Well received, spacious, smiling and friendly staff. Had a great time. In terms of service, I think you can improve by taking orders in the order in which customers arrive (a detail in my eyes but which may offend some customers). We ate two different bacalhau and it was very good. It's worth the wait as the meals are prepared and slow-cooked to order and not frozen or prepared in advance. We were lucky enough to be received by the boss and to be able to chat with him. Really very pleasant and kind. Thanks for the little drink 😊👍 Go and find out, you won't be disappointed.

Welcome, pleasant waitress, on the other hand the cook once out of his tavern, disrespectful not even a hello, and when leaving we wish a good evening goodbye, Mr remains with his back turned without a glance and no greetings in return. Namely, we were the only customers that evening. MEAL: Baked cod, nothing like the image on the site, I call this an oil bath. I still enjoyed the wine, I won't go back.

Today, September 20, 2020, I went with a group of friends, 6 people, to dinner at this establishment where we were very embarrassed. We ordered 3 house-made cods, which came to the table with a strong, bad smell that all 6 of us could handle. When we called the server, who was very friendly, we explained the situation calmly and discreetly, stating that we could order something else. When we arrived at the kitchen we heard shouts from the cook who came directly to our table in an excited mood. He didn't let us explain, saying that in that house they didn't serve spoiled food, where none of us had ever said such a thing. We felt bad, embarrassed but rightly so and whenever he walked by our table he provoked us and shouted at us. The three of us had no appetite, it should be noted that the gentleman and the owner argued with us without masks, without the necessary distance. I was never welcomed in that way, I found it unacceptable behavior and my friend was traumatized and felt threatened. It left a bad impression, I hope they learn from their mistake and be more humble.

The dish of the day is well served and the francesinha is moderate. Instead of adding sliced ​​chorizo, I had added sausage and the sauce changed it a little because it had a very strong flavor, but I prefer to feel the spiciness. I love Fino with gooseberry but they only have grenadine which is not the same thing and gives the beer a different flavor. The restaurant itself is very spacious and beautiful.

Service WAY too slow (2 hour wait). We had to repeat our order because the waitress had lost it. The food was served cold and the rice and fries came clearly out of the microwave. We were not asked for the meat to be cooked and we were served uncooked, rare and medium-rare meat. In addition we had reserved a table by calling but the number is not even the right one... we will not come back

unacceptable service for a meal served in 2 hours (without dessert). A cold and dry meal. They lost our order so the dishes brought did not match. Rice coming out of the microwave is terribly dry and bland. The quality-price match is not worth it. We won't come back that's for sure but the coke was good; )
