Very well placed. But very expensive for average and standard quality. Coffee reversed, without coffee? No service or worse in Crans. Too bad but probably the lack of competition allows that. And....another bakery cafe next door: permanent closure....which allows Taillens to dominate. Incredible.... Should have told the bar!!!!!!! Out loud 5 times (true) HELLO so that the girl....finally responds....the gentleman waiter next to her didn't even look....Avoid coming....or do it turn and go further....

With a good coffee I bought a pastry: a palm tree, inedible, I brought it back, no refund or exchange

The place is good but the most important thing is its products... Incredible house chocolate and various delicious sweet things!!! I especially like “Le Coeur de La France” and Le Croissant Breton. But there are several very good things to eat!!! Super recommended!!!

Prices too expensive for quality that needs to be reviewed. I recommend the Trontières cheese sandwich, everything is good apart from the bread

The waitress behind the counter was busy on her computer when we arrived, so people were piling up to order and she asked us to get back in line in a "very pleasant" way...it's not because the shop is located in notches that you have to take yourself for I don't know who... too bad the products are nevertheless very good.

A catastrophic coffee éclair, a disastrous dough, for a very simple cake, you can find better in a supermarket, I advise against it,

Very good bakery. You recommend the puff pastry cake with cream and raspberries. Also recommended for a quick lunch in the tea room. Prices high but in line with those of Crans-Montana. I highly recommend their ToGoodToGo surprise box, for 6.90 CHF they give you bread, croissants and cakes for more than 30/40 CHF.

Passage this day in the bakery as during each of our stays in Crans Montana... and unfortunately a big slap in the face received by disrespectful service (I have never felt as ridiculous as today with my wife and my son!!). For the story: we queued like everyone else (5 minutes) and went to see the pies when our turn was almost there, in order to be efficient when ordering. Our turn came, one of the waitresses went to the customer behind us and despite our comment mentioning we were before, the response was exceptional "go back to queue like everyone else". Wonderful, a textbook case for EHL! To avoid any doubt, the customer before us in line told us that she was also shocked and that it was not the first time. Don’t hesitate to stop working if it makes you so bitter. I'm even sadder because the baker is excellent... but we won't set foot there again.

Delicious pieces, very full, staff overwhelmed! Christmas holidays, better outside of the holidays. But the cake is great :)

Focaccia is too dry and tastes about average. Pizza d'Alps looks less interesting than on the menu. Bakery section looks great. The tea room is lively and packed with people yet it can be too noisy if you're sensitive. I might come again for the hot chocolate de maison and some pastry but not the savory food.

14.- CHF for 4 mini pancakes 🥞 The first ones weren't even fresh but just reheated. The waitress was even ashamed to serve me this and brought me 4 more small pancakes. Honestly move on, I don't know how we dare to sell 14.- Chf 4 small pieces of reheated dough. Go and have a crepe elsewhere for 7.- you will get what you pay for.

I had a Greek salad yesterday at Taillens, very good despite the lack of friendliness of the waitress. I'm going there again today for the same salad to take away, and a little surprise awaits me inside... A HAIR on the feta!!! Horrible. So I go back to return the salad saying that I found a HAIR in it, after 10 minutes of waiting they refund me and tell me "I can't do anything else". Great. No apology or anything and still no smile. You should train before taking a position or not take the position if you don't want it. TO FLEE

Well… it’s good ok but such a serious service??? You have the impression of being a nuisance, not smiling, shifty eyes... talking with colleagues (hidden in the back of the store) while she takes care, to put it mildly, of my order. Too bad because it wouldn't take much to unblock the machine and make the experience pleasant. I recommend for the products 👌🏼 but not at all for the customer experience 👎🏻.

Beautiful place for breakfast or snack in Crans Montana. In their pastry proposal they have products that stand out from the rest of the places. The attention of the staff is very warm.

Quite disappointed by this visit. The location is great, with a big indoor. The decor is quite old, I was expecting something newer considering the surroundings. The drinks (coffee, cappuccino, tea) were just fine. A bit disappointed by the “tarte au citron”: the dough was soggy 😞 The service was average: we had to pick up the food from the counter ourselves; the waiters bring only the drinks to the table 😯

Mandatory stop in Crans Montana ! My favorite cake "gateau a la 🥕 " continue amazing and the classic bread "pain de segle avec des noix" it's magnificent!

An excellent bakery, well received by one of the saleswomen, smiling and who likes to share with her customers, except one who was unfriendly, too bad because we might not come back there again. During our summer vacation several times with children, it's very good

Lots of choice and friendly staff

We stayed in Crans Montana for two days and visited Taillens thrice, as we love baked goods and theirs are definitely the best in town. We ordered both croissants and other pastries, but we found the first ones way better. The nut snail was especially finger-licking. Prices overall fair for the quality served.

Bad customer service vencent the bar waiter was so rude to us and disrespectful we asked for a virgin mojito he said there is no mojito i told him that i came here before and got a mojito then he asked another waiter if there is a mojito and the waiter said yes after that he made us a mojito with only lemon and water without sugars or serups and when i told them to take it and make me one with a serup he was mad and told them to tell me there is no mojito

Great bakery, large selection of products. And original creations, a raspberry sourdough bread and an EXCELLENT raspberry baba. Plus they offer a discount if you come with your own container, BRAVO 👏🏼😋

Ridiculous! We could not sit given there had been COVID cases detected the past week, and to make things even more stressful for someone entering the shop, the waitress told us that she had had COVID the week before (whilst preparing and serving our takeaway coffee)!! Coffee was beyond overpriced especially because it was not what we had asked + the cup was half empty. Pastries were ok, but definitely far from being French pastries.

I was the only customer and yet the three employees were extremely busy. The young man served me, but he didn't give me the franc total (I read it from the EC machine), didn't thank me for my purchase, nor did he say goodbye - extremely rude! It's a shame, tails aren't fun!

Bakery/pastry shop with adjoining bar where it is possible to consume counter products and other dishes. In 40 years of dating I have yet to find something that isn't worth buying.

Before the pandemic, going to Taillens Thé Room Crans was very pleasant... Now after confinement it's a little more complicated, because it's a matter of masks.. 😷..? 🤔

I had a very pleasant time there. Against all expectations, even in the middle of a chic resort, there is no problem entering in shoes and walking clothes. The service was very pleasant, the pastries very tempting and tasty, in short it is a very comfortable place. The price is in line with the standing of the resort, but without any real exaggeration.

Real industry... full of people!!! Good sandwich but hard bread nonetheless. The tea room server was very nice.

Excellent bakery and tea room! I have known them for several years and I go there as soon as possible for their famous raspberry tart and fruit mille-feuille 😋😋. The place is clean, the waiters are friendly except for one, he has a strong Italian accent, glasses, bald head... he speaks coldly, you would say that we are disturbing him and he barely throws the plates on the tables at us, I I even saw him speaking badly to other people... it's a shame this man tarnished the image of Taillens and we thought twice before going back because we didn't want to be served by this man who is ruining our moment.

Avoid the coffee place! We took muesli for breakfast and got both sick afterwards. Poor hygiene 🤢

A must see in the city of Crans-Montana, I'm sure you'll fall in love of their patisserie from the moment you enter and look at theirs cakes (strawberries, raspberries, apples, blueberries, peaches and many more). The place has also a bar where you can sit and enjoy a hot chocolate while you taste some of the sweets you chose from the bakery. The staff is impeccable and you can also enjoy one of their local/worldwide newspapers ready to be read.

Setting, catering, service very good! Bakery with good and beautiful products

It has a wild selection of bread and of course pastries as well. It makes chocolates, too. Taillens has two tea rooms and bakery shops; one in Crans and a second in Montana. If you want to mingle with the locals you go tò Montana, if you want to be surrounded by visiters, then you choose Crans Montama. Both are managed by the same family, both tea rooms are equally excellent. You find there 7/7 days daily menu offer, or just soup, salad, sandwiches, cakes. What else?? It is a perfect place from morning till 7.00pm in the evening.
