The restaurant caught our eye thanks to the beautiful handwritten plaques outside. The cozy inner courtyard invites you to linger. I have never eaten such a good and original tarte flambée (bacon, dates and feta)! The service was very friendly and funny. She also told a lot of interesting things about the history of the “fir tree”. Our visit was rounded off with various delicious cakes. We were definitely not here for the last time! 👍

I got to know the people behind Restaurant Tanne in two ways: Once as a guest in the restaurant: Very nice service, prompt and the tarte flambée was very tasty. Gladly again, my recommendations are also “analog”. The second time I was allowed to photograph some of the team in my studio. I had fun with the shoot and together we were able to create some very successful images that, in my opinion, show how people put their heart and soul into it. A real stand-up! All love Patrick

We went to a barbecue evening with music. The host Claudine and her Heros, as she calls her employees with disabilities, offered great and attentive service. We thoroughly enjoyed the simple and varied buffet, the music and the informal atmosphere. We'd love to come back. :-)

The tarte flambées were very tasty and the service was extremely polite and accommodating. We sat in the inner courtyard in the beautiful weather and really enjoyed it. The whole atmosphere is super cozy - highly recommended!

Bei einem feinen Happen und einem guten Glas Wein (der Tanne Hauswein ist sowohl in weiss wie in rot zu empfehlen!) geniesst man die spezielle Atmosphäre und den in jeder Hinsicht einzigartigen Service. Top, super fine food, both at lunch and in the evening with the tarte flambée and the like. At lunchtime the menu is served well and comfortably for the whole group together, soup or salad in a large pot. Great, the portions are good and if you're hungry you can simply order more at lunchtime and get something more. Great. The service and concept are fantastic. The initiator and her team breathed new life into the fir tree in a wonderful way. Unfortunately, I didn't know the old fir under the leadership of Miss Zimmermann. I think the “new” fir tree and the new team are GREAT. Thank you, we'll come back again and again... even and especially now that we're a little further away. Thank you for your hospitality!

Erlaube mir eine zweite Bewertung zu schreiben, da ich unterdessen schon etliche male in der Tanne war. Die Qualität ist konstant auf hohem Niveau, der Service der schon immer toll war hat sich noch verbessert. Das Team tritt nach der Startphase etwas selbstbewusster auf, was dem ganzen Tannen-Erlebnis ausgezeichnet steht. Eine einmalige Beiz in Schaffhausen nicht nur ein Besuch wert, sondern auch eine Reise. Ich habe nicht in der Tanne gewohnt aber ich kann mir sehr gut vorstellen wie man in einem der Extended-Stay Zimmern wunderbar aufgehoben ist und mit dem fantastischen Tannenservice genau so verwöhnt wird wie in der Gaststube. Weiter so, wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank!

The Tanne is a restaurant in very traditional style. The look of the guestroom, although renovated 2018, is unchanged since more than 50 years. Very friendly ambiance. You can just enjoy a glass of fine local wine, the menu offers fine meals, simple but excellent. the team - people with handicap - is very friendly and always in good humor.

The portion was too small/not appropriate for the price. The smell is reminiscent of a cellar, which is a shame, I like the decor itself. The food was good, especially the salad. I will come back.

Wir waren eine 5-er Gruppe und haben reserviert. Die Location sowie die Organisation war top, wir haben den Hauswein probiert und zwei grosse kalte Plättli gegessen. Unsere Gläser waren nie leer und jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt - rundum gutes Erlebnis - bis zum nächsten

Küche ist Sehr lecker und frisch ich komme gerne nochmals lohnt sich sehr einen Besuch zu machen! 👍👍

It still smells and looks like it did years ago at the Zimmermanns', only the creaking wooden floor has been replaced. The espresso was almost inedible. A pity. The wine good. Next time we will also try the cuisine.

Die einen kannten die renovierteTanne andere waren seit 15 Jahren nicht mehr in der Tanne, da sie auswärts wohnen. Die Atmosphäre in der alten geschackvoll restaurierten Weinstube ist einmalig. Die Flammenkuchen mit dem weissen Tanne - Wein (Riesling x Sylvaner) die perfekte Kombination. Der Flammenkuchen mit Apfel war wie eine Nachspeise der perfekte Abschluss. Ich war schon mehrfach Gast in der tollen Weinstube mit Herz. Das Team ist mega aufmerksam und mit Herz dabei. Die Flammkuchen in den verschiedenen Variationen sind mega fein. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auch nur schon für das einzigartige Konzept das voller Herzblut und wunderschöner Energie steckt. Das darf nicht verpasst werden.

Aussergewöhnlicher Betrieb mit viel Herzblut und Charm! Wir hatten einen tollen Abend unter Arbeitskollegen und wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste mal.

Ein wunderschöner, stimmiger Ort mit guten Menschen, einem fantastischen Team, feinem ausgewähltem Essen und ebensolchen Drinks. Die Mittagsmenüs erfreuen den Gaumen mit ihrer täglichen Frische. Soziales Engagement und grosser Teamgeist gepaart mit starkem lokalen Fokus ergibt ein äusserst reizvolles Gastro-Konzept. Vielen Dank für das wunderbare Neubeleben dieses altehrwürdigen Hauses. Und dann noch auf diese einmalig-tolle Art.

Vor kurzem genossen eine wunderbare Flammküche mit Gorgonzola und Äpfeln. . . . dünne Kruste mit einem Glas lokalen Weißweins. Der Käsekuchen erinnert mich an den New Yorker Käsekuchen vergangener Jahre. Toller Ort für einen leichten und ruhigen Snack oder eine Mahlzeit.

Bei jedem Besuch wird einem wieder warm ums Herz, wenn man die Gastfreundschaft des Tanne-Teams erleben darf! Die zubereiteten Speisen sind jeweils äusserst lecker - man merkt, dass in der Küche sehr viel Wert auf hochwertige Zutaten gelegt wird. Neben den feinen Mittagsmenüs sind auch die Flammkuchen und das gemischte Plättli zusammen mit einem Glas vom Hauswein sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Mit ihren 8 Heroes (Menschen mit Handicap) belebt man seit dem 1.4 2019 den traditionellen Begegnungsort mit Herzlichkeit und Offenheit. Man serviert währschafte Mittagsmenüs, feine Flammkuchen, Fleisch- und Käseplättli sowie erlesene regionale Weine. Der Tannelade lädt zum Schmöckern ein mit hochwertigen Handwerksprodukten und Lebensmitteln aus der Region. Die top modernen und voll möblierten Serviced Studios mitten im Stadtzentrum können auf Monatsbasis gemietet werden.Uns hat der Besuch sehr gut gefallen, das Essen war hervorragend und die Bedienung überaus herzlich.
