Worst Fondue we have ever eaten very thick less Cheese more starch sorry to say not good.

They have awesome coffee ice cream. It contains a lot of coffee, not much sugar, and only costs 3 CHF.

Very friendly, personal brunch. Loved the Rösti and the cakes.

While cycling once a week around Lake Zurich, from Seebach and back with my old Swiss military bike from 1935, I discovered a brilliant pit stop for great food and drink: Sylvia's Bäsebeiz. The first thing you lose when you go on a weight loss diet is your good mood. “Gert Froebe.” That's why I ride an old military bike, it strengthens your willpower and endurance and makes you resistant to stress. Bread and water satisfy everyone's hunger, but our culture has invented the expensive restaurants - it smells more of expenses than of food, but not at Sylvia's Bäsebeiz, where love sets the table and the food tastes best, according to the kitchen motto: Sylvia's Bäsebeiz serves the best from the simplest, the prices are also low and easy on the wallet - everyone can afford it. But while eating and drinking at Sylvia's Bäsebeiz the soul rejoices and the mind and heart say, I don't come without asking, you are what you eat, that's why the poem ends. Fresh scrambled eggs, cheese and meat platters, cheese in one piece, home-baked bread and rolls, home-made jams, cakes, rösti, fantastic Birchermüesli and much more: everything made and served with heart. We enjoyed a wonderful birthday breakfast here with a large family group and will definitely be back soon. It's also great to be able to shop in the small farm shop after feasting.

Great brunch made in-house. Very fine Rösti. It was awesome.

Here you are welcome as a guest and will be well fed by Sylvia. The brunch is very tasty and there is more than enough. Almost everything is made in-house or comes from local businesses. It couldn't be more regional. I would particularly like to highlight the hospitality that we experienced every time and the homemade bratwursts with rösti. Both are unparalleled.

Farm to table place in Richterswil. Very nice and cozy place.

We were there for breakfast. 1(!) cold cuts and a single cheese to choose from. Coffee from the pot and otherwise just water and syrup or something like that. Not a single fruit. Not even orange juice. I would be ashamed if I had to offer something like that to guests at home. Had a nice memory of a school camp.

Unfortunately disappointing, the brunch was very "meager". Bread, plaited bread, rösti top. However, there was no cheese and meat selection and the coffee was bad. Sorry but I was really disappointed.

Friendly. Makes all the drinks yourself. Here a cola junkie like me drinks something different. Delicious!
