I would have liked to give more stars... (-) An absolute NO GO for me is unequal treatment, which is reported here: Apparently guests who appear foreign are treated badly. As a Swiss citizen, I do not tolerate such discrimination - these are fellow residents in our country! Like everyone else, they have respect, appreciation and impeccable services too good for their money! Racism is not only shameful for us fellow Swiss, it is also against the law. (+) the location is a dream so beautiful (+) you can go swimming directly in the lake... (+) the fries are tasty (although unevenly seasoned) (+) Burger big and tasty, but nothing special (-) Had to wait 30' during normal operation (2x hamburger, 1x crispy, 1x fries) (-) Knsuperli way too much oil left on it

Actually a nice place. Just didn't really feel welcome there... and some fresh salads instead of just greasy things would be great!

it's interesting to read the reviews. The ones with Swiss names are happy and anyone with a foreign name isn't. It's very clear what their problem is, but I prefer not to post it publicly. DISGUSTING!

Rude and unprofessional! A bunch of cranky locals with zero manners and total absence of politeness

Nice snack with a beautiful view. The selection and prices are quite decent for the location. The staff is very friendly even when there is a lot of crowd. If there are many people, a longer waiting time must be expected. But that's easy to bear given the view

Very impolite and aggressive! They don't seem to have any limits in showing their hostility towards non-Swiss. The overweight man with a mustache who's probably the owner was looking at me in a very provocative way like I'm an alien. I said hello, he didn't answer and kept looking. I asked him if I can take a chair because we needed an extra seat, he kept starring and didn't respond. When I moved the chair slowly, as I didn't see a reaction, he screamed as if I took his wallet and started running. I honestly think that these people need therapy! After checking the other reviews, I realized that it's not only me. They're unfriendly, uncivil, disrespectful and rude.

The quality is normal, neither more nor less than what is expected of this type of kiosks. The waiting time is quite long but that's not the real problem: it's the service and the "politeness" I would say. They are very hostile, borderline aggressive with their gaze and their tone. I wonder how they can be so jaded in this place that looks like a corner of paradise. They speak no word of English or French, only Swiss German, although there are many tourists. The worst thing is that they get annoyed when you make a mistake in German! The boss is eternally angry and slams the plates as if he were serving prisoners. Ladies behave the same way. I think they are too comfortable and do what they want because they know that people will need to eat or drink during the day and there is nothing else around. Damage ! They are capable of ruining a very beautiful day when it would be enough for them to do their job normally, even without smiling since it seems impossible for them, just apply the basics of respect for the customer. Horrible !

Don't order coffee, they do it very badly. Terrible service. I wanted to order an espresso machiata and they served me only milk.

Very long waiting time for the food. Food is ok

Considering it's a beach snack bar, the pizza was pretty tasty and the crust was excellent.

Veal bratwurst was very tasty, although without cutlery in a paper bag, with bread wrapped in a napkin, but that was ok :)

The host couple is very friendly and accommodating. A beautiful setting with everything you need in terms of drinks and snacks!

The boss started mowing the lawn with a petrol lawnmower when the terrace was full. We asked you to take a break of at least 15 minutes, because it is not possible to talk. He wasn't willing to. Everyone left there. But the view is beautiful.
