damage was done. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.

Customer service can be significantly improved, a smile costs nothing, don't cut the customer off, especially the manager because the other employees are KIND and made me want to come back. I had 5 chf reduction because I am a customer and she told me for next time instead of giving me the choice to connect. She refused to give me extra sauce even though my box of sushi was large! Because you pay, I've never seen that. Not to mention his look, his antipathy.

I like the originality of the sushi offered, it's a change from the eternal maki with raw salmon or tuna cooked with avocado. On the other hand, it is extremely frustrating to see that half of the sushi offered in Yverdon are "victims of their success" to believe that people are rushing for them but I think more of laziness / ingredients not in stock or not enough cooks . You should stop offering these sushis or at least put a filter on the site to only offer those that are possible to order at the moment. There's almost nothing available apart from the classics that no one cares about. I only had the wonderful Stranger Things box once. Maybe you could put dates to know when we can have it and order it in advance? Or should you move to another city to get better service? And also a shame to offer sushi for 5chf each...who would want to pay that price for just one sushi? Nice concept but we really make fun of the Yverdonois/Swiss people.

Sushi shop Yverdon, I placed a click and collect order... On the big day, great welcome and box level everything was perfect! My hosts were happy and curious. We enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. I recommend, freshness, quality and practicality. Good value for money too!

I ordered delivery via the site, the order arrived 20 minutes late. If that was the only problem, I wouldn't have complained. However, part of the order was unmanageable, in fact some packaging cardboard was embedded in 1 gyoza and the others were all damaged. I therefore contacted SushiShop via the contact form to report these problems but there has been no response for over a week. I find this unacceptable. The minimum would be to respond to customers or even make a commercial gesture...

My friends and I thought we were in a hidden camera because the service was such a sketch... we arrived and only had one person in front of us. We waited 25 minutes for the employee to serve us! When she finished with the previous customer, she didn't even look at us and started cleaning. Then, she wanted to take our order but answered several phone calls, making the wait even longer. When we gave her our order, the majority of what we wanted wasn't served that day and she had to ask the cook what was on the menu today. Even the cook looked exasperated! I can't tell you my opinion on the taste of the food because we left while we were giving our order, while she was on the phone again. To flee!

Really disappointed with the experience in your establishment, I placed an order through click and collect and after 30 minutes of waiting, they called me to tell me that the chef had left and therefore I would not have my order . I expected at least a commercial gesture. Plus it was late and most restaurants were closed so I couldn't eat anything good that evening. Very disappointed.

For my first visit, the seller charged me the price of a lunch menu, I just wanted a simple box at 19.90.-. He tells me that I have the right to a side dish of rice with it. The seller doesn't tell me that I also have the right to a dessert and a drink! I find it very expensive 7.- for a portion of tasteless rice. I felt like I had been tricked! I never said I wanted a menu. Very impressed by this first experience, a month which made me happy to finally have a sushi restaurant in my city! The sushi is good, but I have had better ones, it lacks a bit of taste and flavor!

I've been coming to eat at your place for a few months now and the story repeats itself over and over again. The food itself was good but the service leaves something to be desired. I was served by a saleswoman who I am used to being served by and who is pleasant to me but that evening, I was greeted by what seems to be the manager of the shop and that left something to be desired. I encountered an unfriendly person who didn't even bother to say good evening to me. Now I know who to serve me next time.

I order a Sunday box for more than 50 francs and as the sauces are limited I order 5 sauces in total to eat 44 pieces with additional costs. In the end I only get 2 sauces in total!!! Also, I know it's hot but some of the sushi tasted suspect.

Really not recommended. Shrimp tempura sushi defrosted and all pouty, California rolls quite small for the price. Plus, we were gone 10 minutes when our 9 year old had to pee. When he returned to the restaurant they told him 'these are not public toilets', after having paid 89.- CHF. A shame!

Good sushi but this is the 3rd time we have ordered and the delay times are indecent...20 minutes late the first time, then 17 minutes and finally as I write this comment they are 40 minutes away. late and I'm still waiting... I will try 2 more tries soon, if not successful I will not order here again. However, I salute the commercial spirit of the person who served me; discount on a future order, she apologized and gave a small package of makis.

The food is good BUT always oversights on their part, today for two poke bowls no baguette... no sauce... we were given two large bowls even though we asked for normal size... It is a pretty charming place where you can learn and play and have fun with your family and friends. Near the canal, you have small boats and terraces on sunny, warm summer days. Very enjoyable. 🤗💙

So yes, the products are good and the service friendly. But when you order two macchiattos and two caracs, for 18.-, I find it unacceptable to dare to charge 20 cents for a glass of water. So they explained to me that it was for service. When I offered to help myself to the toilet I was refused. A real joke. Seriously, this is shameful and one of a kind. Too bad, because I like to support local artisans, but...

Terrible burger quality. Dry and bad meat. No wine available that we wanted. No nachos in my burger even though I wasn't warned. Dry children's sausages. Too bad, because we had good memories of this restaurant. But that has clearly changed.
