Super antipathy, I just asked to use a bathroom and lady said nein nein nein, a part from the fact zero English to refuse one woman who asking for help really terrible. If I was pregnant? Nonsense.

Tried for 45 minutes and no charging possible. Although display: You are authorized to charge and it starts: but after a short time note “the charging process can only take place when .... is available... ??? Too bad😳

Went for a relaxing wellness/spa day as a couple. I had planned a surprise massage for my boyfriend. 1) All ordered and paid for online. I gave my name and said there was a surprise for my partner who was standing next to me. Surprise popped since the lady didn't get the hint and went on to explain at what time he had to be where for his massage...super. no big deal but yeah. 2) since my partner had a massage booked he got his little bag with bathrobe and towel. I asked for a bathrobe and after insisting a bit the lady got some from upstairs. I asked for an X-Large ...she just answered she has no idea of the sizes since they were from upstairs...there's a tag inside with the size...again, no big deal, but yeah...I just left the bathrobe open... 3) we were there early so were able to enjoy the outside warm pools without too many screaming kids at the beginning. That ended quickly and we took refuge in the spa area until the end of the day. (I like kids but the idea was a relaxing and calm day) 4) in the 16+ spa area there isn't a single small normally warm water area. There's a fantastic very hot water grotto but you don't do more than 10 minutes in there...it's really hot. So thermal water enjoyment was limited. 5) still in the 16+ spa area: downstairs is the grotto and the 3 steam baths, wellness showers, toilets and a cold water basin. This area is with clothes. Upstairs are the saunas, another cold water basin and showers as well as Kneipp paths. This area is without clothes. So if you want to go from saunas to steam and back you're constantly getting dressed and undressed.. really practical. This brings me to the next point: 6) I understand that a business needs to make money but a tiny investment in a lot more hooks for bathrobes and towels and a few benches in the spa wouldn't kill the budget. I didn't count but I think there were about 30 hooks total in the downstairs area and not a single bench. No place to just sit a couple of minutes. Upstairs wasn't much better...at least there was one bench, used mostly by people to deposit their stuff -and of course the bathing suits they had to put on and off. 7) in the non-textile area there was the one and only hydration point with tea and water. At least there were tables and chairs as well a few long chairs. So in theory, if you're thirsty after doing a few steam baths, you need to take your swimsuit off before you can get some water...which nobody did. And don't even think about taking your water bottle: there are signs everywhere with "no drinks or food"! 8) the "relaxing" rooms. There are a few of these, nice, with fireplaces and wavy lounge beds. Not very cuddly for couples and depending on your back, quite uncomfortable. These could have used a bit more soundproofing: the screaming kids were heard despite the music and crackling fire. 9) end of day: time to take a shower, get dressed and go. So imagine a sort of assembly line: logically, you'd get your bag which you stowed in the most impractical lockers I've ever seen, then you'd move on to the shower area and then to the dressing area. Here they've decided on something more sporty: so first you have the showers but you need to go get your shower stuff in the impractical lockers with absolutely no benches or spot to put your things, just the floor (great for aching backs! ) then you go back to the shower area, again just one tiny hook for your shower stuff, bathrobe, towel and bathing suit. Once done there you walk through the common area, get your bag from the locker and go further to the dressing booths. Once dressed, you can move on with your stuff to the common hair drying/mirrors and shoe area. Again, a total lack of deposit space. I can't even imagine how much of a pain in the rear this is for people with kids. So it's a nice place BUT someone really needs to put themselves in the visitors' shoes and review the concept!

I can't judge food. The service was super nice and very attentive. I come regularly and they now know my order.. small talk every now and then.. you even get small aperitif plates, regardless of whether I drink a glass of wine or coffee. Well thought out Italian flair in the middle of Brig.. great location. In the middle of the city but still something for yourself. The beautiful terrace offers great seating options when the weather is good. Keep it up... and thanks also to the great staff... unfortunately there are fewer and fewer of them
