Lovely little bar in Wengen and enjoyed a friendly hour or two in good company. Happy to recommend. We didn't have food.

Had a great time at Tanne Bar, chiefly thanks to Ronald and his extensive knowledge of gins. Probably had one of the best gins I have ever tasted, along with getting to sample the AC/DC shot (would recommend).

This bar has a large selection of many gins/ whiskeys! Ronald is an amazing bartender this guy knows how to make drinks! Lovely conversation and friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend this bar to everyone and anyone.

10/10! My husband and I went to Wengen for a recent anniversary trip and this quickly became our favorite local bar. Ron is super friendly and treats every patron like family! We hope to be back!

Ronald is the nicest and coolest guy in Wengen, we visited Geneva, Bern, and Zürich during our trip but this bar was one of the main highlights. Despite all the options in the area we found ourselves wanting to be here every night. Do yourself a favor and stop by here if you want good drinks and a fantastic environment.

Missed our annual ski holiday for the last two seasons but a welcome return allowed us to visit what must be one of the best bars around. As a host Ronald is a giant among giants. Best cocktails ever. When you’re in Wengen find this gem of a bar and enjoy a great night.

Quite possibly my favorite bar in the whole world! Ronald and his staff are so incredibly kind and know their stuff when it comes to pairing liquors with the best mixers/tonics. 40+ gins to choose from made this American very happy for I usually have a choice of well or tanqueray. We’ll def be back in a year:)

Great atmosphere - drinks are super yummy. I had their espresso martini and loved it! The local watering hole for everyone in town. Will be back for sure

Best Gin and Tonic in Wengen! Ronald went out of his way to explain the Gins and why they make a good G&T. His expertise and kindness made the bar what it was. It was the perfect way to end every night! Ronald even had a good Bourbon selection for being in Switzerland, he was extremely proud of it. I truly enjoyed my experience not only at Tanne Bar but also in Wengen in general. Ronald made our trip and you should make it a point to stop in and have a drink!

Best bar in Switzerland! At least that we have found.. Ronald, the owner, is passionate about finding you the perfect cocktail. We both had great/ unique Gin & Tonics, but be sure to ask about the AC/DC shot. It’s a great backstory and a tasty shot.

Tanne bar is a great time. First of all, Ronald, the owner, is such a nice and friendly person to chat with. On top of that, the gin selection is extensive and, as an American, it is uncommon to find bars that specialize in gin.

(for current hours, check the door, as they are only open certain days and times and it varies) Nice quiet little bar on the main street. Wide selection of gins and whiskeys. Visited several times trying different gins each night. Nice selection of tonics too. The bartender/owner was super friendly as well. The place is probably a little busy during ski season or high tourist season but was nice quiet break during the shoulder season.

Always full, from aperitif to late night! A cult for wengen, if you come here you have to stop by....excellent drinks, just the choice of gin!

This place is the best bar I’ve been to in Wengen and I’ve been bar hopping past few nights! Great service and love the combination of gin and tonics. If you are in the area you gotta check this place out.

When I went near Wengen Station, it opened at 9pm and had drinks at 12:30.
