Very fine bakery. Friendly service .

Very nice and systematic sales staff. Always in a good mood. I always enjoy coming here to drink coffee and chat. And very beautiful Christmas decorations decorated with love. Absolutely my favorite bakery ❤️🌹❤️

The chocolate rolls, Weggli, croissants and other baked goods are excellent as at all Sutter bakeries. Only the staff is a lot less friendly than in the other bakeries.

I stopped there to have a hot chocolate and a ball of Berlin, I was not disappointed. Nice setting, well received and quality products. No complaints

Our favorite bread, the Pane Maggia made from spelled flour, is only available here. One of the best bakery shops in the region.

Quality of the goods is perfect BUT at lunchtime there is only one (not exactly friendly) employee who serves, cashes and prepares drinks...sorry the waiting time is really annoying

Unfortunately, you are treated very rudely and rudely here. You consume coffee and cake here, tip generously and they don't even let you use the toilet. It's a shame that employees here make fun of you and point you to a public toilet at the tram stop. Just a huge impudence.

Hello! I always enjoyed going to the Sutter chain cafe, but this time I was very disappointed... My friend and I each took a cup of coffee and croissants. The croissants looked very appetizing, but when they were cold and already slightly dried out, they didn’t taste very good. For some reason, when we were about to sit down, they turned on very loud music in the cafe and turned down the volume when we went to a table outside. A cafe worker came out several times, urgently cleaning up something, showing us that we needed to hurry up. The time was 17.40 But it was very unpleasant when she gestured to her colleagues inside the cafe like: “They (that is, we) are sitting and chatting”... With this attitude, even delicious coffee with a compliment from the cafe does not add to the desire to come here ever again... It is this cafe, unfortunately...

Great selection. Great staff. Everything is fresh (especially the salads) Gladly again and again....

It's a shame that Sutter used the pandemic to stop publishing the Basler Zeitung in its branches. A pity! Fortunately, there are still cafes with a different doctrine.

You are vaccinated twice and are not allowed to enter the store because you forgot your mask. The offer: buy a mask or stay outside! It could have been said more kindly. It's a shame, it was the last time I was there.

I bought a butter plait, super crispy and lasts a few days. I have bought various butter braids from different bakeries and this is one of the best. Very friendly service in the shop. thumbs up

Actually a good place, but self-service outside because of Corona. Not ideal for older people. Price remains the same.

Disasters beck can't reserve bread sell old bread and sandwich for me the beck died and still cheeky answers how are you sure you bought it from this bakery//ordered as if I was 80 and have Altsheimer think at 29 I already know where I am I buy and order my things and I wish Sutter Beck a lot of success

Sunday is also open. So we often quickly get a coffee in the morning on the way to go somewhere. But at lunch, there is almost no bread left...so should get them in the early morning.
