They have several lounges in different terminals in the Zurich airport. A really nice place with food, beverages, and comfortable seats, there are rooms to sleep and rooms to work. It would be really reasonable to get in if you need to wait for some hours for the next flight.

Relaxed lounge (with more than enough seating) with a very good selection of cold and warm dishes. The staff is very friendly and the Whiskey Lounge is particularly noteworthy with a very extensive selection of whiskeys from all over the world.

Enjoyed my time while waiting for my layover flight. They had an outdoor section as well where you could sit down with your beverages or food and enjoy the scenery of planes and watch them take off. Got some vlog editing done as well while enjoying some salmon pizza and macchiatos. Also a very nice rest area with lay back chairs with majestic views ✨

Their coffee machine is the best! Machine gives you a creamy ice latte like made by a human. Decent food and even an ice cream. Rather crowded but definitely one of the nicer business lounges.

Extremely rude and inconsiderate people in the front desk . Also very discriminating. We had business lounge access for one and the other person traveling with me is even premium class on swiss airlines . One asian looking lady handled us and she mentioned we have to pay for one person as she is not on the same flight . So we gave the credit card to pay and the german lady next to authoritatively shut her down by over riding we should now allow the person to pay as the lounge will get full . Thats so rude and inconsiderate. She also had a hatred look on her face like she does to like minorities. Sad she is bossing around other minority agents with her and it looks so bad .

Love this lounge. The terrace is so beautiful and it’s just perfect to watch the planes land and start. The food is also really tasty and I appreciate the unlimited champagne! :)

I visited à lot of lounge, but this is one of the best ! You even have a whisky club, and can sip your dram on the terrace :) Bravo Swiss Airlines !

Comfortable lounge at E gates. Good healthy selection of breakfast options, extra points for a coffee machine that offers a chai latte! Also nice snacks for young kids, bananas, goldfish savoury snacks. Wide beverage selection.

The lounge has the best facilities and offers great food. However, the front desk staff who was checking our access was inpatient with our questions, treating us very rudely. It’s a shame that her unprofessional service does not match the rest of the lounge experience.

Plenty of drink and snack options. Limited options for breakfast whilst we were there and only one person on the egg station which caused delays however the staff member did her best. The lounge lacks character but is very clean and the facilities excellent Unfortunately the day we were there the outside area was closed but would imagine it to be a fantastic experience when it is open.

I consider this one of the best lounges in the whole network - there is front cooking and always 3 fresh dishes to choose from along with a good selection of spirits. Make sure to visit the outside terrace if it's open - again unique and only comparable to HAM. Views to runway and apron.

Great lounge design, plenty of seating with a silent / quiet area. Plenty of drinking options and food ( depending on the hour can be somewhat limited option). Plenty of vegetarian / vegan options and the views are great ! Very relaxing . Also great spaces to work. Wi-Fi is fast and stable.

Great Lounge. Love the Whiskey Bar, and the terrace. Not sure which is better?!? Maybe both at the same time. :) I arrived early (7am): I enjoyed a shower with a 15 minute wait. A lovely poached egg dish was made to order for me. The whiskey bar, while not having a bartender present, was available on request. There is a huge selection of whiskey, all complimentary. Most of the bottles have retail prices between 30-70CHF, but I did not bother to check them all. There is a relaxation area, where you can nearly lay flat in reclining loungers. The terrace opened later in the morning, 8 or 9 AM. Lunch service began at 11, and was quite tasty as well. Today I enjoyed Deer meat, with mushrooms, gravy, dumplings and red cabbage. I will definitely plan to fly through ZRH again, just to enjoy this lounge.

Very good lounge at E-Gates. Good food and fantastic whiskey bar. Outdoor terrace with views of both the runway and aircraft parking on the streets. I think the best business lounge in Europe. Please note that the lounge is located in non-Schengen and passport control is necessary, allowing 15 minutes to get back to Schengen.

I was in the lounge in Terminal E. Great location overlooking the airport. Staff at reception very friendly and accommodating. Compared to my previous visits (before Corona), the culinary offerings suffered. It's still good, but you can already see that the red pencil has raged. For example, instead of Hendricks there is only Gordon's Gin. In my opinion it would be ok for the Business Lounge, but not for the Senator Lounge, hence a good four points (would give 4 1/2 points if that were possible, but it's definitely not enough for 5 points, hence 4 points).

This SWISS Senator lounge is large with lots of space to hang around. It has a very nice design in my opinion, sometimes wooden and kind of unpretentious, but in a positive way. I visited this lounge on a weekday morning and to be honest I was disappointed with their food choices. They had basics like scrambled eggs (out of a huge container), cheese, bread and yogurt only. Drinks were good. Staff was professional and friendly. As I had to proceed to the gate they had already lunch food at the buffet, which looked much more delicious than the breakfast. There’s also a terrace, but it was closed.

The terrace and whiskey bar alone are some of the best in Europe

Super unfriendly I ask to use my United lounge pass that works with parter airlines PARTER AIRLINES Swiss is a partner airline with United (we speaking German) I don’t think Swiss dose a good job to review there staff that they can read English Really disappointed service (I fell like the response that I am going to get is AI generated I know this because it’s translated in all languages and better than google translate.) Horrible Service event with my grandfather being a SWISS senator. Unacceptable service did not get in either with a Senator Pass.

The whole lounge is very comfortable and quiet. There is an area where you can rest, areas to have a bite or coffee. The whole lounge is in a very good condition. There is also a veranda where you can go out

Awesome lounge with an outdoor patio for plane spotting and binoculars included. Food inside is fantastic although there’s no high quality sit down dining. Movenpick ice cream was fantastic and the best coffee machines that had a massive selection including iced drinks. Ice cream for breakfast paired with a decaf iced latte was amazing. Plenty of seating, not crowded at all.

More or less the same as SEN Lounge Schengen A expected the Whisky bar but here is NO smoking area inside available so I just give 1 star because it's useless lounge for me! 😭😭😭

Probably the best business lounge I have visited in Europe. Nice food, nice drinks and friendly staff. And the fact that you can actually enjoy your drinks outside while watching planes take off and land is very rare in airports.

The lounge was almost empty (15.06.2022) The food selection was poor, didn't want to go for meatballs and don't consider dry gnocchi sth you really want to. Salad bar was OK, tomatoes were good, cucumber fresh, lettuce had already suffered and carrots were drowning in Mayonnaise. I understand everyone needs to save money... But wit raising ticket prices.. Question yourself Lufthansa group

Very comfortable and quiet when we visited. Areas for work and rest, all quite new, parts smell of wood. Quite nice. Not many hot food options today, perhaps because it was a slow day.

Probably one of the best lounges (definitely Lufthansa / Swiss lounges) in the world. Huge open terrace, great food and selection of drinks, coffee and much more. Favourite part has to be the space in the lounge and the different sections you can explore / work in / rest. Awesome spot for a short and long connection.

Lounge on Terminal E one level higher than departure gates. Good drink selection but food quite limited. Nice terrace. For me negative point is that the desk staff has no access to booking system so forget to have the chance here to check for better seats, buying upgrades etc.

2/3 of the SEN / Biz lounge is closed, the rest is far too crowded. Eating at the absolute minimum. Fmug status screens do not work (there was a power outage days ago, will not be repaired)

What is the point serving at limited time? I have flight at 7pm but the lounge closed at 4pm due to covid. Does the virus works part time?

I love this lounge! Its great so manu space and so many differents areas that you can spend you time between flights, you have working, quiet, sleeping, sofas, eating etc and an all time chef that makes you fresh food. Great great lounge!

The lounge is nice and spacious and there are nice seating areas. Fun fact: I asked a friendly employee about the washroom. The result was that I was directed to the shower room. On the way back - when it was almost too late - I asked the same man again where I could pee. And he beamed: oh, you're looking for the toilet?! 😂 Conclusion: if you have to go to the toilet, don't ask politely about the washroom, just say it straight, then you'll get there faster. I just managed it. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It's in the far corner. But after all the walking there was only a short time left and the tomato soup tasted very tasty.

What a great lounge! Big fan of the design and layout, with the natural wood finishes and the amazing outdoor terrace! Plenty of places to relax and staff service was good. Great food selection with egg stand available during breakfast times which is definitely a step up to the equivalent Senator lounges that I’ve been too in Germany.

The senior lady at front desk of Zurich Swiss Senator Lounge at 08.02.2020 was rude, unfriendly and seems lack of training when welcoming a Gold Star Alliance member flying with another Star Alliance airline. My status is written on boarding pass, and yet I still have to present my Star Alliance Gold member. I showed ny digital Gold Krisflyer, and it looks that she see it as if she never seen a digital card in her life, and called it a voucher. Dang!!! The lounge itself is fabulous!!

the senator lounge itself is actually very nice... good viarity and quality of food and drinks. However, I'm afraid I need to echo other reviews, the receptionist was very rude. this is not a nice welcome when you fly business, hold senator status (which is even visible on the ticket) and this young guy isn't getting it and asking for other traveller cards even though the actual senator card was presented to him. It's not that he's checking, but how unfriendly he's talking to a customer.

It's a shame there is no elevator to the actual level, people with disabilities have to stay downstairs. Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing; it wasn't a low-carb dish; there were even raisins hidden in the coleslaw. All food consists of flour, rice or pasta. Coffee from the fully automatic machine is also rather mediocre. The ambience and furniture are nice and it is quiet on Friday evenings. Certainly better than no lounge, but then it's better to eat outside and only use the WiFi for a short time.

Lots of space, clean, tidy with a good view of the runway. Some dishes are freshly prepared, delicious soups. A good selection of cakes and coffee. The toilets are very nice, modern and above all clean. Sockets for charging at the seats. There is also a relaxation area.

Reception really very bad and unfriendly. I was with my 2 kids and they were letting bring in one one based on policy.. At the end I had to ask a stranger to bring in as their guest the 2nd child...they should learn better the wold flexibility... Food in the lounge was good but the space despite the renovation is small and very busy (not easy to find a space to sit)

An absolute disgrace for SWISS. Reasons: 1. Live cooking is advertised. Reality: no German, let alone Swiss German-speaking staff warming up canned food. Additionally unfriendly, they simply address you as “take you out of there” and point to the warming bowls. 2. Wine selection ridiculous... Absolutely bad products, anyone can check the wines with the Vivino app, most of them cost around €2 per bottle. Ridiculous for a senator's lounge. 3. You notice that savings are being made everywhere. There are rolls of toilet paper lying around on the floor of the toilets and it smells strange. 4. Staff don't walk around and, for example, clean. Leftover food and dirty dishes are everywhere. The image of elegance is intended to be conveyed here, but the reality is different. In my opinion, senator status is no longer desirable because of lounge access. In the future I will fly with other airlines.

Opening times should be adjusted. 5:00 instead of 5:30 would be very helpful for many travelers!

Friendly staff, good selection of drinks, make sure you opt for the freshly prepared meals. The working area has nice sidewalled lounge chairs with runway views. In good weather the terrasse is lovely if you can tolerate the jet engine noise.

This lounge is a jewel inside Zurich airport, with lots of seats and a stunning view over the runways. Let me also spend a word to the people working there, always present and tidying up regularly, and especially Gennaro, the cook master. He is a genuine good guy that can give the best advice on the daily food offer. The live cooking is such a plus! Hope to be back soon!

Spacious and relaxing, with very local and thoughtful decor. Naturally plenty of food and drinks, including regular dishes. The view of the landing/take off strip is a highlight, and the whisky lounge is a real gem!
