One of the best burger i've ever had - good work!!!

Small place, people who barely speak German, we waited 20 minutes for a table, only to be told that it wasn't available, meanwhile friends of friends came in and sat down, while we ended up leaving.

Burgers have improved massively, it tastes like it used to again👍

A beautifully designed store. I ordered a single cheeseburger at the counter. There was little going on in the store, but I still had to wait 15 minutes. The price is fair but the burger was difficult to eat with your hands. The taste didn't convince me either, it was a little bland, the sauces were pretty standard. Won't come back.

Great burgers, very nicely done, but it took 30+ minutes to get them. Also, for a burger special place, I would expect to be able to say how do I want a burger - raw/medium/well - which also did not happen.

Good value for money. The composition of the burger is flawless. The ingredients make a fresh impression. Only the sweet potato fries were a little wobbly. The lemonades are not from the discount store and are therefore a good change from the standard drinks you usually get. I also like the dining area, tables and chairs and a TV is all you need.

The burger tastes very, very good. A cheeseburger costs 13.9Fr and the menu costs 18.90Fr. We've been there twice and will definitely go back

Really a bad service, even the workers were so unfriendly and after one hour I received my order which is a very rude service.

We stumbled on this place while looking for a quick lunch by the Winterthur train station. It was great: one of, if not the, best American-style burger I’ve had in Switzerland. It had everything I look for in a burger (juicy, nice crust, good meaty flavor) and nothing I don’t (all that other junk that makes most burgers here taste like styrofoam!). Also an incredible value for the price. Highly recommend. Please open in Zurich also 🥹 Staff was also really nice to chat with too!

Question: Why does the store only open at 5:00 p.m. on Friday? Since it is closed on Mondays, you can only have lunch there on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. A pity

You can eat a very well made Burger for a reasonable price. My personal favourite is the pulled beef burger but the cheeseburger is also good. And everything you eat here is halal too. Although, depending on when you visit this place, you should expect a waiting time between 20-30 minutes.

After eating the burger at Adams Döner, I was a bit disappointed with this burger even though it looked very nice. It was good but not very good. You can definitely eat it again and again.

Takeaway on Sunday. Short waiting times, great quality food, delicious. Real taste, no unnecessary fat. Everything fresh. Unfortunately no sauce in the burger, but maybe that's normal with the Double Angus Cheeseburger (?). Price/performance more than fair. Approximately 19-24 CHF burger with fries.

Beautiful burger. A bomb in terms of taste. The meat was perfectly fried and extremely tasty. You can notice the quality in Switzerland through and through. Coleslaw goes well and the cheese melts really well. The only thing is that the burger sauce is a bit thin on the double cheeseburger. The fries and sweet potato fries were also super crispy and flavorful. The only negative thing is the lack of parking spaces and the toilet next door in the restaurant. Burger ok, not quite warm anymore but ok. Price performance not bad. With drinks, relatively large portion 18.50.-. No service, order and pay at the cash register but the food is brought to the table.

Best burger in town is an understatement… i would say best burger outside the us 🤩 I like the atmosphere… nothing fancy shmancy… u go there for the burger (and sweet potato fries) and nothing else. Dont arrive in a rush! Everything is made fresh and to order… sometimes a bit of waiting is required. Finally a good burger in Winterthur!

Have been here several times and have always been very good. Unfortunately, they have switched from homemade fries to ready-made fries like those you would find in fast food. It's a shame because the fries were almost better than the burgers!

Good day. I ordered the cheeseburger menu to take away on April 12, 2023 at around 6:30 p.m. When I unpacked the burger at home, I noticed that the salad wasn't fresh. The meat was completely cooked through and really completely dry. The fries were also completely over salted. That seemed a bit strange to me overall, but not that bad. I didn't eat anything else in the evening! Then it started and I got terrible bloating and stomach pain. It could only have come from this food. I don't have any intolerance or anything like that. Hey guys, please be careful what you put out, that's not possible!

As always, the burger was very tasty and of consistently high quality. We particularly appreciate that the meat is halal. We are very satisfied with the service and will definitely come back.

Bad customer service, long waiting times, practically only 1 burger on offer...everything else was always sold out "recently"...for months

The burgers are really great! Very good meat and homemade patty. You can also put together the burgers individually. We made the mistake of eating on site. The atmosphere is very bare and not really comfortable. As a guest, you don't really get noticed because you have to constantly take care of the take-away customers. There is also no good ventilation in the kitchen. We all smelled like a deep fryer afterwards. Very uncomfortable. I wouldn't eat here again in the future if only take-away.

We were simply missing something like that in Winterthur. By far the best burgers!! Simply fantastic food and all of it is not freshly prepared.

I ordered 3 double cheeseburger takeaways for myself and my friends based on the good reviews. In terms of meat, I would give the burgers a 10/10. Unfortunately the burgers tasted really bad. This was because the burgers were obviously fried on a plate that had not been previously cleaned of residual meat. This resulted in the surface of our burgers being covered in a burnt coating of dry leftover burger that smelled and tasted really disgusting. Unfortunately the meat was neither salted nor peppered. This means there are no roasted aromas that could have emphasized the taste of the meat. The sweet patatoes were in stark contrast to the burger. The best I've ever eaten! It's really a shame. I was served very friendly and felt like I was in good hands. The store is obviously doing a lot of things right! I find it very unfortunate that the taste experience failed due to a lack of care. I would have liked to award more points!

We reserved the entire restaurant with 7 families. Service was very nice and competent. The food was also delicious, the only problem was the speed, a few of us had to wait a long time for our food, but with so many orders you can understand that.

Ok burger. The meat was high quality, soft and juicy. The bun awas amazing as well. Just not sure about the combination of ingredients, to wild of a mix for my taste. Country fries were no country fries, sweet potato fries were excellent. Half of the menu not being available, the chef smoking outside and the ambience of a takeaway disappointed me. Would'nt visit again, but would eat if I was hungry.

I came here with my friends after a fun session of Go-Karts to recover lost energy. I tried the double cheeseburger and the chicken burger and they did not disappoint. Meat was high quality and the combination of ingredients seemed quite delicious to me. Serving was relatively fast and without issues. Only wish the bathroom was a bit more spacious.

Was there recently for the first time to try the burgers. The restaurant is rather unspectacular and small; orders are placed directly at the cash register. Anyone expecting a restaurant with fancy furnishings and a huge menu is definitely wrong here. The menu is rather spartan with a focus on burgers and fries. We ordered the Angus cheeseburger and sweet potato fries and were very impressed with the food. The burger is perfectly put together and the quality of the meat is excellent (which you can taste very well!). The fries were also great. We had to wait about 10 minutes for this, which is completely ok considering the freshly prepared food. The meat used is apparently Halal, but we didn't care. We can fully recommend Tayyeb Burger!
