Very tasty classic food (onion soup) meets new ideas (veal ragout refined with Belper Knolle) and is served by a very attentive and friendly and warm service team. A perfect combination - nothing more needs to be said. All of this prepared and served in a cozy atmosphere and in a reasonable time. As is often the case in Switzerland, it's not cheap but worth every franc.

A restaurant with great charm and, in addition to the excellent cuisine, also hospitable service. The wine selection is very good. The menu offers something for all tastes. I think the atmosphere is absolutely perfect. I will definitely go there again as it is also easily accessible.

Everything is fine, top service!

When you enter the restaurant you first think that it is a bit dark, but then you quickly feel "homely" and in good hands thanks to the very friendly and cheerful service staff. Dogs are supplied with fresh water without saying a word and this is always “secretly” replenished. 😉 The food, simply wonderful 🥰 one course follows the other, or one culinary delight after the other - definitely recommended!!! The best proof will probably be that we were among the first guests in the evening and the last to leave... 😉

Yesterday we were able to enjoy our wedding anniversary and birthday at Süss-Winkel. Food top, service, exceptional. We were really pampered in a very quiet (despite the fact that the garden was full) beautiful atmosphere. For us, Süss Winkel is certainly one of the best establishments in Chur. Everything is really right, you can tell how motivated the whole crew is working there. We would love to come back. Price and performance are simply TOP! Thanks to you for the very nice evening. My wife and I had a great experience at Süsswinkel Brasserie. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and wine. The food was incredible, especially the Beef Tartar ( Rindstatar). The best I ever had. I highly recommend this place. If you are in Chur, the Süsswinkel is the place to go.

What an amazing experience. Me and my girlfriend had a really good lunch. We were served by the manager (Marcel) who was taking very careful of every details, we let us recommend by him with the wine and he had a perfect choice of them. To eat we try the recommendation of the chef, that was the season wild meat, it was perfectly cooked. Totally recommend this place!

Pretty restaurant in Chur's old town, with very warm hosts! Very good home-style cuisine.

Try this unique kitchen, there is usually something on the menu for everyone. It wasn't just the friendly staff that was an absolute hit during our visit, but also the unique atmosphere. The chairs are extremely comfortable and I find the distance between the seats very appropriate. There you certainly don't get the feeling of dining like sardines in a can. We are absolutely positively surprised. We will definitely come back.

Deer entrecote with apple, pear, grapes, chestnut spaetzle with a fine homemade sauce is awesome. Fits the Eastern Swiss atmosphere. The entrecote is as tender as butter (saignante). They are from Thurgau but will definitely come back. The chef was stressed and although it was already closed, he was still very friendly, as was the service!!! 👌

Abundant and tasty dishes. The final bill is good for being in Switzerland. Kind and friendly owner. He also spoke a good amount of Italian which allowed us to understand each other and choose better. Nice place.
