Excessively expensive (chf 25.-) for a simple Taco, without drink. Unfriendly service, it's barely a nuisance

I went one evening to get takeaway tacos, after my boyfriend tasted them he ordered some straight away. Attention ! The hot sauce is spicy but the spicy hot sauce doesn't make you laugh, it's very strong. We went back one Sunday evening to eat there, it was even better. They were very kind and smiling, a really great atmosphere. I advise you to let them compose your tacos, I had some with pork in sauce (don't be afraid of getting it everywhere) and a hibiscus drink and frankly it has become one of my favorite places . I will go back often! Honestly the best tacos in Geneva

Best Mexican fast food in Geneva. Welcoming, smiling and very warm staff.

Ordered online and chose to pick it up myself. Presumably it would take 15-20 minutes. Long story short, it took 50 minutes or so. An enormous amount of tortilla chip, a sample of guacamole and a small quesadilla.

The quesadillas are very good and the ingredients are of good quality. I recommend.

Great place to eat, wonderful atmosphere, comfortable seating and delicious food. Only remark is the price to volume of the tacos, but other than that highly recommend

I have come here many times since I moved to Geneva and the staff always makes me feel so welcome. The food is delicious and makes me miss home a little less when I can have such a delicious burrito or quesadilla after a long day. Their guacamole is also 10/10! Between the delicious food and the kind workers, I will keep coming back again and again.

I ate a burrito yesterday lunchtime (October 31, 2023) with my boyfriend. This was the second time I ate there. The staff is nice. The food is average, the burrito is really thick, impossible to eat it without getting it everywhere... And what was my surprise, when at 7 p.m. I suddenly had severe stomach aches, even though I had absolutely nothing to eat after the burrito. I might as well tell you that an hour later I threw up my entire meal... Result: a serious bout of food poisoning which allowed me to spend my evening and night in the toilet 😍 what joy! Therefore, I think that hygiene needs to be reviewed in this establishment which I strongly advise against after this mishap… 😣

Came on a Friday evening after a hard day of work. What a pleasure to be welcomed by a team that puts a smile on the face of customers. And to top it all off, the food is always top notch, with a favorite for the “tinga”!

In the photo of the nachos not good at all, old and dry (14.50CHF) not to mention the tiny little dessert (5.90CHF) nutella burnt on the inside and the dough on the outside hard and bland. The guys behind the counter were lovely and were so fun to order with. The guy serving us helped us choose what to get and we followed his advice to a t and he was so correct! The food was amazing. The service was amazing. Really was crazing Mexican and it hit the spot !

Food was fine, but very overpriced (CHF 17,90) for a minimal amount of beef and undercooked rice. No explosion of flavour, that's for sure. There were three customers in front of me in an otherwise deserted restaurant, yet service was very slow and I waited nearly 15 mins. An attempt had been made at decorating the room with Mexican paraphernalia, but little effort was made to disguise the wooden benches. None of this would have mattered if the price wasn't so high - even for Switzerland, this was a very underwhelming experience for the cost, despite ordering one of the cheapest menu items.

This review is based on the tacos i ordered. I ordered the trio of tacos, beef, pork and chicken. So, to start off, the fillings for each taco was quite a lot, impossible to pick up without half of it falling out; so good sized portions. However, there was still a lot of juices from the meat and salsa, which in turn did start to make the tacos a bit soggy and when you picked it up, all the juices would run down on to your hands, making this a very messy meal. With all the mess that was being made, it was quite hard for me to get a real sense of the proper taste of the tacos. I am a little bit vain so eating a messy meal wasn't really ideal for me. Just to reiterate, this was my experience based on the tacos. If i had ordered something else, then perhaps things would have been different.

A decent Tex-Mex restaurant in Geneva, opposite the Bastion UNIGE branch. The restaurant portions are great for the prices paid! It's not cheap, but they serve decently unlike the other other so called Mexican restaurants in town. 1000x better than El Catrin. Here, you get what you pay in quality and fillings. The servers are kind and speaks English too. We order the special taco carnitas, which isn't in the menu, so asked the chef, if they had some in the back. The margarita was prepared properly, it was fresh, and it was ice cold with salted rims in a proper cocktail glass. Perfecto! Their burrito 🌯 are good and they fill to the brim, so if you eat of their burrito, you will leave satisfied. They offer even student menus, so recommend flashing your IDs and get the discounts. Their service is quite fast, so it's great for take away. Best to buy the menus and enjoy it at the Bastion park!

Well but nothing crazy, the prices are incredible for what they are and frankly going for 2 and not with family hurts the wallet, plan for 40 bucks.

We ordered on Smood after an hour of waiting we called. They tell us that the order is gone and that it is Smood’s fault. When the order arrived, it was the wrong one. Huge disappointment. Ordering is quite quick, the employees are so used to making burittos that they forget that it may be the first time for the customer in front who does not know the concept. So, 2 Picadillo burittos and a tray of chips with guacamole cost almost 50 chf WITHOUT any drink. We waited for the chips and went downstairs to collect ourselves after half an HOUR. We had tasteless cheddar on it so we didn't ask for anything. In itself it's good but nothing crazy. For that price, treat yourself to a small restaurant with at least water as a bonus.

Not that I have tried many, but this is the best taco place in Geneva so far. Portions massive, and guac plenty. My problem was that the rice (in burritos) was super dry/hard. I had to wait for it to absorb some moisture of guac or sauce before I dig in. Veg tacos are real good!
